The foreign numbers are also validated, thats why they told you start your number with your country code.... I know alot of people abroad who can vote... They wont ask people to vote if it doesnt count, they are not scammers

Hi, first time talking but i just have to correct this statement, wechat votes if it isnt a Nigerian number doesnt count, dats y ur number has to be validated first.Hope this helps.
