With all these things that are happening to teachers, the NUT is not saying or doing anything to help us get our pay even after weeks of biometrics. I think soon we would have to form our own NUT to protect our interest or we run for NUT elections and replace those officers that are non-chalant about our plight. They take almost N2000 monthly from our salaries yet they can't stand up for us

You must be very stupid to make that statement. Do u know how many months I have stayed without salaries? 5 months. The excuse was that I should do biometrics. I have completed the stupid biometrics for weeks yet my salary is still not paid. Please don't come here and do your politics, we are civil servants and we deserve our pay cos we have paid our dues. Now the commissioner is saying all who have been captured have been paid and we know that the statement is a big lie cos all of us in SSSB that have completed the biometrics for weeks have not been paid. If you are a PDP member, do your politics out of here. This forum is for civil servants not politicians

Everytime they want to take loan, we hear we want to use it to pay civil servants and pensioners and then complete on going projects bla bla bla. They obtain the loan yet civil servants and pensioners are not paid. After holding people's salaries for 5 months and counting, there is no justification not to pay salaries within a week after the person has been processed in the biometric exercise given the long wait. Federal govt is not owing her workers yet some state governors are so insensitive to their workers plight. They are complaining of no money yet they pay themselves, their wives and concubines, their associates and even their enemies. No money yet they make stupid appointments everyday just to squander the resources that should be channeled properly to impact on the people. One civil servant is equivalent to over 100 people in the state cos every household in this state has a civil servant or pensioner; and many dependants are on that civil servant, just imagine the hardship hundreds of people face because that one civil servant they depend on has not been paid for months, now check out the multiplier effect it has on hundreds of thousands of people whose source of income is their salaries...THERE IS GOD. We just dey look them, infact I go prepare to run as Governor very soon to correct most of these Higihaga

Come, anyone that has received alert should say it o, let's be sure the biometrics for SSSB is not a hoax. Come to think of it, I heard that the governor a.k.a. Daddy Wikks has gotten approval from the house of assembly to take another loan of N9bn. Does anyone know what it's meant to service?

guys I thank God am alive for 3days I could not walk nor eat my temperature was up high...though I noticed I have been feeling unwell for some time but instead I pay transport to go to work at abua use d remaining and eat with my family .....even d day I went to do my biometric I was on a sweater .....but last week I slept but could not get up from my bed my legs backbone hurts I could not eat my head ached badly ....but thank God 4 my dad he bought drugs for me now am getting better.please pals some1 that did his biometric around June 27 when will he receive his salary cos I still gat to c d doc and no money pls

When were u captured? If u did ur bio just recently, I think u should expect alert by August when July salaries would be paid but if u did urs may be last 3 weeks, u gona get it once June salaries are paid. Make inquiry whether June alerts have started coming. If u didn't receive, beta go back to biometrics venue and lay ur complaints; maybe the machine didn't capture u. It has happened to some and they were recaptured.

I did my biometrics July 1st. If it's by august I will get alert then it really sucks. I thought alert comes after a 2 weeks window

Just go with your pay slip, it's part of the listed requirements, whether or not they request for it at the venue

Relax, they will paste it later. When we did our own abua/odual, our list was not pasted until it was our time to proceed 4d exercise despite that we were scheduled for that day. So just be observant, when it's ur allocated time, they will paste ur list

Good morning, please has anyone who has completed the biometrics exercise been paid? If yes, how long did it take before your were paid i.e the duration of when you captured to when you actually get paid. [e.g, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc]

I did my biometrics 2day Abolga SSSB, no ATM or pay slip was required, however, I observed a trend that those who weren't paid Feb and march salaries didn't have their info in the database. All the staffers in my school were affected by it. The reports were "No records found in data base", No bvn found, incorrect bvn etc. We were asked to fill an incidence form, which we did and submitted. After a couple of minutes to some hours, it was rectified and we were subsequently captured depending on how soon your file is processed. So if you encounter similar issues, fret not, you will be captured. Furthermore, a friend at my church who works with the biometric team told me in confidence that our pay may not come so soon as there are backlogs of folks already captured that has not been processed for payment. He said payments would be in batches, the earlier you capture, the sooner you get processed and paid...

Is it that the board and biometrics committee is confused? The organization and implementation of this exercise is becoming something else. I just wonder why they don't want to follow it alphabetically. That way it would be more organized and effective
