If you get the port running in the east or south to full capacity, people will automatically move back. Fix the roads, people will move. Improve the access to the market, people will return. cite an international airport closeby, people will move. Improve the ease of doing business, companies will relocate. State government in the east can also learn from this. There's an underlying hatred for igbos in Lagos for no reason. They need to do better and igbos will return.
