Starzo: Without stable electricity, we're still the largest economy in Africa
You see why i call you an ode? Hold your horses knucklehead and stick to the topic, the other idiot says "being a giant is not all about electricity, Nigeria has dishes that can compete with the world, that's why Nigeria is the giant of Africa" Plays down the importance of electricity in improving the economy but overstates somehow variety of dishes makes Nigeria the "giant of africa" as if Nigeria is the only African country with a diverse cuisine. Y'all dumb as hell |

Litmus: See, this is why Nigeria is giant of Africa. Being giant is not all about "electricity. We have traditional dishes that can compete with that of any region in the world. So being a so-called "giant of africa" is not about "electricity", the one driver of economic growth but about food? LOL |

Litmus: Discounting the European and Asian fare posted, what happened to Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele etc traditional foods? I mean traditional ethnic South Africa tribal foods other than palp? Nothing happened to it. What's showcased here it's what South Africans from all walks of life cook when celebrating. It's not that deep |

letu: People already know the areas of South Africa where the pictures are coming from. LOL, don't be fooled by media sensationalism, I know most of you get comfort from this pic. That's Alexandra slum, that's the only place that's looks like that side by side. South Africa is 80% Black nation, don't you dare insinuate that black people only exist in those areas. Johannesburg is an overwhelming black city, more so that Cape Town. And there's a huge population of SADEC immigrants occupying those slums. And you also find a lot of black South Africans on the other side too. Let an actual South African educate you. |

Olowosaudi: Hmmm. It may sound derogatory but evidence abound for this assertion. If the Europeans had not come to settle in South Africa from 1652, the black south Africans surely would still be living in the deep jungle. Even in so-called WEST African countries, you still see elements of backwardness amongst the people and the system. Africa needs rebirth oooo LOL, it doesn't only sound deragatory, it is derogatory, and it's coupled by jealousy and ignorance. South Africa post 94 under black rule has achieved more than Nigeria has since its independence, so who or what do you attribute that to? you're blabbing nonsense here. If West Africa is backward, please don't paint the whole continent...most of the fast growing economies in the world are African, which means there's an upward trajectory. Please spare us the inferiority. |
