How did those vehicles leave the Canadian port in the first place? How come their own customs and police cannot intercept stolen vehicles in their own country? Shouldn't they fix their own security flaws? Canadians are stealing cars and selling to African dealers, now Nigerian customs are supposed to intercept it after it leaves their own ports! To me, this is a misplaced priority and I don't think the Canadian customs would do that for Nigeria if it was the other way round.
