I finished secondary school at 17, just imagine if I had skipped primary 6 like my fellow pupils then and skipped SS3 like some of my mates who did and equally wrote jamb same year. I'll also be graduating at 19. the govt has helped to bastardized the education system in this country, the reason why you see it as a lie. You didn't achieve it does not mean it can't be achieved.

Your comment is funny because I believe you don't understand the importance of drainage especially of this magnitude.
You need to come to Lagos Island and see why the places get flooded when it rains. It's simple! It's either there's no drainage, the drainages are blocked or too small.
So, well done to him. Only if he can complete what he started cos it'll go a long way.

Actually local flight operators need to be called to order. They'll delay your flight so many times and some times cancel after so many delays without any consequences. Leaving the passenger to fend for themselves. They don't care if you have a place to stay, money to book a hotel or what to eat while waiting for the next flight schedule.
