Good then if you can go get it in enugu it would be better to avoid extra charges if at all you may want to reroute to your state. Best wishes

jboixxx:
Since it's close by, you have have someone picked it up for you or ask NIPOST to reroute it to you in Anambra.

The other option is, Appeal the judgement with this as an evidence if you CAN'T/WON'T claim that item.

I'll prefer the 1st option sha.

jboixxx:
The response from NIPOST can't say otherwise when it eas them that updated it as unsuccessful delivery. The only explanation here are:
1. Wrong delivery address/wrong sorting
2. Item is there at the PO but was not checked properly
3. He went to wrong PO
4. Item is missing at the PO.

In All these, the only likely scenario he can win the Appeal is if the response says the item is in a location/state not his own

rust6:
Here the tracking shows its in Nigeria thats why the appeal was rejected i think the best thing is to contact nipost via email and send the screenshot in the next appeal to aliexpress, that is if the mail shows that the item is not in Nigeria. Again most appeals are only looked into when buyer protection has ran out

jboixxx:
You can't win a logistics based dispute with this tracking info. Would you approve such yourself? Definitely no.

I remembered I told you to go back to your PO, Mail Office precisely, with your tracking info and ask them to check their incoming manifest/ register of received "Registered items" from 2 days to d date of failed delivery.

Go back there and do that. If they insist it's not with them, demand to see the Mail Officer or the oga patapata. Your package will be out or they make enquiry on your behalf from Lagos.

Sorry about your ish.

rust6:
Can I see the appeal report from AliExpress and the last tracking details

jboixxx:
Go back to your PO, this time, visit the Mail Office and tell them the date of the failed delivery. They'll check their records. Remember to tell them it's a registered parcel.

sambass:
Nwokem is better u go post office at roundabout Nnewi and check ur package.

Encitee3991:
Tracking might not update, but you should be notified

Encitee3991:
NIPOST, self pick up

Before you accuse the phone your network is extremely terrible.

Bad network equates to bad battery life because the phone will push power to your antennas hence battery drain.

Visit the compilation thread for tips on battery management. Once again change your browsing network and make sure both Sims are not on 4G at the same time.

Another thing Disable WiFi and Bluetooth scanning. If you had visited the Xiaomi Compilation thread you will know this.

EseAbed:
