What’s the big deal in putting price though?

If he put out his price today and it changes in an hour or the next day (which is 100% probability), would you expect him to come and update his prices on all threads every minute there’s price increase?

His posts today might be opened and read by one of his customers next month.
I think is fair to make your selection and ASK for price right here or any other medium he provides.

It is satin paint sir. A drum is N30000.
Silk is higher than satin in higher solid content and it's N35000 per drum.

If it’s not brabus hijack kobocity to himself... it’s brabus is a baba lati... or brabus stole N5m from a N4m project
Or a man who spent over 5 month building a house in another state defrauded his client by not supplying 2 windows

Update:

When asked if he has confirmed the job has been completed, the client (Cribking1) said and I quote “I'm yet to confirm it.”
In his own word, he also said that @mountmoriah said “He was telling me the installers needed to stay for 2 additional nights that I should send 8K for hotel lodge.”

I tried to confirm this from mountmoriah and he told me that was a message sent before they started the installation. I guess the client must have read it at a later time.

I sent the pictures of the building and showing the job done to the client and he said “He never sent me all these.”
I replied The building is yours. You could have just check in to see the job since you’re there in Ibadan.

He promised to visit the site today and we patiently await his feedback.

A contemporary 5 bedroom will sit comfortably on your land size (50*100 or even less) . A duplex has two dwelling units connected together...just as we call it semi detached here in Nigeria. It’s just a term anyways.

This house will not sit on a 50 x 100 land, and will be tough to fit on a land with a width of 60 feet.

About the roof, I dont think flat roofs cause more heat, those who currently live in it with well finished ceilings like POP are not complaining. Thanks.
