A Federal court judge in Melbourne has found an Australian wellness blogger, Belle Gibson, who lied about beating her brain cancer using natural remedies and nutrition guilty of deception.

The popular health personality, had made tens of thousands of dollars selling books and a mobile app about her miraculous recovery from cancer but was charged to court by Consumer Affairs Victoria after it was discovered that she never had the disease.

The judge also found Gibson guilty of using vulnerable groups, including a terminally ill five-year-old, and engaging in misleading or deceptive commerce to sell her wellness products and boost her own image and success.

Gibson had claimed that she cured her cancer with Ayurvedic medicine, oxygen therapy and a gluten and sugar-free diet.

She has been absent from court since case was brought against her in 2016, with no lawyers representing her.

Consumer Affairs Victoria is seeking for Gibson to pay a fine and publish an apology in newspapers acknowledging she lied.

However, the penalties for her misconduct will be handed down at a later date.

This 2017 a lot of priests have been trying many weird stuffs of recently,as they feed their congregation with various dangerous substances all in a bid to prove a point. Well a lot of this adventures ended without terrible aftermaths but this priest seems to have had a bad day in office. He fed his congregation with rat poison as he wanted to prove a point to them that they are above death. But the grim reaper himself must have been in attendance on that day as they lost their lives in the process.

This weird event took place in South Africa as Priest Light Monyeki from Soshanguve was trying to prove the superhuman and immortal powers of his followers.

Taking in bottles of water which have been contaminated with rat poison is surely a dangerous stunt and am still left to ponder the kind of faith and trust that made the congregation agree to it.

Just as you can see from the below images, Priest Light Monyeki took charge of the horrifying procession which ended up claiming the lives of 5 people.

The police is already investigating the case though no arrest has been made. But we are left to ponder who is to blame. Is it the priest or the congregation who embarked on an extremely dangerous and beyond stupid adventure.

You smoke cigaratte and weed, you drink all types of alchohol. You are sent to university, you go there, you join cult groups, you go after every girl, you sleep with them & abandon them, you carry gun, you go out with your gang, you go to rob people, you r•pe your female victims, impregnate some in the process. You murder the 'stubborn' ones, you collect money, you go and
assassinate people.

You get initiated in every bad guys group on campus, they give you ranks like "Ibaka", "capo",etc. You dont attend lectures, you threaten your lecturers & they pass you in the exams you did not write. Your parents are at home, rejoicing 'my son is in school.'

Your gang tells you that you are safe with them, no shaking. You take all sorts of oaths in the name of "Blending". They flog you throughout the night, they make you enter inside a grave, six or more guys will be ordered to fill up the grave while you try to jump out from it. If you succeed in jumping out, fine, if you don't succeed, you will be buried alive.

They use hot iron or ax to give you marks, all in the name of transforming you into a real man. You don't ask yourself 'What is the essence of these pains I'm passing through?", "How much salary will I be paid?", "Where will this lifestyle lead me to ?", "If i die here, what will be my fate. "

All you want is to answer a 'deadly guy', 'cartel man' 'badoo'. You forget that if anything happens to you now, those friends who tell you that you are safe will abandon you. Life is too short , the girl you are having s•x with, you don't know where she belongs, she may be from the water. You are just taking in smoke into your body, drinking poisons, codine, tramadol etc, things that will make your life shorter, in the name of "getting high". Your heart is hardened that you cut your fellow human being with axe and matchet without mercy, you shed blood without feelings, after all 'he is our enemy'. Which enemy is he?, which organisation/ country are you fighting for?

Do you know that there is only 1 life? Do you think that those charms will protect you forever?.. Now, take a look at your life, smoke, drink, go to operations, steal, go to night clubs, sleep with women, that's all. Do you ever think of your future? The next thing you will say is 'The government is corrupt. ' Yourself, how did you make your bed? Those people who make you feel like a lord,... one good day, death will come, your charms, gang, weapons, will not stop it. Try to visit mortuaries & see where bodies which were very alive before are lying lifeless, hopeless & helpless.

Nobody comes to bring them food, nobody comes to ask them "How are you doing? " Nobody comes to stay with them, nobody comes to visit them. They are abandoned there till the day they will be put inside the grave. Where are the might, power, fame & connections they had? Their own has ended. Amend your ways. Take your time and think about this thoroughly in this new year.

I like this government. They document corruption. Unlike the previous administration. This APC led government can tell you they dispensed N5000 stipends in Ekiti with no one physically receiving N1...or how can you tell a sensible man that this was what millions of naira did. Its so easy for me to gather labourers and snap pictures. Give them daily pay of N4000 (yes I am getting millions)....I don't even think they are up to 10.

But it seems there is no reason to be in a jubilant mood yet as the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC have come out to release a statement that the news circulating in the media is false and should be disregarded. The most obvious thing in their official statement was the premeditated omission of the official date PCM in Batch B Stream 2 are to get their call up letters. See statement below;

The NYSC Management wishes to advise prospective Corps members to disregard a message being circulated online with the above title claiming that the 2016 Batch ‘B’ (Stream II) Orientation Course has been scheduled for 16th January to 4th February, 2017.

We wish to warn that the message did not emanate from the scheme, and its authors are clearly out to cause confusion.

Alan Ruschel, while speaking in an interview today broke down in tears as he was explaining his last minute seat switch which saved his life. He explained that he originally sat near the back of the plane before he was asked to move by the club director Cadu Gaucho.

Alan explained that at first he didn't want to swap seats but when he saw Jackson Follman who insisted that he sat beside him, he had no option than to accept the swap.

71 people died in the plane crash, including almost all of the team, staff, directors and a number of journalists.

Alan added: "When they told me what happened it seemed like a dream, a nightmare. Little by little they've been telling me what happened and I'm starting to understand.

"As a lesson, this tragedy teaches that you have to keeping living. Take advantage of some things and do good for others. When I got here today I had the sensation that I was coming home. I promise to give lots more happiness to this team. With a lot of effort and hard work I am going to be back playing again soon."

Since the crash he has vowed to visit the families of everyone who died in the crash.
