I believe your tracker would move today or tomorrow, please don't fret anymore, it's a done deal. You can try calling the TLS contact customer care line to discuss your situation or have your dependant speak to someone at the center when they go for collection. I got my collection mail on Monday evening and picked up yesterday. It moved to VAC on Monday after receiving my BRP on Sunday. It'll soon be over, again praying for you dear cause you have been a source of strength to us all.

This seem to be the lastest trend. My dependant also go collection mail since yesterday and mine is still at DMC. Deadline is lurking this weekend. UkVI will no seize to amaze us. ...God will touch their heart to move them tomorrow morning...

God is great!!! So happy for you and a happy birthday! Been offline for a while to reduce the mental stress regarding this application. I just checked my mail and got my BRP same time today as yours. God has done it.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

First of all let me inform everyone that today is my birthday.

On 19th at midnight, I decided to write a very angry message to UKVI through paid email where I have been receiving same message that my application is awaiting decision.

Then in the morning of 20th, I got a reply that my record shows decision has been made. Na then I come calm down..lol

As God will have it, this morning at exactly 8:29am, my BRP Email dropped along with that of my dependant partner showing our visas were approved on 19th January.

As you can see from my half way testimony, my application was priority and bio was since Dec 20th.

Now the real deal is this...my course started January 9 and the last date for arrival is 23rd January which is tomorrow.

But I am not afraid because I was updating my school, both the International student Administration team and my course director. And they have extended my arrival date exceptionally.

I expect to get my passport back on or before Wednesday and travel over the weekend.

Hi Enishit, have you visited the TLS centre yet? After receiving this same mail from the Sheffield team on Wednesday, I followed up yesterday with a paid mail and I got a response this morning that a decision has been made, though still on DMC on the tracker.

But honestly I don’t know what they are doing really, because I got a mail from them saying they will have them send my passport back as soon as possible but am yet to receive any positive action.

At this stage, i am well convinced that there is nothing like escalation, all the emails we get from ukvi for escalation are automated, because my last escalation time expired yesterday without any brp or collection mail and i did another paid mail today all they told me is they have escalated me again that i should wait for another 15 working days lol…

Mind you my school resumes on monday, and i am still stuck at DMC, whereas my visa decision have been made since on the 13th of December 2022, biometric was on the 1st of December, i have done over 10 paid calls.

At this stage I’m done emailing or calling them. Let God’s will be done.

Hello everyone, I have been waiting for a decision since the 14th of December when I did my bio (standard), I received an empty NSF on the 28th of Dec and I had my case escalated on the 10th of January with the response that I have to wait for another 15 working days. The wait is really killing and I'm waiting to see a message from anyone on this platform stating they got a feedback within the 15 days of escalation, cause it will be very unfair that after the 15 working days, nothing changes. I even followed up yesterday via mail and was told that nothing had changed since my escalation, that is 5 working days after an escalation.

Please can anyone confirm that they got a response on their application within the 15 working days after an escalation, as this would be an encouragement to those of us still waiting. Thank you.

I understand your plight. My case is almost like yours. But just know that your tracker status can change within a few hours. so be expectant any moment. I am too.

Same here. Bio on the 13th of Dec, Empty NSF on the 28th of Dec. I did a paid mail on the Friday last week, and they told me to follow up on Monday, I did as instructed yesterday and I received a mail that my case has been escalated and I have to wait for 15 working days again.

I am tired but I trust in God. Do you think I should do a paid call?
