He's not pulling out. The child expected birth is in July during the quarterfinals not group games. Belgium won't even make it that far.

Why? He’s not pulling out of the tournament. He will simply be there for the birth, stay for a day or so and then rejoin the national team. Delph did exactly the same thing with England during the 2018 World Cup.
