There's an ongoing serous grumbling among top echelons staffers of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin over revelation of another well coordinated financial corruption and allegations of nepotism which revolves around the Commissioner for Tertiary Institutions, Messrs Modibbo Kawu, the polytechnic Rector , Dr Abdul Jimoh Mohammed in connivance with board members and other staff of the institution, this medium can reliably gathered .

The Commissioner for Tertiary Institutions, Mrs Moddibo is the wife of Mr Kawu Modibbo, the erstwhile DG of National Broadcasting Commission, NBC who is currently on suspension due to allegation of N2.5B fraud he was involved in at the commission.

The Commissioner and the Rector , Dr Jimoh Mohammed are both appointees of Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq . The Rector until his appointment was a staff of the Federal polytechnics, Offa .

Upon his appointment in November 2019, the Rector in a bid to make money and impress his employer created an impression that there existed ghost workers in the system and caused an investigation to be launched with the aim of fishing out ghost workers .

Without following any lay down financial regulation of the school, the Rector ordered disbursement of over 50million naira to prosecute an investigation which eventually could not yield anything. Some of the polytechnic staff who work in Bursary and Accounting departments which are key signatories to the institution accounts drew attention of principal officers to financial withdrawals which have not been following due process and the consequences such may bring upon them if not quickly addressed but all their complaints fell on deaf hears

*How Commissioner, Rector , Board Members, set up well Coordinated Fraud Enterprises which fetch them Millions on Monthly basis*

The coordinated fraud began with the Rector approaching FCMB Bank with his plan to transfer all polytechnic salary accounts to the Bank if the Bank can build him a befitting 4-bedroom Duplex with a motorised borehole . Some people close to the Rectory confirmed to our correspondents that the Bank had built the house and handed over the key to the Rector. This medium can also confirm that the Salary accounts of Kwara polytechnic has been moved from Keystone Bank to FCMB as at press time .

Another one which came as rude shock to all management staff is the disengagement of DALASH TECHNOLOGY , the company that helps the polytechnic manage its portal and every online transactions without prior notice . Before the sudden disengagement, the company had already completed the processing of 2019/2020 post UTME applications intake and others programs expected of it. But shortly after , the Rector demanded that the company submit to him; the report on how many post jamb applications was received by the school and how much the company is willing to charge on each application .

The company submitted that it received about 25,000 applications for admission but that the company have had *NO* intention to charge the polytechnic for that services since they have been carrying out several assignments for the institution. The Rector after receiving the report immediately disengaged the company and announced his intention to bring in new company named "GLOBALWISE TECHNOLOGY " to replace the "DALASH"

However , trouble started when the next day , three vouchers of almost Ten million naira(#10,000,000) each were raised to be paid for 2019/2020 post UTME processing service charges for *"Global Wise Technology "* a new company that is yet to start any operations for the school . It should be noted that the operation which the school is paying the new company for was carried out by the company that was abruptly disengaged by the Rector.

The question the polytechnic community are asking now is that what is "Globalwise" a company that is yet to begin any project for the school being paid for on monthly basis "Globalwise" as at press time is yet to be properly engaged by the school, no letter of engagement nor any MOU signed with the company to indicate that it has commence working for the polytechnic.

Obviously, these millions of naira been charged for non-existing which is being withdrawn on Monthly basis from school account are been shared among the Commissioner for Tertiary, the Rector , the council Chairman and its members and other supporting senior staff whom they see as loyal to their course .

Many of the senior staff began to grumble as they saw this as a big setback for the institution that live on only its own internally generated revenues . It has gotten to stage in kwara polytechnic that only the Rector now decide who sign for withdrawal and those who relate with the banks on behalf of the school , a complete breach of financial law of the institution.

*Polytechnic Bursar, Accountant Became first Scapegoats*

When the internal grumble was becoming too loud to bear , the first officials to suffer the Rectorys sledge hammer are the Polytechnic Bursary and Chief Accountants who are both signatories to the school accounts .

When it seems to the Rector and rest schemers that the two Principal officials may be too rigid for them to influence, the Rector bought over the School Registrar and caused suspension letters to be served against the Bursar and the Chief Accountants.

One funny thing about their suspension is that there is no report of any misdeeds or sharp practices that has been established against the duo to warrant been suspended. Aside from the suspension letters from the Registrar , there was also another letter from the Ministry of Tertiary Institution which instructed that the Bursar and Chief Accountant step Aside . All efforts to get the Rectors and councils chairman position on these controversies proved abortive as calls made to their MTN lines were not connecting

*Junior Staff Imposed as Acting Bursar*

Following illegal suspension of the Bursar and the Accountant , the Rector in connivance with Commissioner and council members have introduced one of the junior staff in Account Department, Mrs Abdul Monsurat Ronke as the new acting Bursar to be recognised by all Banks for transactions

The polytechnic Bursar , Hajia Aishat Mohammed was thereafter asked to sign the letter introducing Mrs Monsurat Ronke as replacement in acting Bursary capacity but the suspended Bursar declined such request claiming her suspension has no basis under any known law .

*Ethnic Crisis Looms*

Following illegal suspension of Hajia Aishat Mohammed who's from Kwara north as Bursar and introduction of junior staff , Mrs Monsurat Ronke as replacement, the polytechnic is now saturated with suspicions that the Rector , the Commissioner and the council Chairman who are all from Ilorin, kwara central are trying to edge out those from Kwara north off the system. A practice that is against the standing operating procedure of the state owned polytechnic.

Although Hajia Aishat Mohammed has not relate with anyone; her position on the entire crisis and is yet to react to her suspension but some polytechnic staff who see such action as injustice on the woman and entire kwara north which she represents have started making moves to defend blow the crisis out of proportion .

Some Kwara north staff who felt offended by the new shady arrangement have approached the Speaker , Kwara house of Assembly, Rt Hon Yakubu Danladi who also a kwara north man to register their displeasures at the open display of nepotism by the new management of the state own institution. Their complaint is that even if the Bursar had done anything wrong , then her replacement should have been another person from Kwara north since the management structure of the polytechnic is billed to reflect the cultural diversity of the state .

When this medium contacted the Bursar on telephone, she refused to utter a word but just hung up on our correspondents who put the call through.

*Rector, Council Chairman Accused of Dictatorial Tendencies*

Apart from the shady financial controversy , the Rector and the council Chairman have both been fingered in several conspiracies capable of setting the institution on fire . Some of the aggrieved staff who confided in this medium also talked of dictatorially tendency of the Rector while taking sensitive decisions that may affect the school .

"The Rector since his coming have been lording his personal decisions on the school , he doesn't call for management meetings , all he does is to find a conducive hotel where he sit with Commissioner for Tertiary Education the council Chairman, and some staff who are in his good book to relate with . Whatever they discuss there is what they bound on the school ." One of the staff told this medium on phone .

The Rector was also accused of distributing juicy contracts to his families instead of the usual advertisements that the law required the school management .

"He run the citadel as his family estate , what we are not sure of is if the Governor is aware of his actions but in most cases , he scared us by claiming those were directives of the Governor . All contracts, jobs opportunities and work execution are not brought to management fora again , they are his personal decisions , he has not been engaging anyone aside from those he considered loyal to his ways. " another senior staff also says .

A female polytechnic staff who also spoke to our correspondents confirmed the Rector's overbearing attitudes


"This Rector is too desperate to amash wealth and change his family's fortune , as am talking, one of the Polytechnics cars is his wife's personal car with a personal driver being taking care of from the income of the institutions" -said the female lecturer

With the way things are going in the institution, our suggestion is that Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq needs to swing into urgent actions and investigate all these before they get out of hand.

It was another embarrassing day for Kwara central senator , Yahaya Oloriegbe yesterday when some APC youths , women and few elders mobilised by the Senator to join him welcoming the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development,Hajia Sadiya Umar Farouq and the Minister of State for FCT Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu who were both in Ilorin yesterday for the flag off of the distribution of relief items to communities affected by last rainstorm in kwara

Senator Oloriegbe, who's now nicknamed *"Cassava/Gaari Senator"* following his ridiculous cassava empowerment was part of personalities who accompanied Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq to receive the two female ministers as they their plane touched ground at Ilorin international airport . The flag off program which witnessed attendance of press men took place in one corner around Agric area of ilorin yesterdays under heavy security details deployed to guard the venue to avoid been disrupted by striking state workers .

Trouble started at the end of the program when the Senator rushed out to join the convoy conveying the Governor and the visiting minister out of the program without dropping anything leaving all the party members including youths mobilised for that program stranded

On sighting the Senator and the Governor as they took their exits , the youths and women groups who already stationed themselves in strategic exit points blocked the road and requested for money but the security details attached to these leaders teargassed them to give ways

As the convoy drove out of the venue , the angry youths and women began to rain curses on Oloriegbe and the Governor, saying the senator is useless and that his representation is of no value to kwara central .

"If we knew this would turn out this way, we would have deflated his tyres , let us head straight to his constituency office and show him our anger " some of the angry youths were heard expressing their regret after the senator had left

"Let him go to hell, we came here because we thought he is a change person , olohun ko yo alubarika Lara re , koni dafun eniti koni dafun , we are for Gobir and not for them" -Angry women groups coordinator said

Recall that some angry APC Youths also stormed the venue where Oloriegbe was to distribute few tubers of cassava and attempted to vandalise the cassava before they were intercepted by security orderly attached to the Senator.

Gov. Abdulrazaq has no excuse not to pay N30k minimum wage to workers - Kwara PDP


The Kwara State chapter of the People's Democratic Party, PDP, welcomes the decision of organised labour in the State to embark on an industrial action over the refusal of the Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq-led administration to implement the new national minimum wage.


A statement issued by the State Publicity Secretary of the Kwara PDP, Tunde Ashaolu, noted that the State government had no excuse not to pay the N30, 000 minimum wage to workers in the State, adding that some states with lesser resources to Kwara had commenced payment of the new wage.


The party asserts that "Apart from the fact that the new minimum wage has become a law in the country, as it was signed by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019, it was also a campaign promise of Governor Abdulrazaq to Kwara workers.


“The governor must therefore obey the law and fulfil his campaign promise by paying the N30,000 minimum wage to all categories of workers in the State, with no distinction made between state and local government staff. Anything short of this will not be accepted.


“The refusal of Governor Abdulrazaq to approve the implementation of the new national minimum wage and its consequential adjustments, shows how insensitive he is to the plight of workers who are already overwhelmed and overburdened by the prevailing harsh economic conditions. As a result of the current economic realities, the purchasing power of many Nigerians including workers has drastically declined.


"Considering the rising cost of living in the country and in Kwara particularly, with the unending rise in prices of food items and other essential commodities, workers have genuine reason to demand pay rise. We therefore want the State Government to consider the plight of the workers by urgently commencing the implementation of the new minimum wage.


“Our party insists that the State Government has no excuse not to pay the new minimum wage to all categories of workers in the State, especially when it has been receiving improved allocations from the federal government. Aside the State’s internally generated revenue (IGR), the State Government since the inception of this present administration been receiving an average of N4billion monthly as federal allocation, which is way higher than what the immediate past administration of Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed was receiving. The excuse of ‘no money’ is therefore not tenable.


“The Kwara PDP stands in solidarity with workers in the State who have continued to work for the betterment and development of the State, despite the challenges they are facing. We also commend labour leaders in the State for their uncompromising stand on the implementation of the N30,000 minimum wage in Kwara and for not betraying the confidence reposed in them by their colleagues."

*2019 CAMPAIGN FUND: TIME TO ASK RAMONI SOME QUESTIONS*

With the latest revelations by Mr. Ahmed Suleiman Wambai, the immediate past APC National Vice-Chairman,North-Central zone on how 2019 campaign funds running to billions of naira was handed to Governorship Candidates of the party to prosecute elections , this has laid to rest the reigns of lies , mischief making , propaganda and deliberate character assassination rolled out against top party's leaders in kwara especially Alhaji Lai Mohammed and Hon Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa, the party chairman by some agents of Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq .

Kwarans will not forget quickly how accusations and counter accusations of financial recklessness, diversion of campaign fund and lack of accountability almost tore the APC kwara into shreds save for high managerial skills of the party's chairman who had remained so tolerant of all the tirades and unfounded lies being thrown at him from the camp of opportunists who was imposed on the party and later rode on the party's goodwill to become the state Governor. It even got to a point where one of the appointees of Governor Abdulrahaman went on Radio and described Hon Bolarinwa in the most disgusting, crudest language even urging him to go for psychiatrist check up. He denigrated the personality of party's chairman who presided over the party which made his boss the governor and no one to even caution him, only Bolarinwa can swallow such uncultured attitudes .

Shortly after inauguration of Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq as Governor of kwara state , the governor instead of focusing on how to solidify the party whose mandate he rode to stardom turned to be an agent of destabilization clandestinely championing series of media wars against the platform that made him . from Alleging BOB of embezzlement to calling lai Mohammed a thief for no just cause . A river which forgets her source will definitely dry off without remedy .m

The revelation of Wambai was not ambiguous nether is it difficult to comprehend,he categorically mentioned that one billion naira was given to Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq, the then APC governorship candidate and incumbent Governor to prosecute elections and campaign for APC. Wambai in his speech did not mention that this fund was given through the party or through Alhaji Lai Mohammed to Abdulrazaq, so there is no how anyone can allege the minister of information, BOB or any party officials of diversions of cash delivered to himself.

All Kwarans especially the APC camp should now be amazed how the hunter has suddenly becomes the hunted . Abdulrazaq and his minions have told several lies for over one year that some people had mismanaged campaign fund meant for the party , that some collected fund on his behalf and squandered the fund without using it for it's purpose, they categorically mentioned an innocent party chairman, Bashir Bolarinwa and Alhaji Lai Mohammed and asked the duo to account for campaign fund in their custodies . I now believe that lies and deceptions have very short life span

Abdulrazaq and his guys did not stop their false accusations on BOB and Lai Mohammed alone , there was a time they claimed Hakeem Lawal , Salhiu Mustapha , Lukman Mustapha and Yahaya Seriki were all given one hundred million naira each as a refund for their individual interest in the governorship race . I remember Hakeem Lawal was the first to rebute such lies challenging these propgandists to publish any evidence of payment of such fund to him .

In fairness to all those who have been unduly blackmailed by Folaranmi Aro led rebels , let us ask our Governor to account for how he spent a whooping sum of #1Billion . This fund belongs to all APC structures in the state and people like me who expended my personal resources into the struggle deserve to know how this fund was used . if the Governor cannot answer our questions , then the Abdulrazaq family who have been the sole beneficiaries of all government appointments and sole awarders of all contracts since their son became Governor should come out and tell us what happened to our one billion naira .

Its unfortunate that someone who squandered one billion naira that belongs to all APC members including comrades who were part of the struggles could be making mockery of himself by leading EFCC rally against corruption. Kwarans should wake up and realise we have not gotten near the promise land , this government is not what the people of kwara dreamt of , even Saraki did not treat people with such disdain and dishonor . The time is now to ask questions , we cannot afford to "sit down n look"

This Governor as a partys candidate did not even stay with the party during campaign let alone buy anything to augment that of the party. Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq was not involved in any campaign programes, he travelled around a times without telling anyone , he didn't buy ordinary pencil let alone engage the audience on anything during campaign, he had no campaign office nor branded any vest for campaign purposes . How then did he unilaterally spend one Billions naira ?

Although I've never met either BOB or Lai Mohammed, neither of the duo is even my taste of politicians but as a concerned party man, I so detest foolish people pretending they are smarter than everybody . What will the Governor gain by inciting people against those who assisted him to power ,does he think it was his fake popularity that earned APC victory against almighty Saraki? If this is the thinking of Mr Governor, then somebody should wake him up and tell him tomorrow is very close

Agboola: You're afraid of your own shadow, living in self-denial, Kwara PDP tells APC*

The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has berated the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the State for supporting the act of impunity and lawlessness being perpetrated by the leadership of the State House of Assembly, with its refusal to swear in Hon. Raheem Agboola as ordered by the Court.

The PDP said the continued violation of a valid court order by Speaker Yakubu Danladi has shown that he and his party, APC, have no regard for constituted authority and laws of the land, stressing that "their shameful action amounts to recklessness, abuse of power and disrespect for the judiciary and the country's constitution."

In a statement issued on Sunday by its State Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu, the PDP said the leadership of the House has no valid justification for refusing to admit and inaugurate Agboola, who has since been affirmed by the Court as the duly elected representative of Ilorin South State Constituency.

"The Kwara PDP holds that the Speaker of the State House of Assembly has no valid justification and power not to recognise and swear in our candidate, Hon. Abdulraheem Agboola, who has been declared winner of the election by the Court of Appeal.

"We note that the excuse given by the APC that there is a pre-election matter currently before the Supreme Court, is utterly false and a figment of its imagination, as no such litigation exists. And do we also need to remind the APC that the Court of Appeal is the final arbiter for matters regarding legislative elections in the country?," the statement reads in part.

Contrary to the claim by the APC, the Kwara PDP said it has no plan to and will never orchestrate violence and disturb the peace of the State on account of the refusal of the Assembly leadership to inaugurate Agboola.

It said: "As a peaceful, responsible and law abiding party, we will never resort to violence to drive our demands. We have always embraced due process to express our disaffection and will continue to do so, including approaching the Court.

"The APC and the State Government should however note that individuals, groups and civil society organisations have the right to engage in any lawful means to press home their demands and stand against any machination by the government to subvert their will and undermine our democracy."

The Kwara PDP counsels the leadership of the Kwara State House of Assembly and the APC to note that Kwara is a State governed by rules and laws. Therefore, all political actors must obey court orders. Kwarans will not allow the APC to use its selfish interest to jeopardise our democracy.

Kwara State chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) has watched with dismay, the reactions of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) in the state to the recent judgement by the Election Petitions Tribunal on Patigi bye elections into the House of Assembly in which the Tribunal sacked the APC candidate, *Hon. Ahmed Adam over issus of certificate forgery and false claims about his age.

The Kwara PDP, specifically condemns the unguarded utterances of one Alhaji Folaranmi Aro who claims to be the spokesman of Kwara APC for violating the sanctity of the courts with contemptuous vulgar words while expressing his frustration especially now that the party has now lost two seats at the House of Assembly to the opposition on similar grounds of certificate forgeries.

The PDP however hails the Tribunal judgment and urged the court not to be intimidated by any unwarranted and contemptuous attack against it by a frustrated party.

The party noted that the open display of solidarity by Kwara APC to its candidate who has been indicted for certificate forgery and age falsification suggests that the ruling party and its government are morally bankrupt and cannot see anything wrong in the criminal activities of its elected members.

"We are appalled by the illogical explanation and defence contained in the reactions of the APC to the latest verdict of the tribunal which ousted its candidate from the House of Assembly. The Kwara APC, by this open display of solidarity for such criminal activity of its members has shown that the party has become a comfort zone for petty certificate forgers and politicians with shady characters"

The Kwara PDP advises Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and his crisis ridden party to accept the reality of their self inflicted woes occasioned by their lack of credible and legally fit personalities who they fielded in the 2019 elections .

The APC seems to be unaware that it is making mockery of itself by bragging to appeal the Tribunal judgment at an appellate court. Our party and well meaning Kwarans are eagerly waiting for how the APC would be able to convince the appellate court that six is different from half a dozen.

It is crystal clear that the certificates presented by the APC candidate for the Patigi bye elections during the screening by INEC do not belong to him as the name on the documents did not tally with his other academic records. Apart from this, he had lied under oath while trying to falsify his age to force his eligibility before INEC screening committee. All these are acts capable of attracting jail terms and other stiffer punishment to the APC candidate.

"If not for the magnanimity of Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki who out of love for peace and tranquility appealed to the PDP and its gubernatorial candidate, Barrister Razak Atunwa not to push Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq certificate scandal suit further beyond the Tribunal stage, the Governor himself would have been on similar ground now. Unless he is able to bring forward his certificates before the court of law, where will Governor Abdulrazaq be today?."

"The APC should rather apologise to Kwarans for offering itself as a platform where all sort of individuals with questionable qualifications and characters could use as an avenue to get to public offices instead of shifting blames and transferring undue aggressions.

*ABDULRAZAQ’S GOVERNMENT INSENSITIVE TO PLIGHT OF KWARANS, REPLETES WITH CORRUPTION*



The Kwara Stability and Integrity Forum has observed with utter dismay, the reactions of Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq’s government made through his party, (APC) Spokesperson, to the genuine and patriotic calls by the opposition, PDP and other sister civil society originations,, in respect of Governor’s continuous stay in Abuja while the state is still in dilemma following the alarming havocs wrecked by the last rainstorm in many parts of Kwara state. As an organization, we align ourselves with the positions of other groups and join in oughtright condemnation of Abdulrazaq's insensitivity to the plights of the people's welfare and his government's lack of sincerity, transparency and probity in management of state’s resources.



We must make it clear that the response of the government through the Kwara APC which was signed by Mr Tajudeen Folaranmi Aro who is notorious for publicly attacking his own state chairman, Hon Bolarinwa, failed to address important issues and posers raised by the PDP Chairman, Engineer Kola Shittu in his Press Conference of Thursday, 24 September 2020. Instead, the government reaction seems to focus more on usual political rivalries and competitions between the APC and PDP forgetting that the era of politicking is over and it is time for governance. While we would not be joining issues with PDP or APCs in their games of throne and verbal war, we will rather discuss, and failures in governance as critical issues affecting the welfares of the citizens.



Clearly, the people voted for a governor and expected dividends of democracy from him . The governor has been receiving billons of naira in monthly federal allocations aside the undisclosed billions of naira being generated internally through KWIRS. It's pathetic that with all these incomes, the government after almost two years in office has nothing tangible to show saver for petty school renovation projects and other short road projects whose contracts are usually inflated to siphon fund. Ordinarily if the governor was serious about people's welfare, he wouldn’t have waited for opposition to raise alarm before rushing down from Abuja to start taking undue photos pretending to show empathy to victims.



The Governor also failed to act responsibly by not providing spontaneous emergency support and palliatives to the affected victims before running cap in hand to presidential Villa, Abuja asking for an unrealistic 10B naira grants without proper baseline studies and data to back himself up. This is one of the notable simple governances lapses that we expected government to take responsibility in its reactions instead of throwing caution to the wind attacking previous deputy governors in the state. Kwarans are not interested on politics of who does what at this time but are desperately craving for things to be done at an appointed time.



The absolute lack of transparency and accountability in management of taxpayers fund especially at the level of our local government councils exhibited so far by Kwara state government is becoming a serious national embarrassment and giving responsible Kwarans some kind of heartbreak. Just recently, a bold former female commissioner who served at the ministry of local government under Govenor Abdulrazaq, Mrs Aishat Ahman Pategi who is loaded with so many information of sharp practices at that ministry before her controversial redeployment had thrown up a sensitive public challenge at the Governor and his crew telling them to publish local government financial accounts from May, 2019 till date instead of bragging on non-existing transparency. It is painful that till date, the government is yet to take up this challenge let alone show readiness to prove that it is not indulging in any sharp practices at the local government level. Once again, the Kwara Stability and Integrity Forum demands that government takes up Aisha Pategi challenge to publish account details of the 16 local government areas of the state for citizens perusal.



Of another serious importance to mention is the allegations of secret fund diversions said to be ongoing in Kwara State Internal Revenue Services, KWIRS, since January 2020 which several vouchers had been submitted to ICPC and other anti graft agencies. While we await these agencies to commence their investigations, we found it so appalling that this government within few months of inaugurations has been dealing with loads of corruption and financial scandals. We are of the opinion that beyond pretentious slogan of “We Have Nothing to Hide” being brandish by agents of government who are the beneficiaries of these stupendous lootings, Abdulrazaq should be bold enough to allow independent investigating agencies to wade into all these handful of frauds that have soiled his governments reputation instead of deceiving the people with his self constituted panel of inquires that cannot stand the test of time.

*HOW SENATOR AJIBOLA DISRESPECTED EKITI ROYAL FATHERS BECAUSE OF HIS LUST FOR WOMEN*

Simon Ajibola who served as Kwara south Senator between 2004 through 2015 but with no atom of impact on the region has come under serious criticism for disrespecting the traditional institutions of Ekiti and Oke Ero land in Kwara south .

One of the strong grassroot politicians from Ekiti local government and chieftain of APC whose name is not revealed to this medium was said to have been at loggerhead with the former Kwara south senator over party issues with the former accusing Ajibola through a personal letter to be in extreme lust of married women , an attitude which according to the accuser is affecting the performance of APC in his ward and Ekiti local government in general

Furious by the contents of the letter sent to his personal inbox via WhatsApp , the ex senator went and reproduced the letter in hard copies and distributed during APC stakeholders meetings with explaination to party cheiftains how the letter had exposed his sexual relationship with an unnamed married woman from Oke opin ward . This letter distributed at party meetings later got its way to Journalists and it became subject of controversy for few months especially on different medium including social media

Senator Ajibola who could not bear the shame later threatened lawsuit against the author but due to personalities involved and their relevance to Ekiti communities, Royal fathers from both Ekiti and Oke Ero local government headed by HRH, Olosi of Osi kingdom waded in to mediate and broker peace between the two prominent Ekiti politicians. During series of peace meeting held in palace of Olosi of Osi kingdom and attended by all Ekiti Royal fathers, the Senator was said to have agreed to the Royal orders with a promise to instruct his lawyers to withdraw from Court immediately. The Royal fathers blessed him for honoring them and adhere to order of the peace meeting,a photographs was also taken to mark the end of hostility between the former senator and the other APC cheiftain.

However, few days after the peace agreements, Ajibola's womanfriend who felt so unhappy about the peace agreements decided to poisoned his mind and lured him to ignore the order of Ekiti Kings in order to proceed to court against the APC chieftain the woman friend sees as threat in oke opin

Sensing that the former Senator was reluctant and may turn down her wish of disrespecting traditional institutions, the woman was said to have offered Ajibola some rounds of sex and quickly,the ex Senator obliged to go ahead contrary to what he had formerly agreed to before the traditional rulers .

This moves of Ajibola did not go down well with people of Ekiti and oke ero who felt that the Senator had exalted himself above the traditional institutions, an act which is considered disrespectful to the entire community .

One of Ekiti youths and a relative of Senator Ajibola who spoke on condition of anonymity explained that with that singular act of disrespecting the kings of the land , Ajibola had messed up his political career and that of his family in Ekiti/OkeEro local government.

It was an harvest of shame today for kwara Central Senator, Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe and his aides who invited some selected APC members toWarah area of Ilorin where they lined up some tubers of cassava and frying pots to be distributed to constituents including aged women under a program the Senator's office tagged as ZIP Empowerment.

The program was ongoing well until around 2pm when some angry youths suspected to be APC members storm the venue and vandalise the Cassava tubers before they are being handed over to beneficiaries. The feasibly angry APC youths who were not invited to the program claimed they were tipped by insiders who told them Senator Oloriegbe was about to flag a new batch of ridiculous empowerments just as he did the last time he painted a Gaari Processing hut that was built by past administration.

It took intervention of some police officers and civil defence men deployed to the venue to halt the angry youths from disrupting the program as they were prevented from gaining access to where some of Oloriegbe aides were seated .

One of the angry youths who was vituperating from afar as recorded by our correspondents was heard saying they would not fold their arms as youths and watch Senator Oloriegbe brings emirate people to disrepute noting that the Senator could have lines up his children for such empowerment if he truly believe in what he is doing .

"Oloriegbe you are finished , is this what you called empowerment ? We will not allow you to continue to ridicule our aged women with this rubbish , you should have come here with your own children and relatives and give these Cassava to them so that we can take you serous"

A lady who was spotted among the angry youths was also heard saying this is not how Saraki treat our people, of Oloriegbe is bereft of ideas of how to use his office judiciously, he should seek knowledge from Saraki.

The last court sitting over allegation of certificate forgery leveled against Kwara APC lawmaker, Hon Ahmed Ndakene threw audience into awe as the lead Lawyer standing for Ndakene , Alex Edim openly told court that his client , the embattled Hon. Ahmed Ndakene is *"a Notorious Lawmaker"* this open descriptions aroused mixed reactions from audience who burst into an uncontrollable laughter while embarrassed Ndakene's sympathisers looked on with utmost disbelief

Meanwhile , the court which has just gotten a new presiding Judge following redeployment of Justice Inuwa Maiwada who was handling the case since inceptions declined request by Ndakene counsel that the case be start afresh by the new judge .

The court in response held that there was no basis starting the case afresh since previous proceedings were well documented by the trial judge . The Judge also submitted that it only awaits official report from police authority so that rulings can be made on the matter immediately.

Recall that the Police was mandated since over 3 months ago to investigate and submit report to the court in order to make informed decisions about the Direct Criminal Complaint brought to court by Hon Mahmoud Hassan Babako, candidate of PDP in the last general elections

The police on the other hand had been employing delay tactics in a bid to assist Hon. Ndakene tarry a while at the house of Representative in order to save him and his family from the looming public ridicules .

Following the unresponsive manner Utako Police command has exhibited on the assignment, Justice Inuwa Maiwada had transferred the investigation to a higher police authority with an expectation that such will hasten the processes so that the court can takes its stand .

But since the case was transfered to higher police authority, the court have had to make about four adjournments following police inability to make its report available. This has led credence to rumours that Hon Ahmed Ndakene had paid millions of naira to some powerful officers at the command to help him step down reports or make alterations before it finally lay before the court .

One of the Kwara north Emirs who's reported to be an inlaw to Ndakene was said to be behind criminal lobbying of police officers with huge cash in order to frustrate his son in-laws trials and possibly make alterations before the report could be transmitted to court . Both WAEC and Niger state ministry of education had denounced the SSCE certificate Ndakene is laying claim to have obtained from Government Science College , Kagara , Niger state in separate statements transmitted to police investigative team .

Furious by this unnecessary delay by police ,the new Judge in his ruling adjourned the case till 30th of September with a clear warning to Police to not fail to lay its findings before the court within ten days if they do not want the court to hold the believe that they lack capacity to do their job which will lead to delegating other agencies to take charge .

Prince Abdulkadir Mahee who was touted to be the anointed person to succeed late Adisa Logun as the new Chief of Staff to Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq is reported to have collapsed at his residence and rushed to a nearby community clinic.

His collapse according to family source came shortly after Mr Rafiu Ajakaiye , CPS to Governor released an official statement across social media platforms where the mirage appointment was summarily dismissed .

Prince Mahe who had been receiving congratulatory messages from various quarters including solidarity visits over his mirage appointment was later discharged from hospital but has remain on drips in his private bedroom as at the time of filing this report. Some Physicians who are attending to Prince Mahe explained to family members that the Prince has developed high blood pressure over the week .

More dramas have continue to surface at FCT Area Court , Abuja in respect of the ongoing allegations of certificate forgery instituted against HoR Member representing Edu, Moro and Patigi Federal Constituency, Hon Ahmed Ndakene

The court in its hearing on the 7th of September refused to accept as exhibit, a strange NECO certificate bearing Ndakene's name which was reportedly paid for and sent to court registry through a Courier services purposely to be infused into the files of Hon. Ndakene as a replacement for the forged WAEC certificate submitted to INEC during his screening .

Source close to the court said a NECO certificate came to the court registry on 2nd of September via a courier channel with a royal request that the strange certificate be smuggled into the court files while the controversial forged WAEC affidavits sworn to by Ndakene be removed but the court officials rescinded the attempt noting that whatever that must enter the file must be admitted through a proper court process and not the backdoor as been requested by the royal father

The strange NECO certificate was said to have been purchased on behalf of Ndakene by one of Kwara North's Emirs whose daughter was said to be Ndakene's housewife. The Emir who had left his throne for months is now wandering around Abuja metropolis begging prominent persons including APC stalwarts to rescue his son in-law from the long arms of law that is catching at him .

Meanwhile, Hon Ahmed Ndakenes problem is getting worst as the West African Examination Council, WAEC has reportedly denounced the fake certificate being paraded by the kwara APC Honorable and which he fraudulently obtained a police report for and presented to INEC in order to outsmart the screening processes .

The examination body in its letter to police Investigators explained that contrary to Ndakene's claim in his affidavit, there was no May/June examination offered by the body in 1990 and that the said certificate did not originate from them .

Recall that Hon Ahmed Ndakene had approached an Abuja police station and deceived the police that he lost his May/June ssce certificate said to have been obtained from Govt science college, Kagara , Niger state while on transit to Abuja on 21st August , 2012 in order to obtain a police report which would enable him apply for a court affidavit.

Hon Ndakene after gotten the police reports proceeded to court and lied under oath that he lost his certificate in order to obtain a court affidavit. Niger State Ministry of Education through the school Principal had however denied issuing Ndakene any certificate in a letter written to private investigator earlier this year .

Having failed in their several attempts to smuggle strange NECO certificate into the court and substituted the forged documents, Hon Ndakene and his father in-law have been making serous moves to see to redeployment of Justice Inuwa Maiwada whom they see as not bending to their machinations from the court in order to bring a new Judge who would probably do their biddings .

Source around the court said the presiding judge , Justice Inuwa had been transfered to another court but it is not yet clear whether his transfer will be affecting the continuation of the forgery trial or not . At the last hearing , the police are still seeking more times to lay its final reports before the court which explained why the court adjourned till Wednesday 16th of September, 2020 for further hearing .

Information reaching us now indicates that Kwara state Governor , Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq have been selling officials quarters belonging to some local government authorities within kwara central.

The official Quarters which built on a wide expanse of land belongs to three prominent councils within Ilorin metropoly .

According to reliable source , the affected Local government which Quarters have been reportedly secretly sold out by Abdulrazaq government include; Ilorin East, Ilorin West and Ilorin South local government.

The said quarter located directly opposite Fate roundabout, Ilorin have been allotted secretly to buyers under a very shady dealings with no one in government awareness aside from the Governor and some of his family members who are expected to be the beneficiaries of this fraud

Source who confided in this medium said allocation letters in respect of the 3 Quarters and their respective land have been dispatched from Kwara State Bureau of land and any moment from now , the concerned local government authority would received it for immediate actions

When asked for reasons why government is selling the local government land and quarters , the source explained that one of the Governors family members is nursing a plan to build a shopping mall that would compete and frustrate the popular Shopprite (Kwara Mall) out of the state and the only location that appealed to him is Fate Roundabout .

Some of the Governor's confidants had advised against allowing take over of Local govt quarters but the bearer insisted he could only accept to build the mall only of that location is given to him . He was said to have told the Governor his intention to ensure Shopprite that was brought by SARAKI leadership must not be allowed to be sustained , this intention attracted the Governor who later approved confiscation of that land and immediate transfer to the beneficiary whose name is not yet communicated to this medium

As at the time of filing this report , contractors were said to have been mobilised to the Quarters to begin massive demolition of all buildings erected in the land so that proper construction could take off soon .

When our correspondents got to the place today , the Contactors could be seen removing roofs of Ilorin West quarters while bulldozers and other heavy equipments have been stationed to do the demolitions.

Drama has continue to trail the ongoing court hearings on certificate forgery allegations leveled against House of Rep member representing Edu ,Moro and Patigi Federal Constituency, Ahmed Ndakene in FCT area court, Abuja .

Following the failed efforts of one of the kwara state Magistrate Judges, Mr Mohammed Abubakar Ndakene who happens to be an elder brother to the lawmaker to buy soft landing in courts , the embattled APC lawmaker has hired a renown tradition ruler from Kwara north to begin wooing some Abuja cabals into coming to his aide

The royal father , an Emir who is also an in-law to Ndakene has been running from pillars to poles in Abuja in a bid to save the face of his son in-law from looming national disgrace occasion by the ongoing certificate forgery trials

Sources close to Ndakene confided in this medium that the Emir had tried to penetrate FCT police command which is the station investigating the forgery following courts directive on July 6 , 2020 where Justice Inuwa Maiwada ordered the FCT police to take over from Utako Police division .

According to the informant , the Royal father had approached some officers in fct with an undisclosed amount of money to help them work on doctoring reports in favour of his son in-law.

"The police summarily told the Emir that they have written a letter to WAEC to furnish them with information about the certificate in question and that when the report from WAEC arrives , it would be made public so there is no way the Emir request can be easily granted"

He however disclosed that the Emir is now being advised to chose the option of appealing to the complaint, Hassan Babako to settle the case out of court.

Hon Ahmed Ndakene had claimed in his police report that he sat for his WAEC in May/June 1990 at Government Science College , Kagara ,Niger state but preminilary reports have been proving otherwise.

Meanwhile, the Principal of Government Science College , Kagara Mr Ubiadu Dan Asabi where Ahmed Ndakene claimed to have sat for his Wasce in May/June in 1990 have forwarded a detailed reports about the fake certificate being paraded by the embattled APC lawmaker .

The principal in his report confirmed that the Wassce Certificate Ndakene is holding did not originate from WAEC nor the school and as such cannot make any comment on the Certificate.

"We cannot write any report on the candidate certificate because it die not originate from our school and did not contain official stamp of the principal office " the principal statement reads.

On Wednesday when the matter was heard in court , justice Inuwa ordered the police in the FCT to transmit to it an interim report on the allegation of certificate forgery against Ndakene within 14 days

Although the matter was slated for ruling on that day but the Police had told the court it is yet to complete its investigation due to what it tagged bureaucratic bottlenecks .

Justice Inuwa Maiwada thereafter ordered that the police should transmit an interim report as failure to do so would compel the court to decide on the matter either way as the case may be.

He further ordered that the report should be furnished to the court not later than Sept. 2.

The judge adjourned till 7th September for ruling on the police report.

His wealth of experience has remained invaluable overtime. We are indeed saddened by his exit at this time, however we take solace in the illustrious life he lived and the worthy legacies he left behind.

Tension in Kwara As Commissioner Tenders Resignation Letter , Accused Governor of Betrayal*

The Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq is currently in a state of dilemma over the sudden resignation of one of his female commissioners few days ago. the Governor according to top informants have been struggling to persuade his angry Commissioner to return to office so the government would be save from embarrassment that could follow such actions if allowed to fly.

According to an highly classified information from kwara state government house , the former commissioner for local government and chieftaincy affairs , Mrs Aishat Ahman Pategi who was recently redeployed to Ministry of special duties had submitted her resignation letter last Tuesday to Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq and had since made herself unavailable from office.

Mrs Aishat Ahman Pategi who is widely believed to be having romantic affairs with the Governor reportedly sent her resignation letter through one of the DSS officials attached to Governor Abdulrahaman late Tuesday and immediately went incommunicado to an undisclosed destination.

The Female commissioner in her resignation letter which had not been made public expressed her appreciation to the Governor for the privileges accorded her to serve the state since inception. Mrs Pategi therefore announced her resignation at the closing paragraph of the letter while wishing the government well .


But close allies of the female commissioner who confided in this medium narrated how aggrieved Aisha Pategi is over the last 300 millions naira said to have been withdrawn from Ministry of local government and kept with Commissioner for finance without her awareness as commissioner in charge of that ministry

According to the source , Mrs Pategi later got wind that the 300mIllion naira slush fund are being diverted secretly from local government purse every month since last year . The female commissioner was told that the fund are withdrawn every month on the instruction of Governor Abdulrahaman in connivance with Commissioner for finance, Mrs Florence Adesunbo and was schemed to be laundered by the duo before the information leaked to Aishat Pategi during her last visit to the bank

Meanwhile, Governor Abdulrahaman who received the letter from the DSS official became shocked and unsettled immediately. He then launched a robust manhunt to fish out the aggrieved female commissioner so they both can talk the matter over . Aside from the manhunt , the Governor also directed that the letter be kept away from press or any medium by which the it could leak to the public .

But Aishat Pategi who later made herself available to the Governor two days later was said to have expressed her disappointments in the Governor for act which she tagged as betrayal from a man she had shared her heart with . The angry Commissioner was quoted to have said

"Your Excellency , I'm so angry and couldn't bear the pain, the best way to make myself happy is to leave the job right now and there is no going back . if despite my closeness and loyalty to you and despite all personal issues we both shared , you could chose to connive with that little girl (referring to Commissioner for Finance, Olasunbo), draw over 300 millions naira from my own office without my knowledge , I'm afraid you will put me in serious trouble if we are through in office "


On hearing her reasons for resignation, the Governor tried to cut in and told her to return back to office but the angry Commissioner became more furious and her voice began to go up from the room .

"Go back to where Your Excellency? She queried Going further , she said

"That can only happen if you explain to me what you and that cheap thing in Finance have been doing with 300M naira being secretly withdrawn from my Ministry , show me any tangible thing that have been done with this money in any local government , that would make it easy to make me rescind my decision "

The Governor who could not utter a word watched as his mistress banged the door and took her exit from his sight .

Immediately she walked off, the Governor summoned the Etsu of Patigi to Ilorin and explained what had transpired and how he wants Aisha back in office noting that if she us allowed to proceed on resignation, it will cause a lot of embarrassment to the Government and the damage could be terrible .

However, the commissioner had met with the Royal father but that could not soften her heart as she insisted she would not return to office unless they showed him where all the 300Million naira have been going to.

Comrade Imran in his opinion titled ", Kwara National Appointments: Govt should stop Basking in Reflected glory" submitted that it is worrisome to see hired praise singers of Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq ascribing all glories to their principal even when they have no fact to back their actions .

Comrade Imran noted that such action from AA apologists to him amounts to not only promotion of mediocrity but also arrant stupidity.


"In a sane environment, it is disheartening to realise that someone somewhere bask on others' hard earned glory; but our society is lopsided to have encouraged such anomaly and embraced mediocrity laced with arrant stupidity.

A new twist had emerged over the week on the court case involving an alleged certificate forger and kwara APC lawmaker, Honorable Ahmed Ndakene who is answering a certificate forgery case in an Abuja court as at press time .


An informant close to Ndakene has revealed a clandestine moves by a brother to the embattled lawmaker, one Mohammed Abubakar Ndakene to buy soft landing for the troubled APC honorable in court


Mr Mohammed Abubakar Ndakene who was said to be one of the Magistrate Judges serving in Kwara state judiciary was caught in Abuja running some dirty errands for Ndakene to save his face from the looming national embarrassment that is already at their doorstep due to the strength of evidences already before the court.

Magistrate Ndakene in a desperate bids to save his brother had abandoned his duty in kwara for months running errand in Abuja to make sure the court is mislead into giving judgement in favour of his brother . Aside from approaching and bribing many Judges in Abuja to assist his brother , he is also mounting serous pressure on INEC headquarters to have access to files submitted by Ndakene during electioneering period in order to make alterations that can assist them in court .

The said Magistrate who had shamelessly tendered his identity before the court to secure bail for his embattled brother who had not been able to tender any valid certificates even on request by court since the case began .

Recall that Hon Ahmed Ndakene who is facing criminal trial over certificate forgery was granted bail under a very stringent condition since the case was instituted. However, the court in its last ruling had directed a commissioner of police to conduct holistic investigations on all the documents submitted by Ndakene to INEC and report back within seven working days to the court for further rulings

In order to frustrate the police investigation into this fraud, the Magistrate brother of Ndakene in a dirty mission to save the face of his brother had approached INEC headquarters in Abuja with several millions of Naira to bribe INEC officials in order to change documents submitted to the commissions by Ndakene during elections.

Although, It is not yet clear whether they have succeeded in their dirty mission but series of secret meetings was said to have occurred between Ndakene , Magistrate Abubakar Ndakene and some INEC top officials in Abuja and money was also said to have exchanged hands in the process .

Aside from these moves , pressure have also been mounted on the Ministry of Education, Niger state to manipulate the statement of results presented to inec which had already been investigated and found out to be fake .

It is important for Judiciary in Kwara state to caution its members from joining any ventures capable of undermining the integrity of judiciary in the state and this is exactly what one of its magistrate is doing in Abuja to subvert justice for political reasons .

Several NGO and civil society groups from Edu/Moro and Patigi have been calling on Honorable Ndakene to provide his certificate if he has one and stop crying to outsmart the society with his cunning attitudes. The next adjournment date is 15th July ,2020

Kwara state controversial Deputy Governor, Mr Kayode Alabi is in the news again and this time its about his extramarital affairs with wife of one of his long time friends whom according to multiple reliable sources had been friend with Kayode Alabi for over fifteen years in Lagos .

Recall that Mr Kayode Alabi few weeks back was in the news for getting extremely drunk and slapping his police orderly who was trying to prevent him from jumping over the fence at government house Charlet, ilorin , the actions sparked public outrage across the state but government eventually prevailed on police institution to cover up the dirty deeds in order to save its face from public embarrassment.

According to our lagos informant who prefer anonymity, the Deputy Governor had been having extramarital affairs with the married woman in question for long . The woman who was married to one of Mr Kayode Alabi friends was working in one of Guarantee Trust Banks, Gtb branches in Lagos and was the account officer to the deputy Governor .

The husband in 2018 got wind of the dirty affairs between his wife and Kayode Alabi but when he challenged her , the woman denied claiming the affairs was just business relationship.

Trouble however started in early 2019 when the woman and Kayode Alabi were caught by the husband at an odd hour in one of the Lagos hotels. Information revealed that the husband beat his wife blue black until the wife openly confessed to him that she is actually engaging in romantic affairs with the deputy Governor in other to safeguard her job .

On hearing this , the angry husband lodged complaints at the woman's office which in turn led the bank's management to transfer the woman to PortHarcourt branch since the offence did not affect her official duty or breach any known codes of the bank .

When the woman informed her lover , Kayode Alabi that Gtb had posted her from Lagos to PortHarcourt, the deputy Governor summarily told her to tender her resignation and join him in Ilorin immediately.

Without informing her husband who's already not talking to her anymore ,the woman parked out of her matrimonial home, took all her children and eloped to Ilorin to begin life fully with her lover , Kayode Alabi.

The deputy Governor who received the woman and her children quickly ordered his boys to prepare the Government Lodge which is formerly being used by Vice Chancellors of Kwasu for the woman and her little kids . He also promised to get the woman a federal government job so that after he left office , the woman would be able to take care of her children including the one she would bear for him without hassle.

The lucky woman has since gotten a job with a Federal government Agency courtesy of the deputy Governor and still reside in the government lodge with her children . Aside from lodging her in government house , two of the official vehicles allotted to the deputy Governor was also given to the woman for her mobility.

Meanwhile, the woman's husband has said he would not be wasting his time dragging any legal issues with Kwara Deputy Governor for eloping with his wife and children noting that since the deputy Governor is enjoying immunity , it would amount to time wasting trying to drag him to court .

"I'm not interested in seeking any legal redress , it doesn't worth it , I'm happy that such an unfaithful woman leaves my life with her children which I'm not even sure belong to me , I leave all of them including my so call friend who could stab me from behind to God" said the woman's husband when he was contacted .

Efforts to speak with the deputy Governor proved abortive as none of his known phone lines could be reached to get his own side of the story but this medium confirmed that a woman is living in the government lodge located beside the government house.

Mr Kayode Alabi was chosen as running mate to governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq and ran a joint ticket with the Governor under the platform of all progressive Congress ,APC. He was said to be an employee to the Governor's brother , Mr Isiaka Abdulrazaq before his emergence as deputy Governor.

A serous physical fight reportedly erupted between two prominent female commissioners under Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq few days back over secret handling , diversion and mismanagements of local government fund by some blocks within the government which did not favour one of the commissioners, a top government sources has revealed to this medium .

The two female commissioners involved are listed as commissioner for finance , Mrs Florence Oyeyemi Olasunbo and her counterpart from the Local government and chieftaincy affairs, Hajia Aisha Ahman-Pategi .

According to the source , trouble started when Aisha Ahaman Pategi finds out that over three hundreds of millions naira cash belonging to local governments was secretly kept by the commissioner for finance , Mrs Olasunbo for an undisclosed reasons .

This medium learnt that Aishat Ahman Pategi who was worried that her office was kept in the dark on how local government fund were being allocated every month decided to beam her searchlights on what happens to local government fund immediately after JAAC meetings since last seven 7 months

She was said to also be amazed at the rate of borrowing by her ministry to augment staff salaries every month. This informed her to launch personal investigation to banks about the actual funds coming to the local government and how the funds are being handle by the ministry of finance

Infuriated by this, the commissioner decided to expose all her findings at the meetings which is going to be attended by all DPMs from the sixteen local government areas

However , some people loyal to Commissioner for finance had already tipped her of Aisha Pategi mission in bank and how the banks had released some vital documents to the commissioner for local government in order to nail her during JAAC meetings which was slated for the next day

Unknown to Aishat Pategi that the Finance commissioner is already aware of her mission to Bank and how she now have information about the secret fund kept in ministry of finance, she was prepared to expose Mrs Olasumbo at the JAAC meetings with all the banks documents and revelations in her possession.

But Mrs Olasunbo in a strategic bid to neutralize all plans brought by Aihshat Pategi to the meetings smarty made announcement of the stash fund belonging to local government which were kept in an undisclosed destination to the meetings before the latter could make her presentations .

Mrs Aishat Pategi angrily rose up in confrontation with Mrs Olasunbo and demanded to know why she was told to apply for banks loan to augment staff salaries when such volume of Fund were kept without her awareness in the first place.

Mrs Olasunbo who could not stand such hot debate attempted to walk out when Aisha Pategi drew her cloths and rained heavy blows on her before some men quickly made their ways between them and walked the finance commissioner out of the hall .


Following these brawls between the two ladies , the Director of Personnel Management of LGs quickly met and came up with a resolution to demand immediate implementations of NFIU regulations in administration of council fund but their resolutions was turned down by Governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq who insisted the state government should be responsible for management of the fund of the local governments .

The Governor had summoned meetings of all the DPMs immediately and compel them to reverse their resolution in favour of the state government.

About five DPM may be facing suspension in few days time because of their stand against the Governor's directives which oughtriggtly negate the code spelt out by NFIU for management if local government fund.

Meanwhile, governor Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq efforts to reconcile the two female commissioners did not work out well as Aisha Ahaman Pategi insisted the finance commissioner must be explain why she was not carried along in financial matters that has to do with her office or the governor redeploy her to other ministry .
