That means it has been issued and ready for pickup, except it's a glitch from their system.

It's true there's shortage of booklet but that doesnt mean there's no booklet at all, so if you have your plug and your application has passed the awaiting approval stage then it won't be impossible for you to fast track it. Since you need yours before November then you still have sometime, just give like a month (max 2 months) then press hard, so if it's due to awaiting approval stage that is the cause then it should have passed that stage by then, meaning it's in a workable stage which your plug should be able to help except your plug done flex the money and can not settle those handling issuance anymore

From my understanding I think all applications need to be approved at Abuja before they can be issued/printed, so if your application is at the stage of awaiting approval then majority of them can't really do anything but wait till it has been approved, except for those officers that have connect at Abuja that can speed up the approval. After the awaiting approval stage, one will still enter the queue for issuance which is the stage majority of officers have access to speed it up for you.

Festac NIS claims that there's no booklets for printing especially, the 32pages.
If you need your passport as soon as possible, u might consider a fresh application for a 64 pages booklets at another centre... pls, No try any Lagos centre ooo.
Nah big one chance wey dey for this country.
E b like say dem nor want make people comot again.

Apply again ke! Na 70k I pay for lost case, so I will wait abeg... I prefer to pay to fast track it

Hi everyone, who has collected their passport from Festac branch and what month are they issuing now ? Also please where can one report about this delay in issuance ? my elderly parents have been waiting for 6 months and have been going there nearly every week. One officer even told them to start a new application, surely this is wrong.

Captured April 14th but yet to collect (not DIY)...I think they are still on January, you can go to the pco to lay your complaints.
Have you tried tracking it online to see what stage the application is?
