Will this affect my fuel economy or not?

If yes, why and how?

If no, why not and how not?

I want to travel again and will cover 800km one way, or 1,600km both ways.

So the further the fuel can take me along the better.

If it will, then I will fix it before traveling, but it will not then, I can let it be after all the exhaust sound is not a nuisance to me or anyone else as at now.

If ur injector is fine, engine is sound, carries out a good combustion process, pistons in good shape, alternator on point.
I see no reason why ur exhaust should pose as a prob or cause increased fuel consumption. It only discards waste emissions from 'already' burnt fuel nd energy.
