She knows the value of respect. She accords respect to her man and argue with same. She allows herself to understand the importance of him being the 'head of the house' regardless of their financial statuses. She let's him have his breaks and allow him is freedom to be himself. It only helps both of them at the end of the day.

She believes in faith and the goodness in positive thinking. It is a pity that no one can escape the negative vibes that always find its way into our life, but such woman should have enough positivity to overshadow the darkness. When your so-called friends cast darkness, stay true to yourself. When families look at you like a lost cause, remain steadfast and keep at it. When you are faced with hurting words of people, even if it's gossips, take it as bitterness and forge ahead with renewed focus and faith.

She is focused. It is not everything we set our hearts out to achieve that we end up achieving. But it doesn't mean we shouldn't keep at it. She should set goals and plans for herself and make it happen. Not to depend on help but shouldn't be too proud to accept it when offered. Should be able to read gestures and favors and identify any that comes wit unfavorable conditions. Yes, there are lots of those.

She is humble in her dealings. It is her uniqueness that makes people feel her presence. Sometimes making the loudest noise shouldn't be the only plan we have. Humility does win arguments sometimes. It is not every harshness that is rewarded with same, unless it's absolutely necessary and you let them have it!

Have a vocation, it's is very important to learn a vocational skill, ladies! You never know which one might bring in the mega-bucks in the future. And there are various ones out there that one can choose from.

Be bold at your dealings. Don't back down unless it's absolutely necessary. By boldness I don't mean being forward and disrespectful. What I meant is that you should be stubborn when necessary and persuasive at other times. You can even turn your 'femininity' on if it makes them listen. *flips you hair if you have to, a little cleavage? Oh yes!! But don't keep your eye off the ball!!! If you want to play ball, play hard!!? But, not every secretary that sleeps with the chairman becomes a manager. That's just wrong on so many levels, well unless he is gonna give you millions to go start your own show. not to remain the Chairman's LovePeddler. Hian! Rule your sexuality. You and only you decide who and who doesn't get in there. Regardless of how 'funky' guys get, they always want to believe it's their charm that's working anyway . Well, maybe and maybe not, but only you can decide on who's charm you wanna fall for. Each act of intercourse should be preceded by a decision and should NEVER be attached to sentiments. Sentiment is rubbish most times and it only makes simple situations seem hard.
