I think the serving corpers should insist on something being done to ensure their security / insurance if INEC should continue using them. the chicken pay is not worth the risk especially is such a volatile political era.

My friend, please be informed that the only 'thing' that compelled majority of the corps members to join INEC in conducting the April election is POVERTY(actual and potential)- #30,000 for 3days as against less than #10,000 they receive for one month. If I was a corps member, I do not think I would prefer #30,000 for 3days to less than #10,000 for one month. Lest I forgot, I challenge any corps member currently participating in conducting the ongoing polls to come out and say he/she was forced to do so.

Yes, my brother! The 'rational analysis' is below:
1. Before the coming of PDP, police were collecting #5: but now it is between #20-#100 and shot at should you refuse to cooperate;
2. My wife used to buy Maggi for #1, fish for#50, etc before 1999(PDP's year of bad years ahead), but it is respectively now #10, #500, etc; why would I not blame PDP if my wife make bad soup?
3. My girl friend(now my wife) and I used to live together happily and had been demanding #45 for peak milk before 1999(PDP's year of bad years ahead), but now the same peak is now #100, why would I not blame PDP?
Please come up with better excuses for PDP and GEJ!

My brother, with the utmost due respect, I think as per prerequites you listed above(that is, writing materials, photocopy of your identity card, e.g passport or work ID to the venue and that you need to be there at least thirty minutes ahead of time) are ONLY APPLICABLE to some applicants because in my own case, I was ONLY asked to bring along a print of the test NOTIFICATION.
