i know of a private sch dat accepts 140, 160. infact if ur WAEC is not even complete sef.

i trust UNIBEN and some few other Schools to still leave cutoff at 200, whether Jamb stipulates cutoff marks or not.

to these schools, if you don't make up to 200, forget abt attending the university
