emmanuelewumi: Be careful of recommending stocks to guys, I doubt if they have the temperament and knowledge to cope with stock market investment.
I think they are better off with fixed deposits and money market mutual funds or bonds. Not that I don't know anything about stock. I was once a victim of fbn then #33. I know it involves risk and it doesn't mean I will not do my own searching background. So recommending a stock doesn't mean I will jump to it straight away. Moreover I didn't ask the question from you Sir. |

Stocks like Dangote Flour, Dangote Sugar, Fidelity, Access Bank, UBA, Flourmill, GT Bank, etc.

FruitfulRay: Yes, you can go ahead and fast, fasting is even good, it helps with detoxification, but don't do the dry one that you won't eat for 3, 5 or 10days...
Fast and break at your usual time, many people here and around the world have gotten pregnant while fasting. Most importantly, study and meditate on the word when fasting...
God help us all... That's very nice. Thank God I'm on the right path. Thanks for that. This year is our year, we will no longer be call deserted neither our land Desolate for the Lord will take delight in us and we will be called Mum Twins /Triplets. Amen |

AwsomeGrace: As for me, i fast once to thrice a week(as the spirit leads). But during fasting period in my church, what i do is to select some days off during the fasting (ovulation period, usually 3-5days) to BD. If you want to do this, always carry your DH along so that both of you will agree and be on thesame page. God will answer our prayers. Amen. Thank you |

loistee: Hello mama's, I was once a member of this group before God changed my story. Am here to encourage and pray for all ttc mama's. Please don't give up, at God's appointed time he will answer u, don't visit strange places in the quest of looking for a child, may will never be victim of bad circumstances. Do not self medicate, visit good gynecologist, preferably visit a government hospital, if possible a teaching hospital, and most importantly pray till something happens, I am a proof that God answer prayers. For mama's that fibroid is the issue, I will advice u go for myomectomy. I once was a victim of fibroid I went for myomectomy and with prayers God answered me the third month after the procedure. Am on my second missionary journey now all glory to God. I decree and declare to ur life's, for it's written I shall decree a thing and it shall be established, The Lord who miraculously opened my womb will open ur womb in Jesus name, any power any body speaking against ur conception shall be destroyed and put to shame in Jesus name. For it is written who is he that speaketh and it cometh to pass if the Lord commandeth it not. Don't cry again sisters ur days of crying and sorrow is over in Jesus name. Amen Amen. Thanks for the advice |

breadplanets: Perfect. People can buy the pack and share cos you need just one satchet I think u can keep the remaining packet and be using it gradually . I also saw it somewhere else on nairaland that you can also get it at Apongbo in island though for those who are living in Lagos and I think it will be more cheaper there |

breadplanets: 1. Buy powdered milk and powdered yogurt culture (Yogurmet) its N250 per satchet.
2. Boil water and sterilize your measuring cup, spoons, bowl, sieve and pot.
3. Measure out 2cups powdered milk and mix in 4 cups water.
4. Put milk on fire and bring ALMOST to a boil.
5. Remove from heat and allow to cool until warm (when u can hold a finger in d milk for some seconds without getting burnt)
6. Use sm of d warm milk to mix a satchet of Yogurmet then introduce to the rest of d milk and mix properly.
7. Pour the milk through a sieve into the bowl you'll use to incubate and cover.
8. Pour hot water into a cooler ( as hot as you can bath with without wounding yourself).
9. Put the bowl of warm milk into the cooler, if it floats hold it down with something ( i use breakable bowls).
10. Cover tightly and leave to incubate for at least 8hrs (they write 4hrs on the yogurmet satchet but trust me that is not enough).
11. U can check after like 5hrs to see if d water had cooled down considerably. If it has top it off with hot water (but i dont bother with this when i incubate overnite). Pls don't jolt the bowl.
12. After 8hrs open the bowl and bend it a bit u'll see that d yogurt has set.
13. Refrigerate immediately without turning it for like 2 to 4 hrs but if u want to eat immediately put it in d freezer for at least 1 hr b4 eating.
NOTE: one satchet of yogurmet is for 4cups of milk which you'll get with dis recipe. PLEASE dnt finish the yogurt o i know its sweet but dis one as far as im concerned is just the starter for subsequent yogurts. I just use small white nylon and tie as much as possible (4tablespoons each) put in a container and into the freezer. Then whenever i feel like yogurt i just take one nylon and start the process all over again just dat now i mix in the yogurt not the powdered culture. This time around it takes just 5 to 6 hrs for the yogurt to set i just leave it longer for as much as 12hrs depending on how sour i want it. And with each nylon (4tablespoons) i use 4cups powdered milk to 8cups water. It's long i know but once u get the hang of it its quite easy. Happy yogurt making! Cool. Thanks |

I believe there are other good brands. I learnt there are different types of farm fresh yoghurt, pls which of them (unsweetened, sweetened, plain or any) |

mamatwiny: Studies say a higher % of women that had miscarriage conceive b4 3months after the miscarriage. This fact should be a relief for you. Were you given antibiotics after the evacuation to prevent infection? If yes, look for farm fresh yoghurt and drink to balance up ur good bacteria. During my time, I cooked ụda with water and drank like tea. It is said to heal the womb and contract it, removing every other conception remains if any.
The type of prenatal you take is a thing of choice. Some take pregnacare pre conception. Others ever green care for moms to be, others folic acid +vitamins e, some folic acid + omega369. Some cut carbs and go veggies and fruits.
In all, we should look up to God, it is He that decides when to give children. All these are just efforts to convince ourselves we did our best. Thanks for the advice. I was given Ciprotab antibiotics. I will go for evergreen formular for mom to be |
