Now I have experienced something stronger than MS. Toothache . Seems its pregnancy induced. The last toothache I suffered was 2012.
Couldn't sleep all night. Am in pain. Serious migraine. Someone should help me. This one pass labour pain oooo. The pain is too much to bear

Not always, I've had swollen feet for most of my pregnancy, my urine gets tested at every check up and I've never been told I've protein.

My sisters, I am just coming bak like now. Never even drop bag. Saw the Doc, after series of questions he said I should go do another scan to be double sure. This time at a bigger nd better place, with a note. The Doctor there look tire say 'I can't see any problem here.' He switched to another machine and said 'Your cervix is closed.'
ChaiI, I have cried, prayed, prophesied and God heard me.
Am grateful to God for giving me sisters like all of you on this forum. Thank you. I am now relieved. I can now sleep knowing Am Ok.

Too tired to pop in over the weekend.New members you are highly welcome. I got my birthday present from dh ,tickets to go watch kong ! The film was worth it sha ! A lil bit scary and was clawing at dh's arms all through the scary parts. I got to eat some coconut rice at Jevinik's.We came home in the evening tired.Sunday was cool,went for mass no mother's day celebration till april. I managed to pound yam And we ate with white soup.I had to sit down to pound sha ! I have entered week 15 and plan to see my gynea nextweek after which I will now register for ante natal.I am so happy ! I will be going off duphaston next week.chai ! My pocket is bleeding.
All in all I thank God.It's my prayer that this week will favor us,our husbands will be lifted,fortune will smile on us,our children writing exams will write well,our parents will not fall sick in Jesus name.More sales for the business women amongst us.

Finally, I am a member of this thread. Hmmmm

So I've been a major non registered member of this group from inception, yes I wrote inception. No I wasn't married, pregnant or trying to conceive when I came across the thread, I'm just fascinated by anything related to health and I've been thoroughly immersed in this thread, the TTC and the IVF threads. Watched many many many monikers come and go, laughed and cried when posts were shared, discovered the diaries of many mamas and I dey drop my likes steadily but only ever commented once after the major anticipation of Proudmum and Prouddad's birth announcement.

I would have registered on this thread since January and grabbed the captain post for October but something came up and I watched Pweetiemum as she made her wonderful post and pregnancy announcement and took it away from me (awww for me abi) Big congratulations sis, may we all deliver safe and sound in Jesus mighty name.

I got married two years back but my husband and I decided to wait for at least a year before trying for kids and just before we scheduled, I came across a post on Facebook where a couple was tested and told that one of them was AA but he was actually AS and they only found out the truth after they had an SS child.

Got alarmed and told my husband that he needs to do a confirmation test. I had done the test in 3 various places and all confirmed AS for me and he had been tested and told AA.
Well, he took the test again in a big lab and will you guys believe it was AS? He was convinced the lab had it wrong so we went to 2 other places and yep, still AS. Ise Oluwa, awa ma ridi ni.

Well we were already married so this was not a matter of let's break up and cry, this was a matter of yeepa!
Thanks to God and thanks to science, there's a test that can be done in utero called CVS - Chorionic Villus Sampling. Here the genotype of the foetus is tested and you will find out if the child is going to suffer from Sickle Cell Disease or not. If yes, you either decide to go along with it or opt for a termination.

To the glory of God, got my results back yesterday and it has ended in praise, we are not SS. My sisters (and brothers) it was an emotionally draining experience as I know it would have been a termination if my child was determined to be SS. A child we already picked names for. This was not up for negotiation, no tete and ludo on someone else's life if I can help it.
Thanks to God Almighty, I didn't have to deal with that.

So here I am, giving all praise and thanks to God for helping my husband and I dodge a bullet and giving me a testimony.

The trailer load of fruits and vegetables will arrive in a week.

lemme not forget to add that I fell sick after the whole epistle. it took me a week to recover. I had swollen feet from standing for long.

Bs part 2

wetin 3hours she had a show and I ran to call the nurse she only laughed at me and said it wasn't time that it is part of the process in my mind I said so this nurse won't check this woman how would she know how far gone she is? I went back to check how she is doing and wetin an hour, her water broke. I rushed to call the nurse again that was when she rushed to attend to her .the baby's head was almost out.they asked us to leave and she was told to push. she pushed about 6 times and was given a tear before the baby came out with a faint cry I was scared eh I started praying and crying to God so that nothing happens to the baby. almost immediately, the baby was brought our and we rushed to the nurse and asked how the baby was doing. she carried a serious face when she was coming out and then she smiled and said the baby is doing fine. I didn't hear the mothers voice and I started crying again so I called her name from outside and she answered after delivery she said she was stiched that's y she was quite. I just knelt down thanking God. she and baby were cleaned and she walked to the ward I happily hugged her and we were both in tears. so we finally meet the angle that was in that tummy. we held the baby and took enough pictures before the mother was given a hot bath. time to breast feed was quite painful but it ended in praise.

since nobody has shared a bs for sometime, lemme just share one. it is not mine though it Is a friend's birth story she is one of the peeping mamas. story story story....
so she has been having false labour since she was 36weeks. most nights she complains of stomach ache but the doctor always says that her cervix is closed. so on the 5th of feb she started having cramp and rushed to the hospital like she always does. and when she got there, the doctor said she was 2cm dilated so he decided to insert on tab in to her jajaina. (can this annoying fone stop correcting me? I know what I want to spell I don't need any correction mtcheeew) na there drama start. she could not walk well again oohhh. na so she start to the rub her stomach in pains I was just telling her sorry with tears in my eyes imaging how MA own day would be.she progressed really fast because within an hour she was taken to the labour room. she was just shouting while rubbing her stomach and waist. the nurses asked us to give her a lot of Lipton and sugar she almost finished two flask with so much begging and persuasion cos of pains. she was crying and I could see her stomach get so hard with each contraction

@ToyosiR, that ur post concern me weeeell. Ever since i took in, na tiredness get me all night. DH has been very patient ehnn i just pity am. after the 1st trimester gaan, to do anything became wahala as i would always complain that he is resting on my stomach and it hurts *covers face*. DH has tried for us to do several positions but i go still complain say the thing too hard, i cant raise my leg, bla bla bla. The only one we try now is for me to ride him, i dont know the professional name lol, but i just really wish i could pull some sexy stunts sometime but e no just dey my body.
So i shall screengrab this one you posted here and maybe i can try it sometime soon May God help me.
