You lack any sort of critical thought thus you are just a willing tool unable to ask questions, scrutinize through objective enquiry and query through dialectic reasoning. The Shiite is an Islamic movement registered under the Islamic association and has been a member for over thirty years.

There is no recorded evidence or claim adduced to the Shiite for harm or destruction to the society but the 'registered' sunni that has killed tens of thousands of Nigerians and many thousands more all over the world should be an accepted sect. Isn't it?

You conveniently ignored my questions but that is expected because you are just a congenital hypocrite.

You piece of pathetic filth.
Your questions were ignored because they built upon a false premise. You said the shiite sect is registered, but the government of Kaduna says the shiite sect is not registered. Can you provide evidence as to the registration of the shiite sect in Kaduna state? If no, why the online ranting?

Another reason i did not bother to answer your questions, was to limit my engagement with you, because i know your types. Your violent, primitive nature is revealed in your last line.

Look, i have no issues with you or with any religion or sect. What i stand for is that you obey the law of the land and that your activities are found to be in alignment with those laws. In this case, the shiite sect have been found to be unregistered and dangerous as evidenced by their conduct (there are videos which show shiites carrying weapons and upending the convoy of the Chief of Army Staff).

Change your ways.

The judiciary interpretes the law correctly if the executive wants to over reach itself... that is how it checks the executive my friend.
If you have any case, why go breaking people's fences in the night huh Is there no better and more clear way to do this in public glare? What are they hiding? Coincidentally these are the judges interpreting the law differently from them. Just great.
I really confused at what you are promoting in the name of law.
So all that is paining you is that they broke into their homes? You and i were not on ground, s how can yu tell whether or not such force was necessary?

What is essential and open for discussion here, is the fact that they were arrested. Should they have been r should they not have been?

If you have no issues with their actual arrest, then you and i have nothing to discuss here.

The arms check themselves.... this night bust up is the equivalent of a judge unilaterally issuing buhari quit notice with no charge against him. .. let there be due process, clear for all to see. Not under cloak of darkness
Did you just mean to say the arms should check themselves by themselves? That cannot happen.

Now here's why your analogy is not even remotely correct:

1. Judiciary cannot check executive. that is the function of the legislative

2. the legislature can arbitrarily summon the executive before them, provided there is consensus

3. The judges were arrested just last night. It is too soon to cry about due process because arrest is only stage one of the process. Due process would be for them to be informed of the charges against them, taken to court, etc
PoliticsRe: Kaduna Government Declares Shiite Sect Illegal by Kgdavid(m): 10:05am On Oct 08, 2016

The Shiite is not a religion, it is a sect just like the Sunni. The Shiite is an islamic movement that is registered in Kaduna as an organisation. What the Kaduna Govt seek to ban is the Shiite ideology in Islam which is just a fallout of the ideological warfare ongoing between Iran and Saudi Arabia. This ideological difference is comparable to that between Jehovah Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists, Catholics etc in Christianity.

I have few questions for you:
If the Shiite or her ideology portend known danger to the society, why then is the Sunni ideology not banned since Boko Haram, ISIS, Al Quaida, Al Shabaab etc are Sunni? Not forgetting that this sect has been attacked several times while in procession by Boko Haram.

El Rufai was at the residence of this same 'unregistered' sect to campaign during elections, what changed?

El Rufai designated the soldiers as 'Jonathan soldiers' when there was a faceoff with the sect, do we take the killings of the sect as perpetrated by 'Buhari soldiers'?

If you can't see this for what it is then it is understandable.
Absolute nonsense.

The report clearly states that the shiite organization is not registered and is therefore banned, also showing clearly, the provision of the law which makes this possible. No where is it stated that the shiite ideology is banned. That is a mere infantile fabrication on your part.

Are u for real? So ur quoting me earlier was just the quintessential empty barrel making the loudest noise because they taught u small government that u never even grasped its application? Go and read up on th disciplinary functions of the National Judicial Council and then procedures for arrest and detention in the ACJA. I will not spoon-feed u with links. I referred u earlier to the 3 judges recently removed by the NJC. Read up and get back to me.

Lawyers don't do links, they do statute and rule books.
Madam, i first asked you for a title (of a publication, act, etc) before i asked for a link.

I don't live in Nigeria so i'm not conversant with the specifics of the workings of the Nigerian Judiciary. I have read up on the cases of the dismissed judges and they are fundamentally different from this one, in the fact that in those cases, private individuals made petitions against the judges, but here we are talking about the DSS, a body under the executive.

Are you saying that the ONLY way to ever arrest a judge in Nigeria is after investigation by the National Judicial Council? This sounds highly unlikely as it is undemocratic and contrary to principles of checks and balances. If this were so, then a corrupt judiciary could never be checked! Anyway, i'll continue looking at the other sources you mentioned, and be right back.

A serving judge can be arrested following laud down procedures which is a petition against him to the NJC, subsequent investigation and then recommendation by the NJC for d suspension, sack or prosecution of the erring judge.

The principle of separation of powers makes provides that each of the three arms of government have self regulatory mechanisms as d first port of call before any possible arrest and open trial may be instituted. It is that separation of powers and inherent immunity from intimidation by others as prescribed by the rule of law that allows for successful checks and balances. If judges are subject to these gestapo attacks in the dead of night how do u guarantee their independence and impartiality and neutrality?

Even if d DSS and EFCC uncover possible and credible evidence of bribery, the proper thing is to file a petition and furnish the NJC with the evidence as well as procure warrants of arrest or search n seizure after the NJC may have found such judges wanting before entering into their private residences to effect arrests. That is how a democracy works!

Now go and read up on the recently sacked CJ of Enugu and other judges and don't make me waste my time schooling u on d basics of government again! I don't suffer fools gladly so if u have a problem comprehending the basic tenets of democracy, get an education or keep shut so that u don't run the risk of confirming suspected ignorance.
You may know more on this than i, so would you be kind enough to provide a title or link to a web page where i may view the regulations concerning the procedure you spoke of? If you are a lawyer, you must know that you must back your assertion with a source.

Goodness gracious! When did the Executive become so daring and lawless enough to attack the Judiciary in this dastardly manner? They have toyed with the Legislature and now it's time to address Buhari's headache a.k.a the Judiciary?

Is this the new era of intimidation and impunity sine goddamn arseholes consciously voted for in 2015? Is this the kind of gestapo governance they crave and desire? Where is democracy, separation of powers and simple, basic courtesy and respect for the rule of law?
How can they knock down gates to gain access to and arrest a serving judge? What else is left before the sham of a constitution we operate is suspended?
What do you know of governance, separation of powers and the rule of law? Let me inform you that separation of powers is incomplete without checks and balances. Do you know what that principle is?

And who told you a serving judge cannot be legally arrested? If you are ignorant of the law, must you expose yourself for all to see?

What happened to using this?.
1. Those things cost money. African states are not the richest

2. Those things are metal detectors. They are not capable of detecting any and every kind of weapon.

3. If something has been hidden in a crevice, a metal detector like the one you attached there will not reveal it.

4. The search was carried out by a woman, so there is very little moral objection.

5. The search is not mandatory. It is only for people who want to enter the stadium. You can reject the intrusive search by going home.

6. What is in your boobs other than a pile of fat?

The scary part is that the child can't cry out for help and even if he tries to gasp for air, hot akamu is forced down his throat cry
If you take this picture without context, you might get it wrong. Hot akamu and air are actually not mutually exclusive, i.e you can breathe in and swallow liquid food at the same time, through the same passage way. try it.

As a small boy i observed the process to see how it was done and to be sure whether or not it was safe, and i discovered it was reasonably safe. The women doing it might belong to a lower economic class but they are not quite dummies.

From my observation, the child is always able to breathe well during the process. Which is only logical otherwise they would suffocate and die, but since we don't hear about many such cases, we can infer positively as to safety of the procedure (at least when carried out by skilled hands).

Ok... let's look at what happened like this;
The guy works in their store, as a B2C customer care agent. He liked the girl, but didn't want to be unprofessional at work.

Some guys here must have done something like this before too. You see a lady you like at the bank, and you trace her number in the register and you hit her up.

But the guy shouldn't have put his picture! A lady that hasn't given you audience?
Hitting on a customer while at work is mildly unprofessional depending on how you go about it, but extracting her details and contacting her after working hours is absolutely unprofessional, and criminal too!

The guy should have apologized and made a hasty retreat once he saw that her first response was not favorable. He is the cause of whatever he gets.

Belief in the supernatural is based on your assumption cannot have come
from nothing, that there must have been a creator.
But the problem with this view is that you can't stop there, that intelligent
creator couldn't also have always existed it must have sprung from something
else, so you end up with infinite creators.

And if you claim that the "creator" have always existed , then the universe
itself could always have been in existence.
If you believe that the universe came from nothing then you automatically are acknowledging the possibility of processes beyond our current understanding of nature and science. This is the definition of supernatural and you are therefore a believer in the supernatural. Thats my point

The bolded is pure speculation which will only lead to a circular logic, all things may have started from
many sources or nothing at all.

Ignorance can never be an excuse/prove of a supernatural/god,
everything in nature is natural, except you have conflicting
evidence.

From your own writing, you don't know how the supposed source came
about, how does that logically lead you to believe in an unproven supernatural ?
Don't you see that your conclusion doesn't follow ?
It is simple. Read me well.the pattern I spoke of would only be circular without belief in the supernatural. My belief in the supernatural leads me to a belief in the creator.

You say all things may have come from many things, well these many things would have had to come from something or someone.

How is it logical to think that all things could have come from nothing at all? Is it there a single example of a case in nature where things have come from nothing? To believe that something can come from nothing, then you my friend, are a believer in the supernatural already

1. means that logic is sufficient for objective truths while spiritual beliefs requires
faith hence any attempt to superimpose logic on faith is illogical.

2. Personally, I do not debate peoples belief in spirituality/faith unless they try
to make unprovable claim that their faith have consequences on others or project
their personal faiths.
1. That is the fallacy of composition. That logic can prove some objective beliefs does not mean it can be applied to prove all. When it comes to atheism, logic tells us that life must have started somewhere and that all things must come from something or someone. Logic also makes us realize that for the preceding principle to be true then we need to ask where the source came from. For which we have no simple answer. Logic then leads us to conclude that the truth must be something beyond the realm of known logical non-spiritual realities. Thus belief in the supernatural is entirely logical.

so repeating this worn out line of my car exists because i feel it , etc, is really not applicable nor relevant here. Besides, can you feel, see, touch or smell atoms with any of your five senses? In order to perceive microbes, we must apply a different set of senses i.e a microscope. This should at least tell you that you should open your mind to the possibility of there being other ways of perceiving things.
