Hey, Kiki. Have you traveled to Abuja to submit yet? I am still unable to book an appointment but I have help from the director of IFRA - French Institute for Research in Africa. So, fingers crossed and hopeful.

@cetona, submitted on Friday in abuja. Had no choice cos my intended date of travel is close already

Please is it possible to create another account for Visa application without it being an issue? I created one and chose VFS - Lagos to submit my documents but I haven't been able to book an appointment. I am thinking of creating another one to choose Abuja cos I heard it isn't as busy as Lagos'office.

I think in abuja, it's walk in and submit, intend traveling too this week as I'm unable to secure an appointment in lagos

Have you know the reason of ur denials in ur previous application?what are the documents you took to the embassy?

Well, I read here that one shouldn't involve travel agents in applying for visa, so I have been doing it alone and I have been making mistakes since it's my first time applying. First one I applied for the wrong visa, the 2nd, I messed up with the OF11 form. Guess I'm learning my lesson in a wrong way

Hello @oritse123, thanks for creating this thread. I have serious issues.
First, I applied for a short course in a fashion school in france since last year, paid the tuition and twice now I have been denied visa. The first one was my mistake cos I applied for a wrong category of visa, second one was for a flimsy excuse.
The course is supposed to run for 2 months and a 6 months internship which makes it 8months, but now the school has cancelled the internship, which means I'm applying for a short stay visa.
Now my issue is this: how can I convince the eco that I need this visa badly, dont want a refund of my tuition
I have never traveled before. I'm supposed to submit my application at the end of this month, what are the documents that I need to submit, please help

KiKi i hope all is well with you on the other end? we didn't hear from you as regards your Student visa... did you still go to collect it as planned?

I was denied on the basis that I might abuse my stay, also, I was advised to learn French in my home country. Guess I messed up with the OFII form I filled as I used Google translator. Thanks for your concern

I didn’t fix the interview, someone just called me from them embassy, introduced himself and started asking questions like why I didn’t include my bank statement, how i’m related to my sponsor, if he’s married, if he has kids and how old they are. That’s all
