Transportation cost(movement of feeds)
Labour cost
Wood shaving cost( incase of deep litter system)
Petrol cost( for pumping water)
Etc.

Also the 96% laying percentage is rarely attainable and sustainable. 78% to 85% laying % should be used for calculation.

From my active experience, 1000 layers can give you guaranteed profit of 150k to 180k monthly. Thus formulating your own feed increases your profit.
