Do you know that your business name can be upgraded to LTD while maintaining the same business name ? Once an entity is registered with CAC, that entity can not be registered again either under the same classification or different classification of CAC. Which is why an entity registered as a business name can not be registered as a limited liability company except the business name is upgraded to limited thereby maintain the same business name and LTD attached to the end of the name. Notice: If your business name was registered over a year, your CAC annual returns must be up to date before we can upgrade it to limited. We get you covered.
