I studied Physics in univ cos I wanted to be a physicist. Knowing what I know now, I would have double majored in Maths and Economics. Followed by a masters in Applied and Computational Maths and cap it up with a PhD in Financial Economics and/or Mathematical Finance and drag an MBA while a PhD student. After these, I will work for some time and run my own hedge fund and/or private equity firm. Then I will become your president. On completing my 8 year term, I will become a professor of Finance in naija- just so i will not steal your money and open one of the best secondary school in any city where I live to teach kids. I will be the principal come maths and economics teacher. Every evening, I will sit down under a mango tree and read the newspaper with my wife. And life is good, Now am back from never never land. Please Nairalanders,i love this topic.Am due to start my Masters in the University of Portsmouth Business school,i will like to ask those in UK,if its a good school.Also i will be applying for my visa in June,some people are mentioning something about English requirements and am confused as i was before,cos i asked the school and they said that i have an unconditional offer,so require no other academic requirements.It will be pertinent to note that i have paid my full tuition and also have an accommodation over there.

Doctors and indeed teaching are professions you go into primarily because of your passion to either save lives or impact life-values, the meagre renumeration they get is often offset by the satisfaction  they derive from doing the job. That said, the medical profession cannot be that financially unrewarding even in a place like nigeria, one just needs to be more creative
