Anambralstson:
Oyo is five states below Anambra in economy

Oyo is just like Niger state that is bigger than Southwest region but in Economy it's far below states with small landmass.

Even Anambra with her landmass host more bank branches than Oyo State and Niger state grin grin
Keep deceiving yourself with your fake statistics and NBS conjure statistics

And which year statistics was this?

Oyo is five states below Anambra but what I saw is just 500, 000 thousand Naira difference

With all the billionaires and Millionaires you guys chestbeat about and claimed are present in Anambra, your nominal GDP is just 3 billion Naira + and you are not even ashamed to display it and chestbeat with it.

Show us where ordinary folks live like the case of Onitsha below.
So the hundred houses in the picture you uploaded is where 80% of Onitsha residents live?

Are you saying that ordinary people in Ibadan live in those public buildings?

Then who lives here in that same Ibadan? Answer
stop asking me foolish questions

In Ibadan you live in whichever house you wish to live in according to what you are capable of financially. There is a place for everyone

Are you telling me all the pictures of mansions you guys uploaded and chest beat about are all owned by ordinary people in south east?

If you claimed ordinary people live in those mansions and public buildings in the East so who also live in these buildings in the east below?

Did I hear you say Yorubas are accommodating? That's April fool.
I school in lagos from primary till tertiary level so I can tell you how they treat people better without bias.

Yes, Yoruba people are very brainy and intelligent people, when it comes to education u can't compete with them but it ends there. Nepotism is their second name. From hospitality, empathy, friendliness towards a non indigene is ZERO. Your saving grace is when you eventually grow to be able to speak the Yoruba language, any less than this, you are on your own in all aspects.
You live in Yoruba Land and you claim we are not accommodating, why can't you go back to where ever you crawl out from to live with people that are more accommodating lol cheesy

Nothing is wrong. Europeans came to Africa for economic reasons and ended up colonizing us. Asia are doing same today so are Igbos.
The main thing is most of the Igbo in South West are Gala hawkers and wheel Barrows pushers while Yoruba remain the richest grin

You don't get the point. Ibadan is almost 100% mud houses and rusted roofs. I think the best thing is demolish Ibadan and start all over.
You are the one that don't get the point

Despite the fact that South East is the smallest region in Nigeria, it is still grossly underdeveloped, full of muddy erosions and slums. I think the best thing is to nuke South East out of existence grin

Anambralstson:
IBADAN IS WORLD LEADING SLUM CITY 94% COVERED BY SLUMS-UN Habitat

Ibadan slums are endless, the whole place need to be demolish and start rebuilding again, war was fought in the East but the effects after war are seen in West, especially Ibadan

IBADAN
You still think there are no after war effects in South East when 80% of your people are economic refugee that can not survive in their Barren and landlocked region grin

When hundreds of your people are getting killed and jailed in Asia for drugs and frauds grin

The whole South East is the smallest region in Nigeria but it is still underdeveloped, full of muddy erosions, slums and shanties despite all the resources your leaders are receiving.

Keep deceiving yourselves lol

If you compare it with these you will notice South East is almost 100% covered with mud houses and brown rusted roofs not to even talk about you erosions lol.

Like I said we don't have those types of buildings cause we keep renovating, buildings that were brown roof 10 yrs ago you won't find them in the same way , we are not like people from Ibadan who keep brown roofs for 60 yrs
So those pictures I uploaded were pictures of Cameroon right? grin
TravelRe: Lockdown: Onitsha Inner Neighbourhoods (Aerial Pictures) by KingOdart(m): 8:20am On Apr 13, 2020
Mrfeel:
Keeping old buildings without renovation for that long shows how people in Ibadan are poor , some houses are 60 yrs old in Ibadan with no renovation

We don't have those types of buildings here cause we always renovate our homes and even demolish old buildings and build new ones
You don't have the types of buildings but these were pictures of South East with brown roofs grin

TravelRe: Lockdown: Onitsha Inner Neighbourhoods (Aerial Pictures) by KingOdart(m): 8:16am On Apr 13, 2020

Ibadan industrialized with 80% of its people living in slums mud brown roof buildings , what's the need of having industries that don't reflect in the wellbeing of the masses ? 80% of people in Onitsha are self employed business people living in well built brand new buildings lacking nothing, that's an important part of development . having industries in slums doesn't make the slum a developed place does it?
So these 5 pictures of Onitsha prove the living conditions of all the people living in the city when there are so many bad pictures of Onitsha online.

80% people living in slums according to IPOB bureau of statistics grin pulling stats from your anus b

These are also good pictures of Ibadan, it prove 99 % of people in Ibadan are self employed and rich according to your logic.

No, because your cities stopped growing and you lots can't renovate to save your lives. No maintenance culture. Most landlords in the east renovate every 10 years. And upgrade materials like zinc to aluminum. Why will you leave a zinc on for 60 years ? It will look so red and ugly. You have no shame .
There are pictures of brown roofs in South East too.

Stop chest beating as if South East is Dubai

Have you even built your own personal house?

You will find good pictures of Ibadan online and you will find bad pictures of Onitsha online.

Stop chest beating when your people are all over South West Hawking Gala and pushing wheel Barrows, shameless man.

Are you saying that maintain culture and upgrade are not in you guys mind.

Based on your logic, New York, London, Paris etc could have been filled with outdated 19 century buildings.
Stop talking as if it is only old houses that are present in South West without new ones.

There are also brown roofs and old houses in South East, you guys should stop chestbeating as if South East is Dubai when there are so many pictures of slums and old houses in your region online.

But you dull people have been measuring development by landmass, you claim Onitsha is not up to the size of one local government in Ibadan so Ibadan is more developed
Ibadan is not only bigger than Onitsha but is also more industrialized than Onitsha.

Stop embarrassing yorubas here, there is no single slum in Onitsha.

Ibadan is almost 100% slum with exclusion of their government house and few buildings

This is what you see when you view Ibadan from top. Ibadan is almost 100% covered with mud houses and rustic brown roofs.
These are also pictures of brown and rustic roofs in South East.

There are slums in Ibadan but Ibadan is not 100% slums, Igbo live in all South West states

You will find good pictures of Ibadan and bad pictures of Onitsha online. Get your fact right and stop oozing of hatred.
