Politicians can't change. As someone who stayed very close to Stella Obasanjo hospital for some years, I can say Obaseki actually built a brand new building in there and he also carried out renovations but don't know of equipment cos I didn't enter the new building. I used to play football back at the hospital which was not yet fenced at the back end. The pitch is between NSCDC and the hospital. Okpeboho has started well but he should not be vindicative like Obaseki.
