wirinet:

You people reason like children, how can anybody say Ngige was kidnapped. Ngige was abducted by the nigerian police under orders from the de-facto chief security officer of the state (commissioner of police), under orders from Chris Uba and Baba. It took orders from the then vice president before he was released. So how is that Ngige's fault.
It is like blaming Amaechi for the orders from Mbu barring him from entering government house.
Ngige was not the first governors to be abducted, all the governors of the second republic including the president was abducted by Buhari and his fellow coupists.

Obi and his acolytes needs to stop talking like retards

Ngige was kidnapped by his erstwhile godfather. So whose fault was that? rubbish. FYI, the only person talking like a retard for a long time has been the dwarf called Ngige. So i guess its time for him to hear some painful truth.

Politics / Anambra Guber: Indigenes In Kogi Root For APGA Candidate by kingbang: 9:34am On Oct 17, 2013
Anambra indigenes in Kogi state under the umbrella of Forum for Good Leadership, FGL, have indicated their readiness to support Chief Willy Obiano, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, candidate to win the November 16 gubernatorial election in the state.

According to the FGL secretary, Mr Hyacinth O Ndive who addressed journalists in Lokoja yesterday, stated that the track record of Chief Obiano were enough for him to floor the rest in the expected election.

He pointed out that Chief Obiano had served the people of the state meritoriously, stressing that he remained the only person who believed in the principle of equity, fairness and justice and as such, his choice is like putting the round peg in the round hole for the people of Anambra State.

The group, numbering over 500 people that cut across the three senatorial districts of Kogi State, said putting all other indices into consideration, Chief Willy Obiano of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, was not only a good material for governorship in Anambra, but represents today the character the Anambra people have been agitating for that would not bring crisis to the state.

“Chief Willy Obiano is the first candidate from Anambra North, the district in the present dispensation that has not tested power,” noting that Anambra South and Anambra Central had tested, but Anambra North had been denied of power equation in the state and that the only way to correct the injustice is by giving the power to Anambra North.

Stressing that Ngige and Ubah would perpetually keep Anambra in constant crisis due to their personal ego, and which Anambra does not want at this time of great leap in economic advancement, the forum therefore posited that to allow the sleeping dog to lie, the two should be kept off the circle of power.

Politics / Anambra APGA Rally: Over 10 Groups Endorse Obiano by kingbang: 9:03am On Oct 17, 2013
The Governorship candidate of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Willie Maduabuchi Obiano has promised to declare free education in all the public primary and secondary schools in Anambra State if elected Governor come November 16 this year.

This he said this Wednesday at the ‘rally of all rallies’ held at the All Saints Cathedral, Onitsha where several groups endorsed the APGA candidate.

Diverse groups including; the members of the State House of Assembly, a group of former aspirants of the APGA, who lost to Obiano at the primary election, all student union bodies in Anambra State, Association of Presidents General of the 177 communities in Anambra State, the traditional rulers, Arewa Community in Anambra, Actors Guild of Nigeria led by the Special Assistant to Governor Obi on Creative media, Mr Bob Emmanuel Udokwu, Onitsha Traders Association and the National Association of Tricycle Operators of Nigeria, Anambra Chapter,

Others who threw their weight behind the candidate are; Onitsha Bridgehead Traders Association, Truck Drivers Association, Onitsha, Drug Dealers Association, various trades unions, youths groups, market associations and others who closed their shops to show solidarity to the APGA candidate.

Addressing citizens of the state, Obiano told them that he has mapped out a 10-point agenda which he will use to develop the state, while also promising that he will ensure the continuation of other projects started by Peter Obi as government is a continuity.

Obiano said: “It is time for us to take our destiny in our hands and ensure that we elect the right person. I thank all the various groups that have endorsed me, and I want to invite all of you to come out boldly and do this battle with us. People cannot come from elsewhere to begin to dictate to us who should be our leaders. We have special packages for all sectors and groups in the state and we urge you to continue to support us.”

Speaking earlier, the governor, Mr Peter Obi urged the people to come out en masse and reject imposition of candidates on them by mercenaries from the west. He stated boldly that in the last four years, there have been no bank robberies in the state, the security of the state has also improved.

Obi wondered why the APC candidate, Senator Ngige, who superintended Anambra at a time when the state witnessed the destruction of several government properties which he has been diligently rebuilding, claims that he is coming back to improve the security of the state.

“Ngige was the man who invented kidnapping in Anambra, he was also the first person to be kidnapped in Anambra State, so one wonders when he says that he is coming to the state to ensure the security of the people. You can see that there is no truth in that.”

The National Chairman of the party, Chief Victor Umeh who introduced Obiano said: “Igbos have agreed on what we will do, and that includes choosing our own leaders by ourselves. Igbos must stand out and speak with one voice, let us not allow people to come from wherever to choose leaders for us. APGA is the party for the Igbos, just as APC is the party of the Yorubas.”

Chief Chuekwuemeka Odumegwu Jnr, son of the late leader of the party, who represented his father called on the people not to despair. He called on the people to support governor Obi’s effort to enthrone Obiano who has been thoroughly scrutinized by the party.

“We believe that after his tenure, Obiano will reciprocate our support by choosing a good leader for us. My father; Ikemba Nnewi chose Peter Obi, and he has not disappointed us, and now Obi wants to give us a man who will carry on with his vision and we must support him.”

The event was graced by all former aspirants of the party who contested against Obiano, Senator Chris Anyanwu from Owerri Central Senatorial Zone and all members of the House of Assembly from APGA led by the Speaker, Hon Chinwe Nwaebili, the BOT chairman of the party, Dr Tim Menakaya among others.

Symphony007: ameachi is a liability but jonathan still saw it necessary to to send mbu to taunt him, if ameachi was so insignificant, why is jonathan and his cronies still haunting him? Why don't they let him serve out him term and then pouce on him? Keep fooling yourself with inec recognised chairman. Felix obuah calls himself chairman but knows he can't deliver 50% of rivers delegates for a presidential primary. Senator abe, wilson, rep. Peterside, rep. Nwuke,etc....All the ward councillors, the mayor of port harcourt, majority of LGA chairman even from obio akpor(wike's community) are with G.U ake and ameachi. If felix and wike has the whole PDP under their country why are they still fighting ameachi and others in the party?

Whatever brain you have left, reason with it.

From the thrash you posted above, I can confidently deduce that you reason with your anus. I have 3 questions for you.
1. Before the Northern Governors rebelled, have you heard of any peace between Amaaechi and GEJ?. Have you ever heard that Amaechi was summoned by GEJ for a negotiation?
2. The amount of crowd Obuah and Wike pull in that GDI is enough to tell you who is in charge in Rivers state. Can Ake even convene a PDP meeting right now?
3. Have you ever seen Wike running from Pillar to post lamenting? Please tell us who has been the one lamenting from one TV station to another?.
Fact is, Amaechi standing alone is a liability to GEJ because he cannot even choose Rivers state delegate to the presidential primaries. So what exactly is your point boy?. Please be guided.

Symphony007: ignoramus..lost which party structure? Felix obuah and wike highjacked PDP and you say ameachi has lost. Virtually all local government chairmen and big party members still support G.U ake as chairman who is with ameachi, so let's see where wike and his group will get delegates to vote for jonathan at 2015 PDP national convention, why do you think wike and obuah are still fighting ameachi if they have truly taken over the party, why is jonathan still negociating with ameachi if he is so powerless? You don't know anything. Just sit back, shut your mouth and watch.

This just shows how stupidly ignorant you are. FYI, Felix Obuah is the INEC recognized Rivers state PDP chairman and the PDP rivers state structure is firmly in Wike's hands. The only reason GEJ is negotiating is because of the Northern Governors. Ask yourself why GEJ ignored Amaechi's asss until the Northern Governors staged a rebellion?. You are really not so smart and informed. Amaechi is a very very big liability politically to GEJ standing alone, the clown needed the help of Northern Governors to get GEJ's attention. Lastly, please be guided.

Symphony007: you folks are really living in another universe. So as inec has wriiten to the faction, they will all run back to PDP on their knees begging? If anything, this futher distabilizes the party. Nothing has changed, king jonathan will continue negociating.

Futhermore, ameachi is'nt begging anyone. For all they have tried against him, he is still strong as ever, and very soon jonathan will sacrifice wike and his cronies on the altar of 2015 to get ameachi's support.

And whats the worth of Amaechi's support? A man who has lost the PDP river state structure and has no strong backing of his people? I laugh in katampe! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy. Amaechi is worthless politically right now to GEJ!
