All I can see is the basis for tax column. So if we've been paying tax since 2020 why are we shouting now? Or isn't that VAT I'm seeing on that receipt?

The foremost female indigene club in Ibadanland, the Ibadan Vanguard Sisters emerged victorious at this year's CCII Clubs and affiliates cultural parade which was held during the grand finale of Ibadan Week 2025.
Similar to the Ojude Oba parade of Ijebu Ode, this club which is made up of elites who are well established in their various fields, turned up in their beautifully coordinated attires. They were so on point and were a lovely sight to see.
The competition was not close at all.
We look forward to seeing what they will come up with at the next year outing.

Here's my recommendation based on a 1.20metres high Kingpost, given that it's a small building.

0.45mm or 0.55mm gauge long span aluminum, including eaves and fascia covering = 242 square metres.

The roof members are;

A) Wall plate, 75mm x 100mm x 3600mm hardwood (3' x 4' x 12" = 15 pieces.

B) Tie Beam, 50mm x 150mm x 3600mm hardwood (2'x 6' x 12" = 27 pieces

C) Rafter, 50mm x 100mm x 3600mm hardwood (2' x 4' x 12" = 38 pieces

D) Struts, 50mm x 100mm x 3600mm hardwood (2' x 4' x 12" = 17 pieces

E) Purlin, 50mm x 75mm x 3600mm hardwood (2' x 3' x 12" = 69 pieces

F) Noggin, 1200mm centre to centre, 50mm x 50mm x 3600mm hardwood (2' x 2' x 12" = 93 pieces.

You can easily get the price of these items in your location as price of items are currently fluctuating now.

But the picture I shared was about 2.1 too. And I think it looked lovely. Why did you say that it wouldn't look good on a small bungalow? Like I said it's roofing as shelter functionality that I need. Not really the aesthetics.
My next house can be beautiful once I make money.

You need to provide more specific information on the roofing in order to get help.

1) What type of roof covering do you want to use?
2) Do you also need costing of the roof carcass (wood work)?
3) Do you have the roof plan or section of the drawing?

Question 1 and 2 is surely important. However a reasonable assumption can be made for question 3.

I was pleasantly surprised today when I saw a group of women wearing their club's vest somewhere in Ibadan. The inscription read "IBADAN VANGUARD SISTERS'. Out of idle curiosity I hung around to see what they were up to since they all looked comfortable and clearly were not residents of the downtown area where they were.
They opened their cars and brought out the food packages that they had brought. I didn't see what was in each individual pack but from the size I believe whatever was in it would feed an adult for at least a week. The spokesperson called out for whoever had an old person in residence and they started handing out the packs. Thoughtfully they went from house to house asking for aged women and handing out the packs. Though it wasn't very plenty, at least from what I saw, they did their bit and it was well accepted by the recipients. They said they had already distributed some at another location yet they neither came with press men nor cameras and it didn't seem like they were looking for that kind of publicity. All they did was to serve humanity in their own little way and put a smile on at least one persons face.
If only everybody who is able would emulate this without playing to the gallery.
