I experienced same couple of years ago.

I ordered for four items online, I tracked them down to Ngeria, only for me to discover on the pick up day that it was only one that was available. They stole the remaining 3. Lucky you, you were refunded, in my own case, I wasn't.

Gas station is more lucrative compared to a fuelling station. I work at the Refinery depot so I tell you this with all sincerity
The cost of setting a gas station is a bit cheaper compared to fuel station, depending on the size of lpg tank you are going for.
