I stopped blaming people based on what the political class wants us to believe that certain people voted for apc. Last election was a mere cajole of democracy and I am not seeing any change in sight soon. MOST OF the corpses their also died hungry.

While those that think that there are no spiritual powers that can affect lives on earth apart from the Supreme power of God are very daft and wrong, most pretty ladies are single due to psychological effects of their beauty on them.

A simple goggle search about the benefits of jogging will cancel all this long epistle by a native doctor. No form of exercise covers the whole body and brain too like jogging. The benefits can never be overestimated.
