I've never had the opporunity of dating a Yoruba girl, but they are nice.

The Northerns created the Boko Haram menace, it wasn't the Igbos or Yorubas, considering the fact they've enjoyed the fatest revenue since indepentence.

The Nigerian Civil War ended in the defeat of Biafra which led to the seizure of Igbo properties and the exile of their leader, Chukwuemeka Ojukwu to Abidjan.
Ojukwu returned from exile in 1982. He was handed back his lost properties by the various custodians but till his death in 2011, he did absolutely nothing to help his Igbo brethren, whose lives he helped to waste during the senseless war, to at least reclaim their properties which were declared "abandoned".

Why is it that Nigerian journalists do not know how to summarize and make their points early enough in their write up. For crying out loud, why spend half of your write up talking about all the problems in Nigeria like we do not know them already. You only end up making your article unnecessarily long, tedious and boring.

Blame your inability to read long. The article is very professional, given details is what makes a good tabloid. That means if you get a copy of New York Times Magazine, you start asking for a summary copy. African man hates reading.

My friends, l love the Yorubas for so... many reasons, l see them as been logically competitive. But this thread was opened to correct certain unhealthy impressions, that lots of people have. I didn't mean to make this a topic, but then... while ready a decent post by a Yoruba brother, l started seeing " Igbos leave Yoruba Land'' , and so l deceided to correct that impression.
