Just look at what happened last year, apple 14 beta security discover hundreds of chinese apps searching for people's phones even when you close such apps. What more of their phones. Hauwei now has deployed technology that searches for minority tribe uighurs so as to arrest them and render them infertile thereby cleansing them off. I do fear chinese phones these days

Collecting from Xender, open Xender, go settings page and select storage choose Sd

Downloading: depends on the app you use, chrome, uc browser, opera mini etc.
Go to settings page of these apps and set download location to SD card
