A girl was tied with her hand backward like you would tie a dog or ram. Some guys surrounded her, some on black/black, some on multi-colors. One guy held a cutlass. It happened on the street and cars were passing by so it could have happened in front of someone's house. The girl shouldn't be more than 25/26.
