Re: Nigerian Defence Academy Admission Processes.......65RC-67RC by mulkee: 8:52am On Sep 26, 2014 Gentlemen am on reserve nd I ve been call upon to resume tomorrow. |
femmyapson:But I told you that I should know. Shouldn't that tell you that I was a part of it? For your info my brother was a 66rc reserve. He's now an officer. Don't be a doubting Thomas. For the sake of privacy I won't say more. |
femmyapson:Please don't say what you don't know. Don't confuse others who may find themselves in the same situation. 66rc was a special set then and even now. That was the first time ever, as far as I know, that both selected and reserves were told to resume on the same day. For your information the reserves were called on phone between Thursday night and the Friday morning before the resumption date which was Saturday and instructed to resume. I should know. If you're not called and you resume.... |
tizzle:He said he had never raped not that he never slept with.
Sin shouldn't be spiritualised
Really? Sin only exists because of spirituality. |
Ogaga87:Oh, now I get you. Wonderful. So as the PVC is inserted the machine intuitively knows who I'm voting for and registers it into the server. Wow. That's knowledge from the deep. Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you. |
Your village people upped their game is very correct. Quota system starts right from shortlisting. It's not just to score high but to be the highest scorer from your Local govt from those going for the same faculty/course that you're going for. The criteria are weird and sometimes confusing. Really Quota system is the bane of this country. |
magicminister:Good for you. For wishing death on a fellow human, May your scrot** be infested by the fleas of a thousand camels. And may your arms be too short to scratch and pick them off. |
Alaranmuhammed:Good to see that you have a sense of humour. As for WhatsApp group, nah it's not needed. Every info you need is somewhere between pages 1 to the present page. Many aspirants have read through them like the Bible or Holy Qur'an and made it in on the first, second or even fourth attempts. Just take the pains to go through. Thanks. |
Notsonasty:I do hope you make it in. Certain assumptions would be gently cleared. |
Anthonystark:In your final academic year for the purpose of research, yes. But say a very loving goodbye if you are lucky enough to be caught doing something else on it or if you just fall into the hands of a good officer. |
Sorry bros but make I understand first. Na military academy you wan join as combatant or you wan join as tradesman under imam chaplaincy? The sooner you decide the better. But don't worry if you're on the theatre of war where the action is happening, you come hear gunship making music behind you, its allowed to continue with your prayers. You'll be already close to your maker. |
I was shocked this morning to see motorists being turned back at all the points of entry into The Polytechnic Ibadan this morning on account of non payment of N500 entry fee to gain access into the campus. Everyone driving in without the staff sticker was compelled to pay the entry fee or be turned back. All entreaties that one was a staff of The institution or affiliated units fell on deaf hears as the youth corp members, civil defence and internal security staff all claimed that the decision to raise money through the entry levy had been widely circulated. This wasn't true because some units hadn't received the said circular and were caught unawares. I found the situation unbelievable because University of Ibadan held her graduation a few weeks ago and all and sundry were allowed to come and go at will. I also wonder if the people who took the decision to collect compulsory entry fees from both staff going to work within the institution and parents who already paid the convocation levy thought the decision through.

emrain:Hmm. Deep sigh. So true. Why have something that isn't working? The solution would be to sell it off quick. Analogy is this: 1. Public Universities are not working (because of dearth of funds) so sell them off. 2. Public hospitals are not working (because of funds and inadequate staffing) so sell them off. 3. The country is not working (because of funds meant for development being stolen, leadership and followership issues) so sell it off. Use the money to buy what ails it. We now see the direction of thought. We will be 'Thinking' as advised. |
So what's all the noise about? |
Copied Did you know this? Most people do not know what the Constitution provides as equivalent of School Certificates because it is hidden in the Interpretation Section. Some clairvoyant politicians who knew they would one day be affected by certificate issues put it there (when we dozed off) as PART IV: INTERPRETATION CITATION AND COMMENCEMENT, cast in stone in Section 318, where you will see that you don’t even require any certificate to be President of Nigeria – in Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution. Hold your breath! Have you read the Constitution’s Section 318? According to Section 318, "School Certificate or its equivalent" means: (a) a Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, or Grade II Teacher’s Certificate, the City and Guilds Certificate; or (b) education up to Secondary School Certificate level; or (c) Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent and - (i) service in the public or private sector in the Federation in any capacity acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for a minimum of ten years, and (ii) attendance at courses and training in such institutions as may be acceptable to the Independent National Electoral Commission for periods totalling up to a minimum of one year, and (iii) the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language to the satisfaction of the Independent National Electoral Commission, and (d) any other qualification acceptable by the Independent National Electoral Commission;” So, did you know that even INEC has been empowered by the Constitution to accept any piece of employment paper as School Certificate equivalent to be even President of Nigeria? Go and buy a certified true copy of the Constitution today and study it. It is your power that ignorance and laziness have taken away from you. Read our Constitution and let’s use the provisions to challenge our defecting dealers, sorry leaders in court. We will continue the conversation on citizens’ incurable ignorance of their constitutions in global context next week. But start studying our own Constitution today and you will be a more empowered citizen. |
Methinks this is a fight between students of state owned universities and federal universities. The composition of the executive members seems to attest to this. Why? I wouldn't know!!! |
