@ Damoche07

I appreciate your concern and views. I happen to be in the know that the guy who wants to sell has urgent money issues but, thanks again, that wont be a place to put my dough.

Hello House, easi, windy, topgunny, tammie, pummie, crazzyy, riskyyy, pumpppyyy and all

Kindly tell me whats your take on an offer to buy Springbank shares at N9. I know the bank has problems but I am ready for the long haul on this one.
What I would like to know is if there is any hope that the bank will come up soon (learnt that it is being run by CBN now) and what price it should go for as at now. If you were presented an offer to buy spring bank shares at a discount, would you go for it?
I checked to see how much it stopped at but got no information on that. and why is it not on the list? I expected it should be there even with no trade.

Kindly help

Guys, make we meet for MIAMI na grin lloma I dey Luanda too. holla me at cojese at yahoo dot com

If you are a Nigerian coming to angola for the first time, you are definetly going to see opportunities everywhere, that is if you have some ´business mind´

You all know how they treat Nigerian even in africa, Even Liberia the other day started giving Nigerians headache. Other african nations think that Nigerians are ´´too pushy´ so by default, they treat you with lots of apathy and distrust.
I have seen Nigerian in Luanda who have been here even during the war. They have survived and the ones I saw are making it.For me, Roughcut got it right: you can invest through a third party (ibo men grin grin. I am ibo too oo)

I work in the telecoms sector in angola. Competition is not encouraged here.
Angola made her first GSM call in 2001 but till today there is only 1 GSM network (with vast interest of the president´s daughter)
Their service offering is nothing close to what you get from other network elsewhere. Minimum recharge is close to 1.5K.

Well, sha, motor kill, motor carry.all die na die. The name of the game na risk.

@Fatherof2[sub][/sub]and all other gurus

TS now is supposed to be two weeks after offer ends, but going by FCMB.It could  be from 14th if not next week.
Diamond is getting late particularly considering if you buy on monday 5% higher than yesterdays price.
Six months result is getting due/overdue.And its approaching its fair value at this stage even without announcement.
I bought at N17.80 and plan to take out next week.
This run i suspect is a just a quick speculative run.It needs to make another fall in preparation for result.

Kindly help me out here. I am eager to convert my 'spreadshet money' to cash and I want youto tell me exactly how I should do this.

I have a stock that has made 80%  and another one that has made 50% since  november that I bought them. When you talk of extracting your profit only, what do you mean?

My initial plan was to keep the stocks for long (say 1 year) but your short term method is so enticing that I have been fully drawn to it.

Can you explain how one can make the best out of this short term investment method?

Hello wanaj0, roughtcut and all,

I bought AP at about N68 and have just sold at N111.79 which was my intention as at when I bought it. I am eager to reinvest the money in stocks that will give me like 25%( shocked) in a short while.

This forum has changed my orientation about stock. Where do I put my money? I wont hold u responsible for anything. Just ur suggestion.

I am already in insurance and would prefer to wait for whatever goodies therein to come. No more investment in insurance.

Anybody got any help for me?

Kelvin
