I have never seen a Christian terrorist I have not seen a pagan terrorist I have never seen Buddhist, atheist, Hindu terrorist
we know the sect of peaceful people that re tagged terrorist they want ipob to share the name terrorists with them foolish lots
Bravo!! Probably you live in the woods that's why you've not heard of kkk. Still you don't know about what's going on in Burma. Clap for yourself for being away from civilization
And someone will tell me that the youths are ready to lead. The level of corruption even in our various SUGs is alarming. I remember the violence that broke out last year at the National level just because of money
SonOfEl: Another dude with inferiority syndrome spotted.
Flora Nwapa - first female (and best selling) author Chioma Ajunwa - first female and single Olympic gold medalist Rita Dominic - Presently the most awarded actress Onyeka Owenu - first best selling female singer
We are ready for you anytime..... Keep it coming...
You know I can go on with the list but this argument ain't worth it. If I reply, then you reply and I reply again and the chain continues. At the end of the day, we'd have been arguing over something stupid. You should have read the reason for my reply; if you had, you'd see that I wasn't trying to compete with anyone.
Intellect20: Shove your afonja list up your behind. I don't trust you lots anymore. Thats how you people lied for decades of having the pioneer professors in Nigeria. Lo and behold, when serious research was done, it was found that all first, pioneer professors in top SW universities were Igbos.
Intellect20: In Biafraa, women are treated like men and posses just as equal rights! Not the same in Arewa and Oduwanikistan!
Must you be tribalistic in everything? Guess what? first female Professor In Nigeria is an afonja, Elizabeth Abimbola Awoliyi was the first female physician in Nigeria, Chief ‘Folake Solanke (SAN) is the first female Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Dr. Abimbola Ayodeji Abolarinwa is first female Urologist, Captain Abimbola Jayeola (Captain AB) is N igeria’s First Female Helicopter Captain, Mo Abudu She is the first woman in Africa to launch a pan African TV and so many other females from other tribes. So what was your point?
DirewolfofStark: They were ALL present. As John explained in 1 John 1, the gospel of the disciples was the evidence of their own eyes and ears and hands. It was not hearsay or second hand evidence:
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched--this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.
All the more reason why the illiterate arabian pedophile cannot be relied upon as a credible source for Christ's life for the simple fact that HE WASN'T THERE.
why is John apparently the only gospel that mentions the presence of Jesus' mother Mary and the presence of a disciple(just one) ? If she was there, shouldn't such an important piece of information be in all of the accounts? A more serious problem relates to what Jesus said while on the cross. What he says in John's account is completely different from what he says in the other accounts.
DirewolfofStark: Why would they not be able to give accounts when they witnessed it all? The disciples were only absent at the trial of Jesus before the Jewish High Council (The Sanhedrin) That was where Peter made his famous three times denial. At the actual crucifixion, they were in the crowd:
John 19: 26
…Near the cross of Jesus stood His mother and her sister, as well as Mary the wife of Clopas and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw His mother and the disciple whom He loved standing nearby, He said to His mother, “Woman, here is your son.” Then He said to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” So from that hour, this disciple took her into his home and cared for her as his mother
According to John, only one disciple was present. So, the remaining accounts were false witnesses
DirewolfofStark: As Mark 15: 43 shows Joseph was also an important political figure in Jerusalem:
Joseph of Arimathea, a prominent Council member who himself was waiting for the kingdom of God, boldly went to Pilate to ask for the body of Jesus.
In the body of Christ there are many different duties and responsibilities. As Paul put it in 1st Corinthians 12:30:
Do we all have the gift of healing? Do we all have the ability to speak in unknown languages? Do we all have the ability to interpret unknown languages? Of course not!
Joseph had his own role to play in the Kingdom that had nothing to do with writing.
Thank you. So how the hell were Matthew, Mark, Luke and John able to give accounts of what they did not see?
DirewolfofStark: And who was Joseph of Arimathea? Joseph was one of the disciples. John 19:38 makes this clear:
Later, Joseph of Arimathea asked Pilate for the body of Jesus. Now Joseph was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly because he feared the Jewish leaders. With Pilate's permission, he came and took the body away.
DirewolfofStark: You mean the same disciples that took the body off the cross? The same ones who washed it and prepared it for burial? The same ones who had the opportunity of examining the wounds up close? I shouldn't believe them, but I should believe an illiterate Arabian pedophile "prophet" who advised his followers to drink camel urine?
Lol! Was it Matthew, mark, Luke or John that took his so called body off the cross? Probably you don't know of Joseph of Arimathea. You call Prophet Muhammad (SAW) a pedophile then I guess Joseph was also a pedophile when he got married to 12 years old Mary
In other words, Metatarsals and Metacarpals. Not the ulna and the tibia. Also the Romans were in the habit of tying the arms of the crucified to the horizontal beam of the cross with corded ropes to make sure their bodies would not fall off the cross after they lost consciousness.
In other words, Metatarsals and Metacarpals. Not the ulna and the tibia. Also the Romans were in the habit of tying the arms of the crucified to the horizontal beam of the cross with corded ropes to make sure their bodies would not fall off the cross after they lost consciousness.
DirewolfofStark: The nails were not driven in at the tibia but in BETWEEN the metatarsal bones on his feet. The bones on the feet and the hands are widely spaced. And so the only part of his body that would have been damaged would be soft tissue, tendons and muscle. It is theoretically possible for the bones to remain intact.
If the nail passed through a soft tissue, then it would not be able to hold him for that long as the force of gravity would force the tissue to tear off. The crucifixion pictures of the Catholics show that it passed through his ulna
DirewolfofStark: John 19 vs 36: Now these things happened so that the Scripture would be fulfilled: “Not one of His bones will be broken.”
The prophecy of David in Psalm 34:20 was fulfilled in John 19: 36.
Psalm 34: 20 He keeps all his bones, Not one of them is broken....
So how can the fulfillment of prophecy be an inconsistency? Or is the muslim mind too slow to grasp such a fundamental concept?
Lol! How slow can the brain of a medical student with a 158 IQ be? That's by the way. Tell me something, how would a 7-9 inches nail pass through the carpals of a human without breaking? Or through the tibia of a human without breaking? The Bible clearly stated that he was nailed to the 'cross'.
DirewolfofStark: He said: "If it be possible let this cup pass from me but nevertheless, thy will be done
Of course he was in agony because the prophecy said that Christ had to "suffer". It wasn't enough for him to die for our sins. If death was the only requirment for salvation then all Christ would have to do was to ask the Roman soldiers to stab him with a sword and kill him. But death was not the only requirement. He also had to suffer. The scriptures are very clear about this:
Luke 9: 22
"The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life"
Jesus had to face the daunting task of paying the price for all of humanity as a living sacrifice, and yet he overcame his fears and fulfiled the scriptures.
How you can equate Jesus overcoming death with Muhammad being afraid of a mere eclipse of the sun is baffling. It is typical of the the lack of intelligence I've encountered from most muslims.
The same scriptures that said no harm would come to Jesus even to the hair on his head is the same Jesus that was beaten and crucified according to the Bible. Why so many conflicting passages?
DirewolfofStark: There are at least 5 references to Jesus crucifixion made by historians who were alive at the time the event took place:
1. The Roman Historian Tacitus wrote about Jesus crucifixion.
2. Pliny The Younger was the Roman governor of Bithynia in Asia Minor. Pliny also spoke about Jesus crucifixion in his writings.
3. The Jewish historian Josephus Flavius writes extensively on the crucifixion of Jesus.
4. The Babylonian Talmud references Jesus Christ's crucifixion.
5. Lucian of Samosata was a 2nd century Greek Writer who also mentioned the crucifixion in his writings.
All these people were not Christians so they had no motivation to make up lies on behalf of Christianity. The only logical explanation why so many different people would agree that the event took place was because it actually happened.
Muhammad on the other hand was an illiterate who lived about 700 years after the crucifixion so only an idi.ot would believe the words of an illiterate over those of credible historical sources.
Really? Yet, the 'son of God', ' the kings of kings', ' the most high 'was scared and had to pray to himself to save him. And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me. (John 26: 39)
…. He went away again, and prayed the second time and prayed, saying ……and prayed the third time, saying the same words. (John 26:42-44) Don't you find it a little bit strange? Moreover, we Muslims believe another was crucified in place of Jesus so, the historians have it right that a person(not Jesus was crucified)
DirewolfofStark: So you now accept he was on the cross? I thought the muzzies have always denied that Jesus was crucified. And yet you are willing to accept his crucifixion in the name of taqiyya? You guys are dumber than I thought.
LMAO! Accepting? I'm quoting your scriptures. Jesus was never crucified. Believe it or not. And when you talk about someone being dumb, I think we should agree that you type without thinking Mr. Smarty pants
DirewolfofStark: Jesus was afraid? The same Jesus who said in John 10:18:
The reason the Father loves Me is that I lay down My life in order to take it up again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again.
This is the person you said was afraid?
In any event, thanks for admitting that Jesus died on the Cross for your sins. Most Muslims persist in the stu.pid claim that he never died.
Lol! That's why he was asking why God had forsaken him on the 'cross' abi?
DirewolfofStark: I notice you "cleverly" tried to hide the full hadith because you know exactly what it says.
Let me produce the hadith for you in full:
Narrated Abu Musa: The sun eclipsed and the Prophet got up, being afraid that it might be the Hour (i.e. Day of Judgment). He went to the Mosque and offered the prayer with the longest Qiyam, bowing and prostration that I had ever seen him doing. Then he said, "These signs which Allah sends do not occur because of the life or death of somebody, but Allah makes His worshipers afraid by them. So when you see anything thereof, proceed to remember Allah, invoke Him and ask for His forgiveness."[Sahih Bukhari Volume 2, Book 18, Number 167]
You're either ignorant or you think your taqiyya tactics will work on me. I'm not gullible about Islams numerous shortcomings. I know them like the back of my hand.
Lol! Really? Same way Jesus regretted dying in the cross abi? Tell me something. If Jesus already knew he was gonna die, why did he say 'Eli eli lamasabathani'?
drakeli: No, but in your own version of Jesus. Not the Christian Jesus our Lord. Me too, I believe in Mohammed my workplace colleague. Not in your lie lie Mohammed.
Old testament, in the new testament its different.
Is it in the New Testament or not?
Lol! So why then do you read the Old Testament if you don't believe in it? Christians see Jesus as God. That means that he was also the God of the Old Testament. The same God who commanded all those killings and the author of all those violent and disgusting commands as listed in your previous articles. So the violence Jesus supports and predicts is not only evident in the New Testament, but he is supposedly also the author of said violent commands in the Old testament as well
The quoran declared that the birth of Jesus is a miracle.
(Quran 2:87) "And We gave unto Jesus, son of Mary, clear miracles"
The quoran again say's that Jesus healed.
Quoran 3: 49 I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead
True the Christian God never said we are to condemn anybody.
The islamic god actually commands moslems not to take Christains & jews as friends.
Surah 5:51 O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends;
The quoran commands moslems to fight unbelievers.
SURA 9:29 F9:29 against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day.
SURA 9:123 O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto Him).
Who are the unbelievers to the moslems? They are Christians .
Surah 5 72 "Unbelievers are those that say:'God is the Messiah, the son of Mary." 73 "Unbelievers are those that say: 'God is one of three.
So you can see that it's allah that commands to condemn us. This alone proves that islam is not an abrahamic faith.
If it were it would love the children of Abraham.
Lol! Then I guess you don't read your Bible Deuteronomy 17 If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant; 17:3 And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded; 17:4 And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel; 17:5 Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die. Or Deuteronomy 13: 6 If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, “Let us go and worship other gods” (gods that neither you nor your ancestors have known, 7 gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other), 8 do not yield to them or listen to them. Show them no pity. Do not spare them or shield them. 9 You must certainly put them to death. Your hand must be the first in putting them to death, and then the hands of all the people. 10 Stone them to death, because they tried to turn you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 11 Then all Israel will hear and be afraid, and no one among you will do such an evil thing again. 12 If you hear it said about one of the towns the Lord your God is giving you to live in 13 that troublemakers have arisen among you and have led the people of their town astray, saying, “Let us go and worship other gods” (gods you have not known), 14 then you must inquire, probe and investigate it thoroughly. And if it is true and it has been proved that this detestable thing has been done among you, 15 you must certainly put to the sword all who live in that town. You must destroy it completely, both its people and its livestock. 16 You are to gather all the plunder of the town into the middle of the public square and completely burn the town and all its plunder as a whole burnt offering to the Lord your God. That town is to remain a ruin forever, never to be rebuilt. Or Numbers 31, where God commands the Israelites to attack Midian and kill all the men, all the married women and all the male children but to keep the virgin females as the spoils of war and distribute them among the soldiers. The reason offered for that barbarism? Two Midianite women had allegedly “tempted” two Israelite men to worship other gods. They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13 NAB) Kill the Entire Town if One Person Worships Another God
Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly promised your ancestors. “The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him.” (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)
Neatboy: Whether herbalist or not can an average imam do what they do? I just wanted to know why prophet Mohammed didn't transfer his spiritual power listed above to his followers? Did he take it along to the grave? I believe that power, whether spiritual or not needs to be transfered for the betterment and nourishment of this religion via his disciples. Cause a lot of Muslims are running to churches for miracles, and they are getting it. If an Imam or Alfa can pray and heal someone then why should Muslims be running helter-skelter? My Muslim friends and brothers always run to a white garment church(celestial church) whenever the going gets tough...
Lol! I agree with you and I find it appalling. Prophet Muhammad(SAW) was tested and every other prophet was. Problems will surely arise. Islam does not teach one to carry his problems to an Imam for prayers. You pray for yourself and have faith. I know of situations where people go to imams for help and they give them verses from the Quran and their problems are solved. Pastors have TV stations where they showcase miracles imams don't.Lemme ask you a question. Are you a Catholic?
Neatboy: Why are muslims not performing the same miracles and wonders like their prophet? But their Christian counterparts are still performing same miracles that their own prophet did. I am just curious. But please, if you can't give me good answer don't criticise me. Attack the question not my person...
Lol! Performing miracles? Please what miracle did pastor E.A Adeboye perform, or what miracle did Pastor Kumuyi perform or Pastor Chris? Don't be fooled by miracles brother. Even herbalists perform miracles too
