I remembered during my national youth service 2010, UN delegates told us then in Lagos business school that Lagos, Bayelsa will be aaaaaaaallalalaaallllll"l"lll"aAlaaalaa1aalaalaaaaAlaallaAaAlaaalaAAAALlaaalaaaLaAlalalAaLAaLlaaaAaLLAaaaaAAAAlLllaaalllllLAALALAlAlllaALALlLallalAaAllAlAlaallalLLAAAALALAALAALaalaAaLaaunder threat because of global warming, the two states will be submerge by flood, many were doubtful including me, my mindset changed during 2011 heavy flood in Lagos, the whole of Ikoyi, VI, Lekki and Lagos Island were submerged for three days, many properties destroyed, me and my girlfriend left our BQ slept in my Oga's apartment that night, even our security man slept in staircase, it was a horrible experience, thank God I left the city for good, no regret.

the peace being enjoyed by lagosian is attributed to the effort and general acceptance of apc in the state. but if pdp shld win ..peace would be murder and note all security agencies are being cntrolled by the fedral govt. yoruba militia will also rise to defend their race and millions of igbo properties lost. igbo be warned its not pdp govt at the central ..let there be peace in lagos by voting ambode .......i cant protect you; i mean you when the wahala shld start.

The 1999 constitution does not require a certificate. The principal report and recommendation is enough evidence of education to school certificate level. WAEC is just one of the prove but not d only prove. because WAEC needs evidence of ur education b4 you can write WAEC. Again all one needs to have a waec certificate is just one D8 ot P8
