Hehehehe! Believe me, that is not all about Ibadan because I lived there for 5 years. Infact, I never knew that place existed while I stayed there for 3 years.

That place is the origin of the city and it started way back 19 century before the British came.

It is meant only for the indigenous people of the town though most of them don't live there but they don't want it destroyed because they think it is their heritage.

Ibadan is divided into two parts. The old and new.

Ibadan consists of many foreigners. Infact, it has the second largest population of whites in Nigeria.

It houses the highest rate of middle class in Nigeria.

LAMU ISLAND
This is among the oldest habitation of the East African coastline. Its earliest settlement was in 300AD but the buildings & infrastructure are nothing compared to modern cities.

The University of Nairobi (UoN) has been rated as the best in Kenya and sixth in Africa.

This is according to Webometrics, 4ICU, Times Higher Education (THE) and the Journals Consortium.

In the Webometrics ranking of January 2016, in which over 24,000 world institutions were ranked, the UoN emerged in position 697 in the world and sixth in Africa.

Kenyatta University was second in Kenya, position 30 in Africa and 1,915 in the world, followed by Moi University (54 in Africa, 2,492 in the world).

Let me educate you a bit. In Nigeria you have Federal, State and Private unis. Any where you see "University of ***" or "Federal Uni of ***", the uni is federally owned. So you see your list makes no sense.
