In addition to what Modath said I think Chicco is another very good product and my sister-in-law swears by Ever dry diapers. I bought Johnson baby oil, powder and wipes last week but I was told I got the fake one (the one I got is from S.Africa) that the original ones are US manufactured. Am now thinking of giving them out as am scared LO might react to them. Anyone had experience with the Johnson baby range manufactured in S.Africa?

The indigestion can be greatly reduced increasing your fibre( oatmeal, wheat, fruits) intake, drinking lots of water, eating your last meal in the evenings and not at night ( you can snack on nuts and cookies), avoid eating fruits after meals ( eat fruits before or about 2hrs after), spread your meals( take 6 light meals instead of 3 heavy ones). The indigestion is due to the fact that your baby is gradually displacing your organd and the pregnancy hormones are also slowing down all activities including digestion.

For the aches, try massaging with ointments that are safe to use during pregnancy. I dont know any. you can google it, while you are at it, also google how a pregnant woman should lift or bend to pick things up. pregnant women use more of knees than back/ waist to bend. Also the sitting and standing posture matters too.

Abeg am 26 weeks gone and I've been having indigestion especially at night. The back, waist and rib pain no be here o. Pls what can I do abt it? And Ehen can I do a scan now to know the sex of my baby? Last time I went at 5 months I was told it was too early.

One of the wonders of nature is that the baby somehow gets the needed nourishment(unless in a severe case of hyperemsis). Just try and take something even if its any of these choco drinks, fruits are alternatives as well.

Since you are already 12wks gone,within the next 2-3wks you should soon start to feel like your old self. Pele, it will end in joy.

I am 12 weeks pregnant and I have no appetite at all! Am hardly able to eat since I got pregnant, always weak, nausea but no vomiting, and bitter mouth. This is my first pregnancy and am scared baby isn't getting enough nutrient which might be harmful to baby. Any ideas?
