TarOrfeeek: It's not an insult.
It's an expression of low intelligence.
NG has the biggest economy in Africa. Largest GDP and had the fastest growth rate before Bihari.
He just keeps shouting BRICS. BRICS is like the League 1 of global economic alliances. More of a numbers (population) and future (expected growth) thing.
How many of those economies are living up to the hype maybe China and India to a fair bit. And how's the bolded going for the average Nigerian on the street? |

TarOrfeeek: That does not make our economy any lesser.
If you're a economics student. You would know that as long as balance of trade exists. Any economy is in good hands.
We sell crude. We import finished goods. We are good.
You barely sell minerals. You sell tourism and wildlife.
After COVID-19 your people had to loot the supermarkets.
Because you didn't get any tangible FX for a few months. Your economy slumped and employment dropped. You're still trying to recover from that. LOl, really? South Africa has a diversified economy, we do not not rely on one commodity like you We are the world's largest exporter of platinum, we export coal, diamonds, nickel, copper, palladium'etc, actually, most of what we export are minerals (24% of our total exports) so your assertions that we only sell widlife are inaccurate....wildlife is the by-product of tourism, in other words you're saying we only rely on tourism for revenue LMFAO..I haven't even started with fruit, wines, etc, .read newspapers and watch news my guy, you are not informed. Don't know what looting got to do with what we export
|

TarOrfeeek: What does SA manufacture that would fetch it any tangible FX from China or Russia?
Please say, I'd like to know. Lol, You don't find a lof things in Nigeria, so you guys have to import whereas South Africa actually produces a lot of things. At shops there's usually an import and a local equivalent |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel Labels Algeria & South Africa "Extremist States" After Diplomat Expulsion by KingCold: 9:30pm On Feb 20, 2023 |
WannaHowzit: You're the one who's not informed and also confusing Africa's most advanced economy with Nigeria
As a manufacturer of cars SA people actually buy new cars cheaper than the rest of you in darkest Africa, hence more new cars on the road. You hungry lots depend on imports. Not only this but we actually export cars to other countries as well |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel Labels Algeria & South Africa "Extremist States" After Diplomat Expulsion by KingCold: 9:29pm On Feb 20, 2023 |
TarOrfeeek: How much of that does the West/East use?
You're actually not informed enough to discuss International Politics.
How many brand new cars have you bought in your life time?
How many brand new cars are bought in Africa?
Maybe realities are different from our countries but South Africans buy shitloads of new cars |

Numerouno94: It's not abt movie production buh the quality and delivery of the movies. The audiences acceptance also matters.
Now, talking abt quality: Nigeria producers and directors still see the use of simple tricks as a rocket science. Nollywood still find it difficult to execute simple tricks like a possessed demon climbing the wall nd ceiling like a reptile. They find it difficult to portray an accident scene. Talking abt action movies, they still find it difficult to throw kicks and punches like Hollywood and Bollywood.
Talking abt delivery: someone will b shot in the head buh would hold his/her chest or tummy. I can go on and on.
Some faction of Nollywood has bcom boring and predictable. Any small tin Palace movies, wit Kings, queens and princes. Same story line where a prince is not allowed to marry a lady who is not loyalty. Or some princes dragging for the throne after the demise of the king. Re we talking Abt the village movies where the actresses almost go naked in the name of a village movie? And the story lines re usually gotten from story books.
But some other factions where we have actors like, Ray Emodi, Frank Leonard, and a host of other talented actors re representing us well.
Mind u, I'm not trying to talk down on Nollywood, I jux want them to improve. Though some producer/directors like Kunle Afolayan and a few others re tryin, buh a lot needs to b done. If it was all about quality, then movies from the UK, France, Spain, Korea, etc would have been second. You can't tell me movies from India and Nigeria are better than movies from those countries |

Yankee101: You can depict those characters without going lewd We've seen Joseph being tempted in the Bible without anyone being naked in the movies The context of a bible movie renders nude scenes unnecessary however not so for a movie that depicts a life of a stripper. Context! |

Reinamaria: Nigeria made interesting movies, not for the Oscars, but because they wanted to tell African stories to Africans. But what's the point of making movies for a specific market? lIke Chinese movies for the Chinese..doesn't this defeat the purpose of making movies? besides there's more to being African than just marriage movies, witchcraft, etc |

Yankee101: When nollywood was clean and much more professional not parading naked women, sex, drugs or juju If the story permits why not? For an industry to expand and improve, the stories must have range....Imagine telling a stroty about a club stripper and yet there are no nude scenes for example, For Nollywood to improve stories have to be more daring not the usual love triangles, rich family from Lagos, jealous mother -in law, etc |

Omoawoke: You are one time african chmapion in women football, what is Nigeria's count again, I cant even remember, 10 or 8 or 9
You participate in more sports because of the whites. Remove white from south africa and south africa is nothing!! absolute nothing.
You should be grateful to the whites for attracting foreign investments, the white advantage is all south africa has. You guys have nothing, I repeat, nothing Ha h aha<, Ah, the usual cop out!. whites, whites, whites, whites whites, don't you house niggas ever get tired of lickinjg white booty? I've never seen any nation soooo obsessed with whites like you Niigerians, you have such a whitewashed mentality ; you said,, you claimed you guys beat us in sports !hands down!! I dished out facts, now you're hiding behind the tired cliched white excuse We participate in more sports because we darn good at it!. Funny because you participate in the the same sports invented by white people so what's your point? You are seriously re.tarded. I have nothing?Listen well, I have a standard of life an average Nigerian like you can only dream of sorry to bust your bubble, ever asked yourself why you almost never see a South African scraping the bottom of the barrel in your country? I, by virtue of being a South African automatically have a better living standards than you, I know it's a bitter pill to swallow! how many Nigerians are warming the benches of our home affairs searching for a better life in SA? We trump you virtually in all HDI indices, be it water, sanitation, electricity, literacy, healthcare, etc. From where I'm standing it is you who has nothing but a bigmouth does nothing but licks white booty Remove the whites we are nothing? ha ha, white rule ended in 94, and we have since achieved wayyy more than you have since your independence in the 60s. heck, even Rwanda, minus your beloved whites is achieving great things since your independence. |

Omoawoke: How can you prove this?
The richest black man and black woman are Nigerians The most successful blacks are majority Nigerians In sports, we beat you hands down In entertainment we beat you with a landslide you will never catch up with. The only glory you have is the one built by your white masters. Aren’t you ashamed of yourselves. Black south Africans should never talk when Nigerians are talking, you really have some guts. LOL, In sports you beat us hands down? what are you smoking? In the Olympic games, the pinnacle of Sports! we're always above you in the medals tally, the same with the "All Africa Games" and even the Commonwealth Games... so which sports are you talking about apart from football? The best swimmers in Africa are from South Africa, we are African Champions in Women's football, we are World Champions in rugby, we won Women's Netball Championships two years ago and we currently sit in number 5 in World Netball rankings while Nigeria is not even in the top 5O!, The PSL is the richest and the most organized football league in Africa and South African teams generally do better in CAF Champions League than Nigerian teams, not to mention we generally participate in way more sporting disciplines than Nigerians. We are the number 1 ranked team in Africa in both Men and Women's Hockey, In Boxing, we are second only to Ghana in titles, The best African athlete of the past decade has been Caster Semenya, a south African. Our Comrades Marathon is is the largest and oldest ultra-marathon race! We are hosting the Africa's Formula 1 soon, when it comes to sports ans sporting culture, you're no mach for us my guy It's just the usual delusions of grandeur all of you Nigerians rearing it's head again!. You think you're above everyone in Africa when in actual fact you aren't! Show me one sport where Nigerians are World Champions I'll wait... The richest black man and women may be Nigerians but you're also the capital of poverty, so in essence bragging about two rich people in the sea of poverty makes little sense. it's estimated 110mil people in Nigeria live in Poverty in an estimated population of 200ml people. I know you guys are fond of bragging, but try get better bragging material abeg Entertainment is such a broad term my friend, South Africa has more Grammy awards than Nigeria in music, an Oscar for movies and an Emmy award in A south African TV show, etc, catch up to that first then we shall talk, Entertainment includes a lot of things my guy, it includes the ability to host events, sporting events, concerts, etc, that is part and parcel of Entertainment, We are the only country in the world to host the three biggest sporting events, The football world cup, The cricket world cup and the rugby Cup, We also produce the best movies/TV in Africa by a mile, with better actors too! Don't let let the popularity of your musicians put you in a false sense of superiority...there's more to entertainment than Burna Boy As for having the most successful blacks, Lmao, If you're talking about having a Doctor or Engineer in the US, you have to factor in your tendency to migrate to these massa's countries in the first place. Ain't nobody in Africa migrating like you yoh! And the perennial blabbing about white people ha ha ha! We in South Africa already know that's what you do best Bunch of white people obsessed weirdos |
