buygala: and Miss know-all, from Enugu to PH is how many hours? .... its not even up to two hours on a good day... Phynom and P-square are popular everywhere because they make good music, unlike Duncan your PH champion
 1. Accept ur mistake and learn from it. The bottom line is that Enugu is not Port Harcourt. Should we even debate this? 2. Duncan Mighty is as popular as Psquare and makes better music than Phyno. Quote me any day 3. Have you even had the privileged luxury of listening to any Duncan Mighty's song? Of course the answer would be a resounding NO considering how ignorant u are of the quality of his music. 4. That said, kindly look for, purchase and listen to Duncan Mighty's FOOTPRINT album released late 2012. After which u do the same for his recently released GRACE AND TALENT album 5. Come back to this thread and let's have this discussion again #Deuces |

buygala: MODIFIED
I just logged in and saw a lot of negative mentions about my above comment... now here is my answer:
Phyno is from the same area as Duncan Mighty... Phyno is from Abakpa in Enugu state while Duncan Wene Mighty is from Ikwere in Rivers State. Now sire have you seen that you don't know anything? |

papawemba: My dear, don't be deceived, people like to see elephants and that's why they pay to go to zoos and yankaris to see them but no one wants to have them as pets. Now you are still young and free, you can handle the excess weight but by the time you get older: arthritis, diabetes and artheloscerosis will probably weigh you down. You don't need that excess Lipoprotein.

Business › First Batch Of Made-in-nigeria Tecno Phones Expected 3rd/4th Quarter 2015 by KingBish(op): 8:42am On Feb 10, 2015 |
The Deputy General Manager, Tecno Mobile Limited, Mr. Chidi Okonkwo, speaks to OZIOMA UBABUKOH about Tecno’s investments in the country and widespread counterfeiting of its products
How much has Tecno invested in the plant it is building in Nigeria?
There is a budget, which I may not be able to disclose in public at this moment. But the final investment figure will still be known by the end of the day. This project is something that our management is very keen about and they are pushing very hard to ensure that it is achieved.
Is it a manufacturing or an assembly plant and what is going to happen within the first phase of the project?
We are building both manufacturing and assembly plants. By the time we complete the first phase, we should be able to start manufacturing and assembling Tecno phones in Nigeria. Don’t forget that we are still at the pre-investment stage right now and we are collating all sorts of information to help us accomplish this. We have been working on this since last year. We have already secured the land and have started preparing the site at Epe in Lagos here where it is located and we have to go through processes to get the necessary approvals. We are making sure that we get everything ready to make sure that this project comes to fruition.
Doing business in Nigeria is very difficult. What are the challenges you are facing?
One of the biggest challenges we are facing in Nigeria is faking of Tecno products. We will appreciate if the authorities can continue to support us in fighting the influx of fake products into Nigerian market.
Specifically, what kind of support do you expect from government?
The Nigerian government has always been supportive to us. We hope that we will get more government’s support in the future since we are fully committed to the Nigerian market.
When should we expect the first made-in-Nigeria Tecno phone?
It is expected that once the first phase of the plant is completed in the third or fourth quarter of this year, we will have the first batch of made- in-Nigeria Tecno phones.
Tecno has been recording success in Nigeria and other African markets where they operate, what can you say are the success factors? What has Tecno been doing differently?
At Tecno, we have been working very hard to make sure that we bring in products that are needed by Nigerians. We as a brand have been focusing on the African markets and we also have been focusing a lot on the Nigerian market. We have our research and development team always around and taking feedback from our users and we try to produce phones that are tailored towards what the Nigerian consumer needs. You will realise that our product is Africa/Nigeria-centric so that when you use our products, you will realise that they are truly made for the African market. Also, things like our after-sales support centres make it possible for our customers to get all the help they need since contact information is also loaded on our devices. We make products that are truly relevant and needed by the Nigerian consumers. Also, we have tried to get close to the market and the consumers that we serve. We pay attention to what are needed in trying to ensure that these products are useful in the hands of the consumers. We have also built a very strong team in Nigeria that is supporting our business all over the country. Again, don’t forget that our products, both our feature and smart phones, come with whole lots of features that are comparable to our global competitors, yet people don’t have to rip their pockets to purchase these products. They are very affordable devices. This has made it possible for Nigerians to have access to products that are able to help them to do whatever they want to These are the factors that have brought us to the level we are in today.
Does the affordability of Tecno not affecting quality?
Tecno products are undoubtedly made with quality materials. And there is a proof of originality and authenticity of the products that we put out to sell and, of course, these products also undergo all sorts of approval processes in the country before they are sold in the Nigerian market. So before these phones are sold, we carry a lot of quality assurance tests on the products to make sure that we are not bringing substandard products to the Nigerian market while keeping our products affordable. We want to see that more Nigerians use quality and affordable mobile devices to enhance their lifestyle wherever they are and in whatever they do.
Samsung is not the first maker of a smart, net-connected TV to run into problems with the data the set collects. In late 2013, a United Kingdom Information Technology consultant found his LG TV was gathering information about his viewing habits.
Publicity about the issue led LG to create a software update, which ensured data collection was turned off for those who did not want to share information. Source: www.punchng.com/business |

Dear Lalasticlala and in fact every other commenter above me, kindly note that this information is FALSE. She granted an interview to a punch correspondent today to debunk the grave rumour making the rounds. She said she relocated to Lagos (WITH HER HUSBAND) because that is the heartbeat of the entertainment industry. Let us please support and pray for these our married celebrities (especially actresses) instead of always try ignite rumours of a broken home.

koikoi2: I see impending doom by February I see a man who has lost his franchise as a son of God. With persistent prayers I'm optimistic that February would bring the most peaceful election ever. hushmail: no bomb planted by the evil one is south east
will explode
gej until APC stop using bombs to terrorize pple Does the righteous one plant bomb? Abagworo: I believe all the attempted and failed bombings in Owerri is linked to PDP and has Jonathans support. My reason is that the Police was ordered to release 6 suspects arrested planting bomb at Winners chapel who had earlier confessed that they had other targets. I always look forward to seeing your comments on issues of politics specifically in Owerri cos u're always insightful however, I have some reservations about pointing accusing fingers in this particular case just yet. I'm sure your arch detractor BADNEAT would soon hit us with his own version |

Somebody is playing stunts with the lives of imolites. And GEJ will not make enquiry about this nah and put the baskart in jail. You've got a good intellectual perspective. Quite thought provoking! |

So many funny comments on this thread. I think I should reply a few sef just for the fun of it. You people are here throwing shades at your opposition parties. Would that solve the problem? NO!! I think the basic idea of bringing this info to NL is to alert us to be very mindful of our environment. Look out for and report any strange object (s), movement (s), human (s), spirit (s) etc. I support no party. My prayer is that God in his infinite mercy would enthrone the best man that would heal our land |
Politics › Re: Jonathan, Buhari Disagree On 2011 Post-poll Crisis, Sign Pact by KingBish(f): 8:51am On Jan 15, 2015 |
barcanista: Is Jonathan threatening Nigerians and INEC? What is his business other than to provide security? Every registered voter should go take their PVC from their respective ward offices, what else should INEC do? Jonathan should ensure that security is provided for ALL unlike what happened in 2011 where electoral staffs and some Nigerians were left to die by the hands of bastards and enemies of the state. Jonathan should live up to his responsibility as the President, he should allow INEC do their job and support the PVC drive through enlightenment. The President should stop threatening Nigerians with violence Bruhh. You've just made a very ignorant comment. A workshop was held to explore the supposed sources of post election violence and deliberate on how to mitigate reoccurrence of such. Jonathan merely pointed out a key source of such violence and reiterated the need for INEC to handle it proactively. He hasn't threatened anybody. In fact, let me break it down for you- INEC has said that whoever doesn't have the PVC won't be allowed to vote and it's crystal clear that many people have not gotten theirs. Assume you were denied your right to vote because you do not have the PVC courtesy of no fault of yours; you would feel cheated and humanly be tempted to resort to protest (violently) |

Wizeboy: Using your ATM card either Mastercard or Visa is very secure and safe on aliexpress and dhgate as I have never heard about any fraud pertaining to any card before. So, the website is absolutely secure.
They will actually ask almost everything about your card information on the website, from Card Number, to your password/token and the Card provider which you will choose between Visa or Mastercard depending on your card.
So, kindly use your card on the website with rest of mind as there is no cause of alarm but never send your Card Information to any seller or anybody through email or any other channels apart from providing the information to the payment page of aliexpress or dhgate.
Hope this my explanation really help. Yes it does. Thanks a lot |
