I need your advise,i have worked as a front desk executive in an organisation for 2 yrs now without been promoted only dat my salary has been increase,I will like to pursue a career in PA/SECRETARY but most organisation i have apply to always says they cant take me cos i work as a front desk even though i also double as a PA.presently I am undertaking my MBA in Human Resources Management,I will really appreciate your advise cos i really need a career change,thanx.

ITS true some landlord can be wicked,bt some tenant can also be wicked.Take for instance,we have a tenant in my parents house who took a mini flat in ogba from us,he was paying 70k for like 4yrs before we now increase it to 150k.he begged to say he couldnt afford 150k we den agreed to allow him to pay 100k since he is an old tenant.dis guy still refuse to pay the money for 6 months,we kept on asking him he was always saying he doesnt have and he kept on buying new things,e.g new generator,bought a dog of like 70 etc,we were seeing all these and we still kept on disturbing him,later he now told us he has gotten a new place, we went to work 1day and discover d guy has packed out,destroying d toilet seat,kitchen cabinets even pulling all the electrical cables from d walls,he destroy d whole place. we were sad bt made up our mind dat we wouldnt arrest him.
note:we always collect only 1 year rent from both old and new tenant cos we believe if u collect more years and d tenant misbehave,it would be difficult to ask dem to leave since dere rent hasnt expired.

Years of experience is not a pre requisite in enrolling for MBA. lots of people immediately start there MBA immediately after dere degree program without working at all.
