I developed thyroid problems and at the same time had difficulty with my weight loss. Cheers to bovine thyroid, now my excess weight is now down by 20 pounds.

I guess you have hypothyroidism. Have your thyroid checked before it's too late. Try natural supplements.

According to your post "fatigue is one symptom of thyroid problem". I absolutely agree with you. Hypothyroidism occurs with a considerably higher frequency and symptoms that typically include hair Loss, fatigue, dry skin, weight gain, constipation and cold intolerance. Unfortunately, for some patients, fatigue persists, even after treatment for the thyroid condition.

Starbucks can easily still grow but it really had got to do that development in overseas market i.e in China and expanding markets. Require a play from from YUM's play book.

Everyone loves starbucks not just for the name, but for their excellent coffee.

AutosE Cars For Kids Today by Kefuie(op): 10:24am On Sep 23, 2010
Electric cars are gradually dealing with function as the popular toys nowadays, especially kids ages 3 – 7 years old. The great thing about electric cars is they look very similar to the adult versions like the Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, Hummer and BMW.

The car works very well on my brother's cul de sac. If he does not feel like driving, the remote lets his father get it done for him. Then the other children say "cool car". The seller could not have more helpful or solicitous. Good experience all around.

I also got this and it is awesome.Everyone hopes to ride it on my street. It's great grip and handeling on both wet and dry.It makes it appear like it's stability control and traction control.

Don't be narrow-minded about where your dream relationship will come from! It can come from the most unlikely of places; however, if you decide like many to stick with Nigerian dating, make sure you are in love!

FashionRe: Skin Problem Charts by Kefuie: 4:34am On Sep 20, 2010
"Sagging Skin   Gravity plays a huge role in sagging skin, which occurs when the skin's infrastructure -- composed of collagen and elastin -- is broken down, leaving the top layer without support. New Jersey dermatologist Rachel Grossman recommends an eye cream and moisturizer that contains Melibiose, a sugar derivative that has been proven to firm skin, such as RoC Active Firming Treatment. Products that contain retinol or topical vitamin C will also help to firm and plump skin since they help build collagen beneath the skin surface."

Our skin is one of the most important part of our body. The importance of eye creams for your skin around our eyes is due to our delicate skin, but we must also remember that it's important to get the right one.

I love you post  smiley A good deal of guys believe that ladies require you to be a completely nice guy day in and day out. Women are okay with a guy being an sincere, solid guy, however a girl surely doesn't find it necessary for a guy to be a standard nice guy.

AdvertsRe: I Need A Loan by Kefuie: 11:32am On May 28, 2010
Banks have different criterias for calculating loan eligibility. In case a loan eligibility is based on your income, you should negotiate this with various banks and determine which one can offer you the better maximum amount. It is possible also to club your income together with your spouse to increase the eligibility of the loan.
I personally recommend you this site:

PoliticsRe: Fct Bans Smoking In Public by Kefuie: 11:11am On May 28, 2010
Exposure to secondhand smoke remains an alarming public health hazard. I think banning would be the solution. Banning would help:
- encourage smokers who want to quit smoking and experience stop smoking benefits

- reduce the image of smoking as a "cool" activity/ status symbol
- raise awareness of its dangers
- it is for the benefit of both smokers and non-smokers
- it is beneficial in the long run.

I see. And the overwhelming medical evidence that smoking kills not only smokers, but those around them, means nothing to you? Then you are exactly the sort of irresponsible, selfish person who deserves to have their "personal liberties" impinged

Andrew, Norwich

The sad thing is that you are among a minority

Open two pubs on the oppeoste side of a road, one for smokers and trhe other for non smokers; I know which one will be filled. 95% of the pubs are losing today because of the ban!!

HealthRe: My Friend Want To Stop Smoking, What Can He Do ? by Kefuie: 9:23am On May 14, 2010
My Top 5 Steps To Help Your Friend Quit Smoking
1.Some of the most difficult things you have done in your life and
realize that you have the guts and determination to quit
smoking. It's up to you.

2. After reading this list, sit down and write your own list,
customized to your personality and way of doing things. Create
you own plan for quitting.

3. Write down why you want to quit (the stop smoking benefits):
live longer, feel better, for your family, save money, smell
better, find a mate more easily, etc. You know what's bad about
smoking and you know what you'll get by quitting. Put it on
paper and read it daily.

4. Ask your family and friends to support your decision to quit.
Ask them to be completely supportive and non-judgmental. Let
them know ahead of time that you will probably be irritable and
even irrational while you withdraw from your smoking habit.

5. Set a quit date. Decide what day you will extinguish your
cigarettes forever. Write it down. Plan for it. Prepare your
mind for the "first day of the rest of your life". You might
even hold a small ceremony when you smoke you last cigarette, or
on the morning of the quit date.
Quitting smoking can reduce your risk of these problems. The earlier you quit, the greater the health benefit.

HealthRe: My Roommate Smokes: How Can It Affect Me? by Kefuie: 4:42am On May 05, 2010
Oh no! Even though you don't smoke, passive smoking or second hand smoking was bad for you. Everyone knows smoking is a bad idea. And by now you've probably heard that breathing in someone else secondhand smoke is also hazardous to your health. It may seem pretty harmless, but secondhand smoke actually contains thousands of chemicals — from arsenic and ammonia to hydrogen cyanide — many of which have been proven to be toxic or to cause cancer (called carcinogens). High concentrations of many of these chemicals are found in secondhand smoke. In fact, secondhand smoke significantly increases a person's risk for:

    * respiratory infections (like bronchitis and pneumonia)
    * asthma (secondhand smoke is a risk factor for the development of asthma and can trigger attacks in those who already have it)
    * coughing, sore throats, sniffling, and sneezing
    * cancer
    * heart disease
Try to encourage them to quit smoking, help them before illness hurt them. It is much better to seek the stop smoking benefits than suffer.
I hope this site could help them: http://stopsmokinghabits.com/health-benefits.html

HealthRe: Why Is Smoking So Hard To Quit? by Kefuie: 2:26am On Apr 29, 2010
On the face of it, this would seem to present a forbidding set of circumstances for anyone who wants to quit. But while it is true that most individual attempts to quit smoking will end in failure, it is also true that 42 million Americans have quit smoking. Clearly it is possible, though quitting may take several attempts and some clever strategy. grin grin grin
