junnyjake: With 9 points and +7 goal difference, what could possibly go wrong?? In as much as we want to be modest, we should be realistic as well.
At least this takes away the misery of having to go through the tiring tasks of solving unending "conditioned probabilities" laced with "complex algebra" like Cameroon should lose at home by at least 2 nil to Algeria, and draw away to Zambia. We on our part should win both Algeria and Zambia with 4 clean goals to ensure our qualification. I remember those days But it's good it's gone for the best |

forgiveness: Full Pitch Training : How Super Eagles Lined Up, Ndidi & Ighalo On Target
Published: August 29, 2017
Based on the Super Eagles full pitch training session on Tuesday evening, it's difficult to deduce which of the players in camp will start the game against Cameroon on Friday, except in defense.
Dele Alampasu, Ola Aina, Uche Agbo, John Ogu, Eddy Onazi, Odion Ighalo, Shehu Abdullahi, Obi Mikel, Victor Moses, Oghenekaro Etebo and Tyronne Ebuehi played for the team not wearing bibs.
The players in the team wearing bibs were : goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, defenders Chidozie Awaziem, Troost-Ekong, Leon Balogun and Elderson Echiejile, Wilfred Ndidi, Aaron Samuel, Kelechi Iheanacho, Tony Nwakaeme, Ahmed Musa and Mikel Agu.
The game finished 1-1, with Ighalo finding the net for the team not wearing bibs and Leicester City's Ndidi scoring for the other team.
This particular session lasted approximately fifteen minutes, and the players returned back to their hotel after the exercise.

Just a glance at the line up, you can get a clue of what is going on in Rohr's mind.
Mikel, Onazi and Ogu combination.
First line up(non bibs)
................................ Alampasu.........
Ebuehi............. Ugbo.......... Shehu.................. Aina
....................... Onazi............ Ogu...............
................................ Mikel Obi............
Etebor............... Ighalo........................Victor Moses
.......................... Aaron.............
Nwakaeme.......... Kelechi............... Ahmed
..................Ndidi................ Agu..........
Echiejile....... Troost......... Balogun........ Chidozie .....
......................... Ikechuckwu........
Second line up (bibs wearing side).
I don who go start and who no go start but I no go divulge Rohr's plan. I thought Akpeyi is in camp Why's he not joining them in the session Cc: TheGoodJoe |
