Still on GTB, I put up my T bills actually due for maturity in 57 days for sale in the secondary market and to greatest surprise what was deducted from my initial face value is unspeakable. When I calculated it base on percentage, they are charging me like 30% for the 57 days. Simple language lets assume

invested N13,700,000
Date : 4th may 2017
Expected maturity : 3rd May 2018

Date my account was credited 8th of March
Amount paid : N13,058,000.

Currently I am out of town, I have been calling my account officer to know what happened but so far I have not gotten any reasonable info. I am loosing lose to 650k for just 57 days . Please expert in the house I need your advice on this .

I stopped taking any drugs cos I was so down mentally emotionally n even spiritually. Its a first time for me cos I'm always used to trying new things in order not to waste a cycle. You may be right to assume a massage promote blood circulation. But it appear too simple to admit it is causing a detoxification. It is not. The one and only substance matter responsible for such an activity is the cytochrome family of the liver cells. Detoxification is making a soluble a substance for an amicable dispensing out of the body system that when present in much insoluble could disorient the normal body activities. So,it does not do that.

but the question we are yet to ask is if its net or gross, because if its gross and there charges is 1.5% that means the effective rate is 14.57%
so can anybody confirm if its gross or net.

Transvaginal scanning may not also be essential though should be necessarily done to confirm the result as part of management proceedings.

• has the normal size by structure
•did not carry pregnancy
•endometrium(first layer cells of the inside of your womb) is normal. There was no link to knowing its thickness here. This does not tell any prediction for ovulation.
•Homogenous echoes retained simply mean,all levels or region across the uterus appear to bounce sound at same timing. Putting off any area of suspicion. However, a hyperechoic foci that bounce sound wave faster was observed. This carries an implication of fibroid,tiny though it was.

lolss,if u check all the hormonal profile result posted ,u will c dat it mathematically calculated,so result can be authentic anyday.google only give dose days 4 baseline test.But good doctor will calcaculate ur homones in less than 6hours ,no matter d day they draw ur blood.pls ur gynea is inline,but u can tell him u want day 3 & 21 profile. i am forcing my doctor 2 do only 21 day profile 4 me ,but refuse ,dat makes me paraniod becos i good dr 4 dat,i had to follow him becos he is d one treating me.so follow ur heart dearie.cheers.

Hello Noblekids, please calm down. I know that God will make everything alright in His own time.

I do not understand medical terms. Your gynae will know. But lemme take a guess, it could be fibroids. They seem small, the size of a lime and smaller. If your doctor says it's not problematic, you may want to leave it.

Before I had mine removed, one gynae said leave it, another said remove it, it will help you conceive. I went under the knife not knowing hubby had lsc. Due to scar tissue from the surgery, one tube became blocked.

So do what's best.

Kemade2007 maybe you should do as your doctor says. Don't let it stress you. Many gynaes don't like long cycles and are looking for a good excuse to induce you to ovulate anyway, especially if you have one. And their method works for many women.

Just go with his experience. Everything will be fine by God's grace.

Yea,depending on d doctor,,he will get all d hormones checked in less than 6hours,so if he is gynea n d one treating u then go with him.Cheers.

The doctor is right about the hormonal test, i.e. for progesterone, only if it is for a classic cycle where ovulation takes place on CD14.
Hormonal profiling should be CD3 for oestrogen, LH,FSH and any other required information and 7 days after ovulation for progesterone. If you must do the progesterone hormonal test, you should also confirm the day of ovulation via scans or bbt.
Kudos to you for letting the doctor know you have some knowledge about this.

You are just on point much as I don't want to put down a fellow here. A wrong calculation on ones menstrual cycle before a profiling can affect result and the implication can also be devastating.

The 18-21days is mainly streamed to 28-day cycle. This is when one should have the corpus luteum of menstruation secreting progesterone at its best. But when it is no longer 28-days,the range goes above the normal prediction. It simply means,some days above 21th day should follow an upsurge in progesterone synthesis from the corpus body.
I think your calculation shouldn't be overlooked.
