A good goverance nongovernmental organization in Kwara State, The Kwara Renwel Action Group (KRAG) has raised an alarm of the impending danger of this present administration under Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq's penchant for unending loans, bonds without any value on ground to justify such financial sojourn.

The Group in its basic investigation, discovered that over 300b has entered the coffers of the state government from FAAc, World Grants, Loans/Bonds, IGR, Covid/ Cacovid support. No Government since 1999 has had this kind of inflow in less than three years.

The Group's Director for Good Goverance, Alhaji Kabir Olatunji Usman further added that what is on ground does not commensurate with such huge inflow.

"Lack of financial transparency, mal administration and financial recklessness seem to be the order of the day in this administration," Usman added.

"Once probity, public accountability and financial openess are missing, no good or development can come from such a Government."

It's alleged that the Government engages in phantom over bloated renovation contracts, diversion of local government funds, unrealistic phony projects that cannot and will not add value to Kwarans and Kwara as a State.

With a lot of reports coming in from several links in government, the Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has been caught flat footed in this financial recklessless presently ongoing.

In the next few weeks the group will make public its report with facts and documents on how the Accountant General who anyway is a Cousin to the Governor, have been creating lots of smoke screen to cover up this huge dirt inhouse. Information has it that lots of staff of the ministries and MDAs have also supported with valuable documented evidence and approvals on this phony projects. It's obvious that all these, are the pressure on the Governor for his "2023 reelection bid."

We urge the Governor, to please remember that the good people of Kwara voted for him and his party based on thier manifesto and electoral promises which the Governor has disassociated from.

We are ready to sue him, his family and cronies to court over this injustice done on Kwarans.

Zoning: Kwara PDP cautions members against issuing unauthorised statements

...says it'll announce decision on zoning at appropriate time

The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kwara State has warned its members and supporters to refrain from actions and statements capable of causing disharmony within the party.

It also frowned at unauthorised statements purportedly issued on behalf of the party by some individuals or groups within and out of the party.

The party gave the warning in a statement issued on Friday by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, in the wake of recent publications regarding the zoning of the party's ticket for the 2023 governorship election.

"As it is expected in a democracy, individuals have the right to aspire and groups are free to advance their interests. But we must refrain from actions and utterances that can cause disharmony within our the party," the statement reads in part.

On zoning of the Kwara PDP's ticket for the next governorship election, Ashaolu said the party would announce its decision at the appropriate time after due consultation with the various organs of the party.

He added that as a party that upholds due process and inclusiveness, all interests within the party would be involved in the arrangement.

"Until then, no one is permitted to use the name or insignia of the party for press conferences or statements without the express approval from the party. Individuals or groups can do so with their personal identities and not that of the party," the Kwara PDP scribe noted.

He said further: "We urge our members across the State to desist from making official statement(s) on behalf of the party without authorisation. We emphasise that no individual or group is allowed to issue a statement or speak for and on behalf of the party except authorised by the party leadership to do so.

"The party leadership will henceforth not hesitate to take appropriate disciplinary actions against any member that disobeys this directive.”

PDP warns Abdulrazaq against mortgaging Kwara's future with frivolous borrowings

...asks Governor to account for over N280b revenues that have accrued to the State since May, 2019

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kwara State has warned Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq against mortgaging the future of the State by incurring additional loans, running into billions of naira.

The party gave the warning in the wake of the State Government’s decision to access the Federal Government’s Bridging Finance Facility worth over N18 billion at the interest rate of 9 per cent. This is coming less than two months after the Government obtained a N35billion naira loan, which it claimed would be spent on some phantom projects. The State will also anytime soon, receive another N2.6billion loan from the FG under its Livestock Transformation programme.

In a statement released on Friday by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, the Kwara PDP lamented that Governor Abdulrazaq’s penchant for borrowing was not sustainable and portends great danger for Kwara’s economy and development “as it will plunge the State into an uncontrollable debt profile and hinder its capacity to meet future obligations.”

According to the PDP, if the Governor eventually obtains the proposed N18.74billion loan facility from the Federal Government, he would have succeeded in incurring over N50billion loans within the space of 5 months. “We cannot keep this trend of excessive and reckless borrowings,” it added.

The party noted that every Kwaran should be agitated by the fast rising debt profile of the State, stressing that “Kwara isn’t generating enough revenue that can take care of such accumulating debt burden.”

It also asked the Governor to account for the revenues that have flowed into the state since he got to power, noting that Kwara had received in revenues over N280billion within a litte over two years of his Administration.

"For the avoidance of doubt, within the last 30 months of the administration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Kwara has received over N168billion in FAAC allocation, with an average of N3.8billion monthly allocation to the State government and N1.8billion average monthly allocation to the Local Government councils.

"Within the period under review, Kwara has so far received the sum of N11.6billion from the World Bank under its Fiscal State Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability Fund, FSTAS. Also, the State has so far got over N6billion in grants from the Ministry of Health, World Health Organisation, World Bank and UNICEF.

"Additionally, the State has, in the last 30 months, realised over N54billion in internally generated revenue, IGR, with Kwara Internal Revenue Service, KWIRS generating an average of N1.8billion monthly.

"Looking through the financial revenue profile of Kwara since May 29, 2019, you will note that the adminstration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq had in less than 3 years realised over N280billion in revenues including federal allocations, IGR, grants and loans. This figure is higher than what any previous government in the State got within the period of its first 30 months.

"The Kwara PDP challenges Governor Abdulrazaq to explain to Kwarans what he has done with these huge cash inflows into the State coffers since he came on board. Our party is and we believed all concerned Kwarans should be worried that the growth in revenues of the state including monthly FAAC allocations and IGR, has not translated into prosperity, improved development for the State and better living condition for Kwarans.

"What has been the impact of the State's huge monetary inflows under Abdulrazaq on the provision of infrastructural facilities, education, healthcare delivery, poverty alleviation, security, tourism, economy among others? How many key projects or programmes has the Governor executed or introduced since he assumed office?

"Finally, the Kwara PDP notes that If Governor Abdulrazaq’s appetite for frivolous borrowings is not tamed, it will get to a point that a huge chunk of the State’s revenue will be spent on debt servicing which could cripple the State’s economy. In the interest of the State, it is imperative for the Governor to exercise restraint in seeking additional loans that could plunge Kwara into insolvency and mortgage its future."

*Olawepo Hashim Desperation to Launch Himself Back to Political Relevance is an Afterthought- Group*

The progressive Kwara Youth Forum (PKYF) has found it so nauseating, the sudden reappearance of a one time deposed political jobber, Gbenga Olawepo Hashim who had long time ago been evicted from Kwara Political space over his lack of definite identity and shaddy origin

Hashim, who, ironically, has been unable to identify or chart a clear political, ideological or moral path for himself personally seemed to be seizing the opportunity of the fact that Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq, desperation to pally with anybody including expired Politicians after his obvious rejection by critical stakeholders of his party, to launch a vitriolic but largely comical come back to Kwara Political circle .

It could be observed of late, that Gbenga Olawepo Hashim has been doing more PR for the failing Abdulrazaq goverment even more than the official CPS appointed to speak for the Governor.

Perhaps, Hashim has forgotten, the Kwara youths who were instrumental to his expulsion few years back before he absconded to lay claim to Kebbi state as his origin are still much alive . It's important to let him know that the youths who unanimously shown him the way out of Kwara due to his shaddy identity, false propaganda and lies are still much existing and will resist any attempt by to bring him back to kwara political space, his deceptive and manipulative tendency and sudden alliance a failing gov't of Abdulrazaq .

This deposed political merchant is so pathologically obsessed with launching himself back to Political relevance that it has obviously badly affected his mental and emotional stability, we pity his condition but wish to reemphasize that Kwara is not a dumping ground for people of questionable integrity like he is .

Olawepo Hashim had few years back after his disgraceful expulsion from Kwara state claimed he's from Kebbi state. We wonder why he's interloping to Kwara state matter . Perhaps he's been rejected by the people of Kebbi state after seeing through his fake strategy to gain northern identity for his already dead presidential illusion.

We advise Hashim and his sponsor to perish the thought of entering Kwara political space through the backdoor and return to his Kebbi state where he had laid claims after his eviction .

The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has welcomed former Minister of Transportation, Hon. Ibrahim Isa Bio to the party.

Bio who once served as the Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, on Thursday, formally announced his defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to the PDP.

The Kwara PDP via a statement issued by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, commended the Baruten-born politician for taking the bold and timely decision to join the party, saying his action reflects the wishes of Kwarans who are tired of the misrule of the Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq APC-led administration.

“We are pleased to welcome former Minister Ibrahim Isa Bio and his followers into the Kwara PDP family. We applaud his voluntary, bold and timely decision to dump the retrogressive and dysfunctional APC and pitch tent with our party that is moving from strength to strength.

The attention of Kwara Integrity Vanguard (KAIV) has been drawn to interviews granted by Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq of Kwara state on Thisday Newspaper . While we are not perturbed at the level of pettiness demonstrated by Mr Governor , it's crystal clear that the Governor, who is already swimming in the ocean of wanton rejection by people of Kwara over his gross derelict on duty- is looking out-for whom to transfer his frustration.

Although, for us at KAIV, just like other Kwarans of good conscience ,we've zeroed our minds from expecting any positive development from an administration being led by this one chance Governor .

We could not have imagined that our so called "leader" of the state could descend dishonorably in the public with such speed venom.

We tender our unreserved apology for taking part in processes which brought this deceptive and insensitivity Government to the state .

If not for the unsuspecting public who may easily be swayed by the fallacious narratives being spined by the Governor , he could have better been ignored and allowed continue his naked dance .

The case of Abdulrazaq is similar that of a pig magnificently clothed in golden robes. Obviously, Abdulrazaq is a typical example of "Leadership Gone Wrong" in Nigeria polity

However, it's important to correct some misrepresentation spined by the Governor against some respected leaders of APC including the two Honorable Ministers who went extra-miles to ensure our Party's overwhelming victories in 2019.

For someone like Abdulrahaman who during 2019 elections , made Alhaji Lai Mohammed house in Oro his small Mecca , following the minister up and down like an errand boy , visiting churches in Oro on the order of Lai Mohammed , to now come openly to claim the minister does not have a house in Kwara, shows the extent of damage, his memory has had to suffer- perhaps due to over consumption of some unknown substance.

For records , the two houses owned by Alhaji Lai Mohammed ,one located in Tanke , Ilorin and the other in Oro have been built long ago before 2019 , lest Abdulrahaman wakes up tomorrow from a wrong side of bed and claim those houses were built from imaginary money collected from his unknown friends .

We do not need much energy to tell kwarans all the claims in the said press interviews are nothing but blatant lies , unreasonable and unintelligent excused to pass blame of his obvious failures to Lai Mohammed and Gbemisola Saraki so as to play victim card .

We must remind Abdulrahaman that the era of weaving false sentiments to decieve people is far gone , people now judge you based on what quality of leadership you were able to offer and not those unacceptable rhetorics .

Kwara 2019 elections was a daylight robbery , a blind imposition and brazen conspiracy using people's mandate through the most corrupt APC Primary elections processes in the history of Kwara state. It's left for God to determine whether he will be able to forgive all those who have hands in the arrangement which imposed AA on our People .

It is apparent that we blindly toss a coin into the air — with no guarantee of what we get. We voted out one assumed corrupt leader and elected corruption itself . Our case is now to say, “we've gone from the frying pan into the fire.”

What we witness in Kwara today is the terrible state of governance, the ubiquity of corruption, extreme poverty and reduction of major goverment institutions to political instruments used in marketing the unmarketable individual.

We commend Alhaji Lai Mohammed , Senator Gbemisola Saraki , Honorable Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa , Honorable Gani Cook Olododo and other respected APC for staying clear of this hopelessness called government , it's a pointer to the fact you will never join forces with anything that may drag our state backward .

As for Abdulrahaman who claimed he won election singlehandedly in 2019, we would like to say tomorrow is another day , we shall definitely meet again .

The Kwara Consultative Stakeholders Forum has filed a suit before the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, seeking an order to restrain and stop the Kwara State government from taking its proposed N35 billion bond.

With suit number FHC/ABJ/CS/848/2021, the case has as defendants Governor Abdulrahman Abdulraza, the Kwara State House of Assembly, the State’s Attorney General, Federal Ministry of Finance, Securities and Exchange Commission, Greenland & Growth SPV Limited, GTL Trustees Limited and EAC Trustees.

As at the time of filing this report, some of the defendants have already been served.

It was also gathered that deductions and repayment arrangement for the loan has been approved by Governor Abdulrazaq to start at the end of this month.

There has been a raging controversy on the issue of the N35billion bond since the State House of Assembly in January, approved Governor Abdulrazaq’s request to obtain the facility, with members of the public expressing concern about the fragile economy of the State.

Key stakeholders within the State including members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, kicked against the government’s proposed N35billion borrowing.

The Kwara PDP had in a statement by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, condemned the State Assembly for approving what it described as the governor’s ridiculous and humongous loan request, warning that the move would hamper the state’s capacity to meet future obligations.

The party said the decision by the lawmakers to approve the loan request was ill-thought-out, depressing and disappointing, noting that the lawmakers were in the habit of approving whatever request the governor makes without giving a thought for the consequences.

Kwarav state government has just released 100million naira to the Propaganda Committee formed by Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq few weeks back . This is targeted at intensifying median onslaught against Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki , Senator Gbemisola Saraki and Alhaji Lai Mohammed whose appearances in Kwara have continued to attract positive vibes from people of the state .

Yesterday at about midnight, the Governor who was sounding so furious on telephone conversation with top goverment functionaries had summoned some members of the Propaganda Committee and expressed his dissappointment at the manner Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki's presence have been attracting encomiums , a development that has continued to give the Governor serious headache .

The Governor who asked the team what would be needed for a thorough job to smear Saraki and he was told the assignment will gulp #85million naira . He however directed #100million naira to be released immediately and gave the committee marching orders to source for information or fabricate if possible to paint Saraki and others in bad light .

The Governor ordered the team to deploy the money and contract those who can spin false narratives and misrepresentations that can make those he considered as oppositions are blackmailed online and offline. and present them in bad light before the public

Preempting so much acceptability that may be accorded to Saraki at Eid praying ground , the Governor also ordered the team to work on releasing a damning story today, eve of sallah, the story should be out that Saraki and his supporters plan to disrupt Eid prayers by embarrassing the Governor. It is on the strength of this cooked up story he would now report to the DSS and Police to ensure Saraki is prevented from attending the Eid.

The team were told to fulfil all these stated obligations before the arrival of the Governor who is expected to arrive Ilorin today .

The management of Kwara State internal Revenue Services, (KWIRS) yesterday gave one hundred and fifty millions naira (#150,000,000) secretly to one Senator Kahirat Gwadabe , a blood sister to Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq for the upcoming Sallah celebration , this medium can reliably gathered .

This is coming when the state goverment is yet to pay salaries of local governments and SUBEB employees leaving workers in those sectors in gross state of uncertainties as Sallah approaches. The #150million naira packaged for Senator Kahirat is enough to pay five thousand local government workers on monthly salary of #30, 000.

It is not yet clear wether the slush fund was given on Governor's instructions but multiple inside sources confirmed that one Miss Hadijatu , a Rwandan house maid working in Abuja residence of Senator Kahirat came on grey Hillux Jeep to the head office of the agency to take delivery of the cash from the chairman , Mrs Shade Omoniyi.

Some staff of the agency who confided in this medium said it was the Chairman , Mrs Shade Omoniyi , who handed the cash stacked in a big sack to the young lady who in turn led some officers of the services to the already parked Hillux jeep stationed in front of the Chairman office where they dropped the money .

The KWIRS under Mrs Shade Omoniyi has made it a normal routine to be packaging large sum of money to service some relatives of Mr Governor

" Yes, one Miss Hadijatu was here yesterday around 8:30pm , she came in grey Hillux Jeep and made her way straight to the Chairman's office , she didn't spend much time , she was only asked to confirm the fund and we could hear her saying it's #150Million naira ."

When she confirmed the fund , the chairman asked her to send her regards to Senator Kahirat and rest family members and also apologized for delay in delivery "

"The cash was then packed into a big sack and shortly after the packing, the chairman called on some of our men to help carry the cash into the waiting Hilux and the lady drove off"

"Earlier before then , the cash was brought in by one of the new generations bank officials who came directly to the Chairman's office around 4:30pm on Saturday" -The sources added

Allegations of financial scandals and massive corrupt have been hitting KWIRS since Mrs Shade Omoniyi took over the mantle of leadership of the agency. In April 2020, a civil society organisation says it uncovered N325million diverted from the accounts of the Kwara State Internal Revenue Services disguised as payments for non existing projects done by one Compumetric Solutions Limited.

The group also petitioned ICPC and EFCC urging the agencies to beam their searchlights to unravel those behind the fraud .

The Kwara APC Integrity Vanguard, KAIV has reacted to the appointment of Kwara Governor, Mallam Abdulraham Abdulrazaq as a member of Reconcilation team mandated by Buni led national caretaker Committee to oversee Reconcilation processes in Anambra chapter of APC describing the appointment as a deliberate mockery on the integrity of the party.

Speaking to Journalists in Ilorin , the group Coordinator , Alhaji Idris Onimasa , stated that- apart from the fact that Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq is a divisionist per excellence who thrives in an atmosphere of chaos, his timid personality coupled with his too low education will be too inferior to bring anything to table during the reconciliatory process in Anambra state.

Onimasa added that for APC leadership to leave behind intellectually sound, peace loving Governors within it's fold to chose a character like Abdulrazaq who is leading a ruling party that has become object of ridicule in Kwara due to his well known devisionist tendency of the Governor suggest that the national Leadership of APC has become so insensitive

Although, Abdulrazaq is now the only Governor who dolls out hundreds of Millions Kwara taxpayers money to service the people in Abuja , infact, for quite a while , Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq has spent close to two billion naira bribing officials at the national secretariat to oust the the legally constituited party's structure and also ensure his wishes upon the party in Kwara is usually upheld , this Reconciliatory appointment is another way to pay back for the lavish spender who is ready to sell the entire state to strengthen his Political profile.

As a group, we make bold to say that all the crisis rocking Kwara APC are engineered by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq in order to make looting of state patrimony smooth for him and his family members who have set everything in motion for him to establish Abdulrazaq dynasty in the state .

For the record , this is a Governor who's notoriously known for promoting division, discords and disunity in Kwara APC , a man who has completely de-robbed our party here in Kwara of it's honor and used public resources to spite those who brought him to power cannot be useful in Reconcilation work "

The Kwara Advancement Initiatives is displeased to watch the unfortunate low ebb the institution of Kwara state House of Assembly is receding under this set of 9th Assembly lawbreakers who called themselves lawmakers . When we watched them making press release few days back to denounce the claims of Honorable Minister of Information and culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed who alleged that their elections in 2019 was sponsored by fund he personally sourced for, we held them in high esteem trusting so well that it was not possible for people of their status to say things that are unfounded.

Everywhere in the world , Legislators as the promoters and defenders of the Constitution and the laws of the land must seek to be beyond reproach. They must have very high standards of personal integrity and conduct themselves in a disciplined and ethical manner at all times, these attributes is at least required to be able to discharge the three fundamental responsibility of Representation, Legislation and Oversight .

But on getting details information released by the APC financial secretary who poured out overwhelming evidences that indicted each members of Kwara Assembly of recieving fund transfer from party to there banks account , we concluded that this is not the Assembly outlook our forefathers who fought assiduously to entrench a Democractic society envisaged for us as a state .

The lawmakers have openly expressed their loyalties and allegiances to the state Governor , Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq who at regular intervals credit their bank accounts instead of the state and it's people .

The Governor has shred them of any iota of honor and is now using the Assembly to massage his political ambition ahead of 2023. It is no more strange to see All Assembly members now rise to issue press release in defence of Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq even in cases that has nothing to do with the Assembly .

In many instances, these people have compromised the integrity of the house many times to satisfy the dishonest and undemocratic desires of the Governor. As a group , we encourage them to resign their offices and become full appointees of the Government to be able to discharge their duties unhindered.

Kwarans will recall that when Abdulrazaq realized he could no suspend the elected council Chairmen at the wake of his Administration, it was the house of Assembly that he sought to help him carry out the hatchet Job .

It was same with the members of the board of some agencies who enjoy statutory tenure but the Assembly in carrying out Governors directive sacked them, a decision that has been set aside by courts .

Also , we recall the issue of N35Billion bond , the Governor did not even send details of what to do with the bond to the house but the house without even knowing what the documents contained went ahead and gave it Legislative approval . We also have it on good record, the multiple insertions in the budget secretly done by this government including that of kangaroo public hearing conducted within two hours in order to pass needed laws to access world bank Sifiax grants.

It is important to state that 80% of those parading themselves as Kwara lawmakers do not have any academic certificates, some of them are seating on forged academic credentials which was used to escape being disqualified . Such house members are not fit to continue holding such exalted offices in our state, in our own advice , it is good if they sumkon courage and excuse themselves or risk recall process from their individual constituency.

Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq did not limit his rascality to the legislative arms , the illegally constituited local government structures are now acting as an attacking dogs of the Government, since the Government lacks human resources who can stand for her in troubled times , the TIC members recruited by the Governor to help him loot local government have now named themselves ALGON and are using the body as an extension of Abdulrazaq's media recruits who help the Governor respond to all critics .

For long time ago, Governance and political decency have taken flight in Kwara .

Our attention at Kwara APC Integrity Vanguards, KAIV has been drawn to some fallacious statements credited to one AbdulRaheem Tunji Olawuyi Ajuloopin , a Rep member representing Ekiti , Irepodun, Isin and Oke Ero federal constituency on platform of our party , APC, wherein he was quoted to have said his personal connection and influence attracted campaign fund and won him the bye elections held in his Constituency late 2018, this statement is misleading, garrulous and politically insensitive to the spirit of those who laboured so hard for the success of the party at that election.

As a group which identifies with the party's manifesto, we will not be holding brief for the minister but posterity will not judge us right if we fail to highlight some ungodly traits for which Ajuloopin who's now openly attacking his benefactors is known for . For record , Ajuloopin is known for his unprincipled, ingratitude and back stabbing nature including his pan regional fraudulent actions usually met on those who tried to raise him from dust .

First , Rep Tunji Olawuyi Ajuloopin lacks the moral and political rights to talk ill of anybody in APC ESPN Alhaji Lai Mohammed who did not only superitended over the by-elections which brought him to limelight and saved him from penury but also used his federal influence to rescue Ajuloopin who should be rotting in prison for several fraud tendencies upon which he was arrested and detained by the EFCC.

Perhaps , the ecstasy occasioned by opulence Ajuloopin is now enjoying as an accidental public office holder has impaired his retentive memory , we will however remind him and his newly found master, not only how he(Ajulo) has been exhibiting sheet ingratitude but also his numerous 419 tendencies which are embarrassing the integrity of our party .

This accidental Rep overrated himself to tell us he used his personal connection with a North Central Governor to attract campaign fund to Kwara. Where was Ajuloopin and Abdulrazaq when Lai Mohammed and some of us were running up and down to make APC come to stay in Kwara ? We challenge Ajuloopin to come out clean how he was able to buy a Lexus Jeep valued at N80 million naira shortly after the bye election if truly he has not swindled the party .

We are not surprised at Ajuloopin's conducts. He is a known serial fraudster, a jobless man using politics as decoys. To Ajuloopin , political office is an avenue to defraud people, defraud community , amass wealth and attract more sexual partners . Outside politics, Ajulo remains a nonentity , a Cypher who wanders around for what to eat .

No wonder this was same negative traits shown to his benefactors when he was chased out of Saraki dynasty following his shady dealings with Duravils construction

*How Fraudulent Tendency Chased Ajuloopin out of Saraki Dynasty*

Perhaps ,the public is unaware, Honorable Raheem Tunji Olawuyi was involved in defrauding Duravil Construction, a company employed by former Governor Abdulfatai Ahmed to construct Geri Alimi underpass in Ilorin . This dishonorable Rep defrauded the company of project fund running to hundreds of millions of naira . It happened that former Governor Abdulfattahi Ahmed out of sympathy assisted Ajulo through the Company engineers to supply Iron rods. Ajulo who had nothing at that time was paid 85% of the supply money upfront to make the work easier for him .

But lo behold, Ajuloopin collected this money and ran to Lagos to start living extravagant life , using the money to parade different oloshos who helped him massage his abnormal sexual urge. Upon spending contractor money , he returned sub inferior iron materials which the contractor rejected . This made the contractors to report him to government which recommended him. And all efforts to track him afterward failed. This was how he fell out with the Saraki leadership and made his way to APC . Such a crook who does not care about life of people who will be affected if inferior materials were used on that project should not have been considered for anything in our party

At the time of bye elections, we as a group warned our party to put Ajuloopin to test and not entrusted him with the party ticket but the stakeholders in their wisdom discarded our advice . This is the result of our failure to conduct due diligence .

*How Ajuloopin ran away with Omu-aran Day Money*

The people of Omu-aran particularly organizers of Omu-aran Day of 2021 have not forgotten the scam committed by Rep Ajuloopin when he swindled the community of millions naira donations collected on behalf of the community.

Ajuloopin should account for N30 million naira donations he received from his colleagues at National Assembly on behalf of Omu-aran People . It should be noted that at the level of the festival , Ajuloopin as a Rep Member made a pledge of N1Million naira , while his colleagues present at the occassion also pledged N2million each , the Honorable speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila also made his own pledged which they all promised to send through Ajuloopin . All the pledges were remitted in cash to Ajuloopin , inside sources at National Assembly confided in members of Committee that Ajulo has recieved all the cash donations but up till today , not even a Kobo was remitted to the people of Omu-aran on whose behalves Ajuloopin recieved the donations .



*Lai Mohammed Saved Ajuloopin from Going to Prison*

There are many frauds perpetrated by Ajulo but one of those we are aware of is the one involving an Igbo trader in Lagos who gave him money to supply Iron material for his construction project .

As usual, Ajulo is known for always betraying those who do well for him , he spent the money meant for this iron and changed his phone number so that this Igbo trader will not get hold of him . But luckily for the Igbo trader , few years after the fraud, he got wind that he(Ajulo) had run to Kwara to seek assylum , the Igbo trader tipped EFCC and Ajuloopin was arrested and transfered to Lagos where he was detained for several days . It was in detention that Ajuloopin begged Lai Mohammed to come to his rescue and in order to save the party from embarrassment, the Minister used his connection and got Ajuloopin out of detention . If not for lack of conscience, how should Ajuloopin talk ill of such a man ?

*How Ajuloopin has been defrauding National Assembly*

Rep Ajuloopin is the current chairman , House committee on Emergency and Disaster management at the lower arms of national Assembly, ever since he held sway , despite the enormous environmental disaster that had ravaged the Constituency, this good for nothing Rep has not facilitated a single relief items to any part of his Constituency .

There are rumours that Ajulo who chairs the Disaster Management Committee at Green chamber has been engaging in unlawful selling of items provided by NEMA.These items are worth millions of naira but Ajulo has been diverting those meant for his Constituency to certian middle men who buy them at a very lower prices in Lagos. Our organisation will soon petition EFCC and ICPC to beam searchlights on this to unravel the truth .

Be that as it may , we call on our party to be mindful of serial 419 like Ajuloopin in the future political engagements, we must learn from all these and ensure the mistake of 2019 where scammers like Ajuloopin flew the party ticket do not repeat itself . Ajuloopin who is a well known in and out of Kwara as habitual 419 should not be extolled as a political candidate under a respectable and wholesome nation-building political party like ours.

The Otunba Atadese of Orangun land who celebrated his birthday on the 13th day of June amidst public accolades could not participate in any birthday events organised by his admirers and followers due to his indisposition.

However, he choses today to identify with less privileges especially children who have no parent as a way of giving back to society and showcasing his gratitude to almighty God who according to him is worth his appreciation for how far he has taken him .

Some of the items delivered through Nigerian Red Cross Society , a humanitarian organisation recognized by Nigerian govt include Bags of rice , packs of noodles , bottled water , packs of fruit wines, carbonated drinks and cash donations .

'Assembly's public hearing on public accounts bill is a hoax' - Kwara PDP


The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has described Monday’s Public Hearing conducted by the State House of Assembly on a bill titled ‘Kwara State Public Accounts Audit Bill, 2021’ as a hoax and silly attempt to hoodwink the public.  

In a statement on Monday by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, the Kwara PDP alleged that the House had already prepared and sent the bill to the State Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq who is expected to sign it into law on Tuesday to meet Wednesday deadline set by the World Bank.

It added that whatever contributions made by individuals and groups who attended the Public Hearing are futile as they cannot be included in the bill that has been taken to the governor’s desk for assent.

The Kwara PDP disclosed that “the House had to hurriedly arrange the Public Hearing because it is part of the mandatory requirement the State must meet to access the World Bank State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability Program for Results (SFTAS) grant which is about two million dollars. The application process for the grant closes on Wednesday, 30 June, 2021.

“If the State government and the House were sincere and responsible, the public hearing ought to have been held long before now so that contributions by members of the public would be considered in the preparation of the bill, which is the essence of public hearings. We are left to believe that House and the State Government are trying to hide something from Kwarans, and there is also no assurance that the funds will be judiciously used when accessed.

“Kwarans will recall that that was the same manner the House hurriedly within 24 hours considered and approved Governor Abdulrazaq’s request to access a N35billion bond. This has only got to show that the House led by Hon. Yakubu Danladi and Governor Abdulrazaq do not have regard for due process, accountability and transparency.

"We also want Kwarans, civil society and the media to note that the leadership of the Kwara Assembly has deliberately ignored the convention that chairmanship of the public account committee of the House be assigned to a member of the minority party in the House for accountability sake. By virtue of this convention, Hon. Abdulraheem Jimoh Agboola of the PDP ought to have been appointed the Chairman of the House Public Accounts Committee. But in order to avoid scrutiny, the House leadership has refused to do the needful."

KAI BERATES ABDULRAZAQ FOR SETTING UP COMMITTEE ON PROPAGANDA IN GOVERNOR'S OFFICE
 
...Chides Governor for Telling Unintelligent Lies before Court over Appointment of TIC
 
 
The Kwara Advancement Initiative, KAI has berated Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for setting aside a whopping sum of N300million to fund a muck-raking Committee otherwise known as AA Propaganda Team which the Governor recently set up without any public disclosure.
 
KAI in a statement on Sunday, said Governor Abdulraham set up the committee and gave the team directive to generate and churn out conjectures and outright falsehood to malign key opposition figures and APC chieftains who are perceived enemies of the Governor.
 
It was reliably gathered that the muckraking Committee is to be peopled by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Political Communication,Bashir Adigun, his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, Special Assistant on New media and one former commissioner in the state who has a penchant for peddling lies.
 
The group said it was totally wrong of the Governor to have allocated N300m of public funds to finance his propaganda machinery, stressing that such arrangement is not in the interest of the State and her people. “Using N300m to finance such a committee amounts to financial recklessness, insensitivity and lack of good vision for the people of Kwara.
 
“The people voted in Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq and APC to ensure delivery of dividends of Democracy and protect lives and properties and not to waste public funds on irrelevancies and fight perceived political enemies,” it added.
 
The group therefore asked Governor Abdulrazaq to immediately disband the illegal committee and channel the N300m to other profitable ventures that can serve  the interest of Kwarans.
 
In another development, KAI has knocked the Abdulrazaq administration over its claim before the Kwara State High Court on the issue of appointment of TIC chairmen and suspension of substantive council chairmen in the state, describing the government’s denial as ‘an unintelligent lie’.  
 
The State government had, according to online reports, told the Kwara State High Court, sitting in Ilorin, that it did not suspend chairmen and councilors in the 16 local governments of the State. It also denied appointing Transition Implementation Committee (TICs) for the Councils.
 
“Our group found this denial unintelligent and nauseating. It is very ridiculous that the State Government had to drag itself so low by telling barefaced lies that are too obvious to be dismissed with the overwhelming evidence available in the public.
 
“Is Mr. Governor suffering from memory loss that he quickly forgot that he had constituted Transition Implementation Committees for the councils shortly after the expiration of the tenure of the suspended council chairmen?.”

Since these Tic Chairmen are constituted illegally and against the provision of the law and constitution, we hope they will not join other democratically elected local government council chairmen in the 774 local government councils in Nigeria who are scheduled to meet with President Buhari soon.

*ABS ILORIN FC OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON THE EVICTION OF THE CLUB FROM KWARA STADIUM COMPLEX, ILORIN*

The management of Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Ilorin FC wish to clear the air on the eviction of the club from the Kwara Stadium Complex, Ilorin.

The ABS FC Secretariat was formerly a non-permanent structure site office/store temporarily put in place by the Engineering firm that upgraded the Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin.

Upon completion of the stadium upgrade and evacuation of materials from the office by the firm, the management of ABS FC applied to the Kwara State Ministry of Sports and Youth Development, through the Sports Council for the use of the facility as office accommodation cum store and the request was graciously granted.

We wish to correct the impression that we were evicted because of our refusal to pay rent for our office facility as we had no prior discussions or any requests by KWIRS to pay for the facility.

Our dealings with the KWIRS had been on the areas of tax payments, payment for the use of the stadium fields for our matches, in which we have continued to maintain our obligations.

Only recently, the management of the Kwara State Sports Council, through the Stadium Manager, Mr Wale Obalola at an informal meeting hinted us on directives to recover the facility from ABS FC, and also discussed agreements on payment for the office.

Some days after the meeting, the State Sports Council wrote to the club asking us to sign an agreement for a yearly rent payment of N180,000.00, to be paid in two installments, subject to further negotiations

We sent a reply to the Sports Council, requesting to pay the sum of N150,000.00 in three installments, payable quarterly, and demanded for the Bank Account to make payment to, for the first installment.

Few weeks after, it became clear to us that there were other unseen forces, teleguided unsportsmanly utterances/reactions and political undertones bent on seeing ABS Ilorin FC out of the office, including stringent conditions that the letter of payment agreement dated 24th May 2021 was to take effect backward from January, 2021.

We sorted for calm and reminded them that issues of sports and youths development of which the club stood for should not be joined with conventional politics of any kind.

Almost immediately, we received a notice titled "Request To Vacate Facility" signed by the Council's Secretary, A.J Adebisi which read ...

"The management of Kwara State Sports Council wish to inform you/your club that the Bill for the establishment of Kwara State Sports Commission has been passed into law and presently awaiting assent by the Executive Governor, Malam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

"The Council has been requested to make available comfortable office accommodation for the incoming Board Chairman and members to start work as soon as possible.

"In view of the foregoing, the Council wish to appeal to you/your club that the Council will need to make use of the facility in your club's possession to accommodate the incoming Commission Chairman and members" the notice read in part'.

From the above scenario, it is evidently clear that muddling negotiations for payment and notice to vacate the facility for use by the sports commission depicts a clear case of contraction which confirmed our fears of unseen forces and unsportmanship political undertones.

Meanwhile, we had requested the Council to give us some time to look for alternative office accommodation and to allow the club complete the ongoing Nigeria National League (NNL) season which has only 4 matches to go.

Comrade Segun Ege described the new king as a man of impeccable records in both private and public sector noting that his experience in legal profession , international honors and his goodwill will all be brought to fore in delivering credibly Leadership to the people of ancient town .

He also admonished the new king to dedicate himself to building on and surpassing the worthy legacies of his predecessor , Oba Sikiru Atanda Woleola who until his death worked so hard to foster harmony and socio-economic development of Kwara south and Kwara state .

The Kwara APC Integrity Vanguards, (KAIV) has responded to spurious claim by a faction of the party led by Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq wherein they are blaming the opposition and Leaders of our party in the state for the Embarrasing exit the party suffered yesterday , 18th of June 2021, while our group understand that Abdulrazaq and his minions are looking for all means to transfer their aggressions over the unpopular manner the Governor has been handling his party , we put it straight that the mass Exodus our party witnessed is just a test of microphone if the Party is not revived from the incorrigible Leadership examplified by Abdulrazaq Government

As a group committed to the APC mantra , we are not going to allow Abdulrazaq and his paid urchins to mislead the public with his continuous transfer of blame of his Irresponsible Leadership to Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki, immediate past president of the Nigeria Senate and leader of opposition in the state .

The general public will recall that on several occasions, our group had raised many alarms drawing APC leaders at all strata to the unfortunate "sole proprietorship of Goverment and draconian" manner the Governor has been leading the party and the Government since his assumption of office in 2019 , this, we had warned, would lead the party into a catastrophic end but the party leadership at the national arena have turned deaf ear, thinking the destiny of everybody in the party must be subjected to the whims and caprices of the Governor of the state.

It is imperative to let the public know that the Wazirin Hausa Kwara , Mallam Gobir and thousands of other Patriots who left our party to form a new platforms called "Third Forces" are all aggrieved members of Kwara APC who are tired of Abdulrazaq draconian Leadership . To hold Saraki or any other person responsible for Abdulrazaq Irresponsible Leadership will therefore be the worst goof from the APC or any discerning mind.

We also found it laughable reading an unintelligent article from the stable of AA group titled "SARAKI USED GOBIR TO DESTROY APC" , this article which was written on the dictate of Mr Governor further reflected how petty Abdulrazaq could stoop to play his dirty politics .

To claim Gobir is working for Saraki because of his attendance of Baraje launching at Abuja is another testimony that there is no intellectual reasoning within Abdulrazaq and his Government. It's important to tell Mr Governor that his own Ally , Moshood Mustapha, MM was also a guest at the same program , why then are they not saying that Saraki using is Moshood Mustapha who was even closer to his Leadership to destroy APC ?

If the claim that Saraki is using Gobir is anything to hold , we ask Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq and his hired writers who then have they been using to repair or promote the APC , a platform which has offered them the most excellent opportunity any Politician can dream of ?

To us at Kwara APC Integrity Vanguard, we feel that Abdulrazaq is still suffering from his usual inferiority complex especially whenever he hears names such as Saraki ,Lai Muhammad and Senator Gemishola Saraki.

It is obvious to followers of Kwara politics that Abdulrazaq imperviousness for corrections , his poor Leadership skill , his fraudulent and deceptive nature has continue to destroy the fabric of the APC Brand in kwara State

Kwara PDP dismisses Gov Abdulrazaq's defection claim, says APC is shrinking

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kwara State has dismissed claims that thousands of its members have defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC in the State.

Governor Abdulrahman Abdurazaq had at an event on Democracy Day, claimed to have received no fewer than 3500 members of the PDP to the fold of the APC.

But in a statement on Sunday by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, the PDP described the Governor’s claim as false and misleading, adding that the theatrical show that took place at Banquet Hall on Saturday was a dimwitted attempt at face-saving by Governor Abdulrazaq.

The PDP said “the Governor was mocked by members of his party for staging what they described as a scam and macabre dance, and cautioned him to stop embarrassing the party. The APC members also accused Abdulrazaq of bastardising the image of the party with his divisiveness, corrupt, insensitive actions and lackluster performance across board.

"Our group feel so embarrassed with the ongoing arrangements at Kwara state Banquet Hall, Ilorin where former council chairmen and ward councilors were assembled by loyalists of Abdulrazaq in order to force them declare their defections to AA Group but using the APC as a decoy to hoodwink the general public. Late Olajide Blessing , 300 Level Unilorin student who was raped and murdered in her house .

Engineer Bankole Dare (FNSE) , the House of Rep candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2019 election, has condemned the rape and gruesome killing of Miss Omowumi Blessing Olajide, a 300 level female student of Agricultural education, University of Ilorin and daughter of PDP youth leader in Oke Opin , Mr Olajide , describing the incidence as one death in too many.

Engineer Dare in a condolence visit to the family house of the slain student located in Tanke area of Ilorin , urged the parent to take heart while charging security services in the state to embark on speedy investigation so as to bring the devilish attackers into timely justice .

While commiserating with the deceased father and other family members who are still in sober mood , the Telecommunication Engineer urged them to console themselves in the words of God noting that there is no amount of human energy that can fill the depth of pains the family is going through at the moment .
In his words to the parent , he said:

"I condemn, in the strongest term, the unfortunate raping and killing of Miss Omowumi Blessing Olajide , a very bright and easy going female student and one of the future my Constituency would want to be proud of".

.... Ilorin West Local government shared letters to individuals to help it contribute #25Million to execute project


Few days after Kwara state government reportedly begged private individuals for drugs to stock her medical facilities to make two years anniversary of Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq , the Ilorin West Local Govt has also followed suit .

Recall that few days ago, this medium reported that the Kwara state government through the ministry of health was going cap in hands begging some private individuals and agency to donate drugs for the state in order to enable it mark 2 years anniversary of Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq.

But in another development, the TIC Chairman appointed by Governor Abdulraham Abdulrazaq to oversee Ilorin West local government has started his own version of begging. In a letter dated 3rd of June , 2021 titled "Request for Financial Assistance to Execute Enumeration Area Demarcation (EAD) for Ilorin West Local Government"* which was signed by one Professor Muhammad A Sadiq who is the chairman,fiance committee on behalf of the council Chairman , the local government is requesting the sum of Twenty five Million Naira (#25 000, 000) from private individuals across the state to enable it embark on Enumeration

The funniest of the joke is that the "Executive fine Bara" is not limited to APC members, the chairman was so insensitive to send letters to some notable PDP members requesting for fund from each of these people to help him run the council

According to information, thesame corruption have been going on since last 2 years among top local government officials including the TIC Chairmen in the sixteen local government who conspire with other senior members to loot the council .

‘Gov Abdulrazaq has a culture of inflating project contracts’ – Kwara PDP

…asks Governor to speak on GHS Ilorin contract inflation, return all looted funds to state coffers

The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, says the Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq-led All Progressives Congress, APC administration has a culture of inflating contract sums and will soon plunge the State into a financial mess.

The PDP said this while reacting to report by a non-governmental organisation, ENETSUD, which revealed that the contract sum for the renovation of Government High School, Ilorin was inflated by ₦40,530,208.

In a statement by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, the PDP said it was not surprised by the latest discovery, noting that the Abdulrazaq government has been siphoning resources of the State through contract inflation and underhand dealings and corrupt acts that have pervaded the administration.

The party said the inflation of the contract sum by over N40m cannot be regarded as a ‘miscalculation; but a deliberate act of stealing by the present administration, stressing that Governor Abdulrazaq has a proclivity for inflating contract sums. The PDP therefore rejected obvious attempt by the ENETSUD to provide cover for Governor Abdulrazaq by claiming that the contract sum was miscalculated.

It recalled that “the State Government also inflated the contract for the renovation of Patigi Secondary School was inflated by ₦31,980,799. This is beside several other projects awarded by the Governor at inflated costs including the renovation of Banquet Hall, Ilorin, Ilesha-Gwanara road, College of Education, Ilorin road, etc.”

The party also alleged that it is part of the monies pillaged through award of contracts that the Governor has been using to fund intra-party crisis, service his sycophants and hire praise singers, thugs and crowd, some of whom were seen at the Eid praying ground and the Emir’s place few days.  

The PDP said Kwarans can now see that while the Abdulrazaq government presents itself as a ‘houlier-than-thou’ government, the State’s treasury is grossly being plundered by the Governor and his cronies. It added that Kwarans cannot be swayed by the pretentious transparency and fake probity claims of the Abdulrazaq's government.

“It is distressing and provocative that at a time when majority of hardworking Kwarans are hit by the current economic woes and cannot afford the basic necessities of life, they are constantly jolted by revelations of contract inflation and lootings going on under the watch of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq,” the party said.

The Kwara PDP therefore called on Governor Abdulrazaq to come clean on the latest revelation by ENETSUD and also return all monies that have been siphoned through award of contracts to the state coffers.  The party also threatened to drag the State Government before anti-corruption agencies.

Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe popularly known in Ilorin as "Gaari Senator" has come under serious attacks and criticisms after he uploaded a selfie of himself with one of his relatives where they held Iftar with former Lagos State Governor , Bola Ahmed Tinubu at Umra .

This is as some youths suspected to be APC members in Kwara central have taken to Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe Facebook page to express their grievances over what they describe as dissapointing failures of the Senator with some of them going overboard with making inflammatory and uncensored comments against the Senator .

Yahaya Oloriegbe who succeeded Saraki as Senator representing Kwara central had made series of promises to constituents including promising them to surpass Saraki achievements under 2years of his representation. His vague promises had raised the bar of expectations especially among youths who believed Oloriegbe will facilitate federal government jobs for them once he becomes Senator .

Unfortunately, Oloriegbe has continuously been avoiding his Constituents, refusing to pick their calls and has had history of prolonged stay in Abuja more than his Constituency . There have been an insinuations about the Senator using his daughters and some of his wife relatives as his LA and SLA while using few of party members as their subordinates, positions that are expected to be used as compensation for those who struggled with him , these are some of his disrespect to people of Kwara central region especially youths who felt betrayed .

Kwara central youths who are online users could not hide their disdains against the acclaimed Gaari Senator when his Iftar photo with Tinubu surfaced in his official Facebook page.

One of the youths named Mr Ayo Anu who reacted to the photo rained heavy curse on the Senator saying Allah will not accept his prayer at Umrah because the money meant for everybody in Kwara central is what Oloriegbe is lavishing for his Umrah trip .

SUBEB staff in Kwara state are still wondering why their salaries for the month of April are still not coming even when their counterparts at TESCOM and other civil servants had already forgotten about April salaries .

Little did they know that the Government is behind this delay and they may not even be paid if Government failed to do what is right .

The reasons behind this is the inability of Abdulraham Abdulrazaq to conduct local government elections . From a very reliable sources , the federal government has decided to withhold all allocations to local government areas in Nigeria which do not have elected officials at their helms of affairs . Kwara state and other 8 states in Nigeria who are currently running an illegally constituited TIC at their local government areas are those affected by this

The implication of this is that , all the 16 local government areas in Kwara where Abdulrazaq had imposed his minions as TIC chairmen will not be getting allocations until the state government harken to voices of reason and conduct LG elections . But how can he even conduct elections when he had unlawfully sacked board of Kwara state Independent Electoral commisson, KWASIEC ? For Ramoni in Kwara , it is Illegality upon Illegalities .


The PDP in the state together civil society organisations such Kwara Agenda , EIYA, ENetSuD and others have all condemned Appointment of people loyal to the Governor as heads of local governments in place of Constitutionally recognized people who should over see our councils

But all these calls have only fell on deaf hears of Mr Governor who has successfully made himself an Emperor within his party. To worsen the picture , a serial fertilizer thief who was sacked from council by Dr Bukola Saraki led Government was appointed by Abdulrazaq to oversee one of the local government areas . What does this suggest to an ordinary man on the street ? That Governor Abdulraham is attracted to theives and People of questionable characters

Despite criticisms from the people including people of Patigi from where Ndagiri stole the fertilizers, the Governor felt this man who was caught red handed stealing tones of fertilizer belonging to a whole local government is his best choice to manage the local government again . The people of Kwara state know the inside intention of Mr Governor , it is to use these people to milk our local government and remit larger shares of local governments money to fund his dead First Fuel company , or how can any human think that someone who was once indicted of stealing Public item would be the Governor choice for a whole local government?

Thank God the federal government heard the voices of Kwarans , withholding local government allocations and not releasing it to *Ramoni Hawks* is a way of saving the future of our state. Kwarans are in full supports of this drastic measures that will leave our government with no choice than to subject itself before the law .
