Retrieving the lines has been an herculean task as i have been going to their centre for several days without any headway.

I was at Glo office today at Asaba to retrieve my line, the crowd there wasn't, much just a couple of customers but there was no network. But was told I can't retrieve my line because they can't see an picture on my profile that I have to re-register the line.

So I left and headed straight to MTN office and there I met crowd outside the complex waiting to go in. As I approached the gate I overheard one girl complaining that "she has been there for hours and her number is 178" omor I just turned back and left.

Everytime I recharge on my Airtel Sim,I always receive a bonus on each recharge.


Now the issue is, Everytime I make call,my Airtime is been deducted from the amount written 'local call', while the amount written 'Airtelcall' is never debited for once hence each time I recharge it keeps pilling up.


now the question is... how do I get to use the Airtime for calls?

This is how it works, they will first charg you from your main balance I think after a minute or so they ll then charge from the balance.
So want I do after every recharge is tto transfer my airtime to another airtel sim that has a cheaper call rate and then fled my bonus
