John oyegun the former apc national chairman. He reportedly politely told buhari that his ministers are "Sleeping liabilities" and that the government is becoming more unpopular by the day. This was said in the presence of Abba kyari the chief of staff who out of anger vowed to exclude him from the activities of the government. That is the reason why he was not invited to the launch of the next level plan of buhari. APC should be humble and accept that removing oyegun for Oshiomoleh was a big mistake. In the time of oyegun they never had all these emergency crisis situations. Now that Oshiomoleh is the charge the party is in fragments. Oyegun was a conciliator and a bridge builder. Oshiomoleh on the other hand is an activist who is better suited for opposition politics. I completely agree. At least Governors no longer use their state resources to fund the party. If BUHARI had allowed the party to help him run the government instead of the cabal, he would have done better. |
