Politics › Why Are We Nigerians Maniacally Tolerant? by killjoy(op): 5:52pm On Jan 24, 2015 |
U knw I just feel lyk taking to d streets n destroying anything within sight. We pay for lyt maintenance n get lyk 2hrs of lyt daily (Dats on a gud day). I just read Hw exorbitant unlimited internet service is in dis country while relatively smaller countries enjoy almost free unlimited service. We d masses r exploited in every possible way n we just accept it as d way it is. I learnt dat a long tym ago, d price of bread in an asian country was increased by a few cents n the whole country erupted into a frenzy until d increment was removed. Ova here fuel prices keep soaring never to go down n yet we Dnt just suffer Bt suffer and smile. Common!! If only Nigeria was a purely Islamic state, I'm sure some rebels wud hv matched to aso rock with ak 47s (I'm beginning to even wish for dat). Enough is enough. Someone raise a voice against dis extortion. Somebody. Anybody. |

kemiola89: If that's the sacrifice I have to make for standing for the truth So BE IT! I'd rest in peace knowing I died for the right course. no! u didn't die for any cause. u died cos u wer falsely accused n u stuck to ur side of d story. well... I adviced a friend to accept a wrong I dint tink she committed to avoid stories dat touch. her accuser was ready to involve d police if she dint admit. Nairaland General › Re: What Will Be Your Reaction If You're Vehemently Falsely Accused? by killjoy(op): 9:43am On Jan 22, 2015 |
kemiola89: I would never give in to such threat no matter how overwhelming their evidences are against me. One thing I've come to understand is that no matter how long it takes the truth will eventually come out someday, so I'd stand my ground and rather die for the truth. When your path is of deception and treachery, your mind can never be at ease because the truth is ABSOLUTE. can u bet ur lyf on dat? dis is Nigeria o! d death of some innocent people has gone uninvestigated. |

EroticAngelina: I will warn the person to retract his or her accusations, if they dont... Then we are going to do it the hard way.. I will falsely accuse him or her back while trying to untangle myself from the one they accused me, and their own will be greater than mine! Im an expert in that area, they wouldnt want to try me i de use am wicked people weh weh wot if ur accuser is ur boss? |

Family › Re: Will A Cheat Always Be A Cheat? by killjoy(m): 10:42am On Jan 16, 2015 |
5minsmadness: "A cheat will always be a cheat"
I hear this saying making rounds on social media but I think it is false. Nobody is born a cheat. A person becomes a cheat when he/she is placed under certain circumstances.
A faithful husband that has been denied sex for long periods of time is more likely to cheat than if he has sex regularly. A girlfriend who is denied love and attention constantly by her lover is more likely to cheat with him over someone else. This would have been different if her boyfriend was more loving and attentive. A poor guy that shows his love, support and attention to his girl is more likely to have a loyal babe than a rich guy who hardly shows his girlfriend any attention.
Saying a cheat will always be a cheat leaves the relationship open to do whatever you like, thinking that your partner will always be faithful no matter what. It also prevents you from forgiving your partner even if he/ she makes a mistake because you think once they have started cheating they will continue cheating all their lives no matter what. That assumption is baseless.
Of course there are exceptions to the rule but should we use the stubborn few to punish the vast majority? first of all I wonder y we r even debating dis... do u knw d pain one must go thru to forgive a cheat? let alone live wit dem in hopes dat dey wud change. even d bible says, if ur spouse cheats on u, u must forgive. Bt ur free to leave d person. after my ex cheated on me, I forgave her. d straw dat broke d camels back was wen I found out she was still Lyin to me about her werabouts. look here nigga, a cheat is a cheat. u Dnt want to risk ur sanity find on out weda she wud change. my humble opinion |
Romance › Re: Pls, How Can A Rich, Young And Handsome Guy Find True Love? by killjoy(m): 8:23pm On Jan 15, 2015 |
obongproff: After like three painful heartbreaks in d past, my friend decided to stay away from women especially as he realised dat all d girls dat left him did so becos he was broke and kinda jobless
8 months ago he got a great job with a pretty fat pay. He's living well and rily doing well for himself. Howeva, it was afta he got dis job dat he realized dat a man can get almost any chic if he has a nice car and a fat account balance - he owns a Ford Edge 2014 version and Toyota Spider.
Rite now, he's tired of sleeping around, meeting plastic chics and moving from one chic to anoda. And he's a bit confused cos 90% of d ladies he meet are more interested in his money dan in his person. He wants to get married but he wants to marry a girl dat loves his person and not his money. He also has good looks too.
Amaka dat lives along his former street who used to snob him before, saw him in his car when he came to visit his parents in dia family house(his former house), and since den he's suddenly become Amaka's sweetheart. D worst was wot happened in church. As a youth in church, he decided to make a financial contribution to d success of dia end of year party and since den, the youth secretary and two oda female excos are all over him. Some have made it a habit for him to drop dem off afta each service. He had to stop going to church with his car in order to avoid such embarassments.
He's a jovial, generous and down-to-earth dude and doesnt know how to be stingy. And dis seems to be working against him now. Once he sends a girl some money she begins to profess love and dat rily pisses him off like hell.
He intends to get married dis year but he's not even in a relationship yet. Pls nairalanders, how can he find true love? hasnt he learnt a lesson? is he a learner? dat guy shud kiss true love good bye. tell him to stay single or settle down wit a gold digger. its as simple as dat |
