if you had thought twice about it you would have realized that everything is relative. The 'immediate' is very relative.

If I do get the money now I will like to move my project towards completion. But if it doesn't come the project can wait (it is not going to be eating 'eba' or rice. It will wait and I will proceed at my pace).

Thats what you think and you are entitled to that.
Projects like this face delays but that does not take away its worth and potentials: those 2 are what people are willing to invest in.

For example, I wont think of selling my allocation if I didnt need some money to meet an immediate need. I will rather keep this (maybe this is the way it will go and I will surely be better for it)
